Abstract

This study discusses copyright protection for Netflix streaming videos circulating on Telegram, where technological developments, especially in the field of information (internet) are widely used by irresponsible people by circulating Netflix streaming videos on Telegram which can be watched by the general public without subscribing. The author examines the forms of copyright infringement on the circulation of Netflix streaming videos on Telegram and how the copyright protection of Netflix streaming videos circulating on Telegram is based on the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia. The research method used is normative juridical with a law approach and a conceptual approach. The results of the study conclude that the form of copyright protection for Netflix streaming videos circulating on Telegram is regulated in Indonesian laws and regulations, namely UUHC Number 28 of 2014, ITE Law Number 19 of 2016, and Law Number 33 of 2009 concerning Film. Copyright protection that can be done on Netflix streaming videos circulating on Telegram is preventive and repressive protection. Thus, it can be seen that the government's efforts as a form of preventive protection are urgently needed with socialization to the public not to use pirated products and repressive efforts by becoming a forum for following up on reports of copyright infringement in order to reduce piracy in Indonesia.

Abstract

This journal writing discusses the role of the TNI as Indonesia's front guard and defense in facing the Free Papua Organization (OPM) which has occurred since pre-reformation, post-reformation, and even now based on the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia. Indonesia. This research method uses methods. This writing method uses a literature approach which takes as its basis the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia and uses a descriptive analysis method, namely by analyzing existing problems and the role of the Indonesian National Army as the main force of defense and national security. The role of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) as the front guard and defense of the country in facing other acts of terrorism from the Free Papua Organization (OPM) is emphasized in Law no. 34 of 2004 concerning the Indonesian National Army in chapter VI concerning the deployment and use of TNI forces. The TNI as a component of national defense and national defense is correct in implementing existing regulations in Indonesia. However, acts of terrorism that are still occurring today must be used as evaluation material to further refine military strategies in this case so that the OPM conflict can be resolved quickly.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a category of small-scale businesses that are believed to be able to contribute to the Indonesian economy. One of the most preferred MSME businesses, even by young people, is the culinary business. One of them is MSME Arum Ayu Healthy Local Food as a supplier of gluten-free cassava flour (mocaf flour) in Tangerang Banten, in addition to selling raw materials for mocaf flour, it also provides a variety of Indonesian food made from tuber flour (gluten-free). Mocaf flour is a modification of cassava flour with a fermentation technique so that the resulting product has characteristics similar to wheat flour, soft white and no cassava taste so that the viscosity is better. Not many people are familiar with mocaf flour and its benefits and this is an obstacle for Arum Ayu Healthy Local Food SMEs in distributing their products. Therefore, Arum Ayu Healthy Local Food SMEs in carrying out promotions using online media mobile applications, where mobile applications are made with a visual approach in order to provide education about mocaf flour and build partnerships to expand business networks through resellers or drop shippers.
