Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the organizational culture analysis models OCAI (Organizational CultureAssessment Instrument) and work motivation Abraham Maslows hierarchy of needs of employees. PTTelekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Bogor located at Jalan Raya Padjadjaran No. 39 Bogor, West Java. Thecompany is engaged in the field of information and communication as well as service providers andtelecommunications network is complete in Indonesia. The problem lies on how to apply the normalbehavior in the company, is in conformity with the architecture leadership and corporate culture or not.Therefore, it is necessary to ensure appropriate analysis using models OCAI and Abraham Maslowshierarchy of needs. The results showed that the company makes adokrasi culture and culture as a keymarket that is used by companies to evaluate all kinds of internal and external problems. Advice given tothe company is doing the application of organizational culture can play an important role for thecompany and pay attention to all the needs required employees to help improve the performance of thecompany.Keywords: Analysis, Organizational Culture, OCAI, Motivation, Hierarchy of Needs, Abraham Maslow.

Abstract

This article examined the effect of STIFIn-based HR Management Practices on Job Performance. This research is a quantitative study with hypothesis testings using the PLS-SEM approach and analyzed using WarpPLS software. Hypothesis testings are carried out with two models; Model-1 investigates the relationship of the variables in STIFIn HR Management, namely selection and retention of performance. Model-2 investigates the relationship between the overall STIFIn HR management practices and overall job performance. This research was conducted at companies that have implemented STIFIn-based HR Management. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method. This study found a significant effect of STIFIn-based HR Management namely selection and retention practices on employee performance both in task performance and contextual performance. While the results of the model-2 analysis show that STIFIn's overall HR practice is also significant on performance with higher impact than if those HR STIFIn are implemented individually both of selection or retention. The results of this study will provide new insights into the previous research on the effect of HR management practices on performance, and specifically on HR management practices based on employee’s personality types.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan pada Nusa Sari Pabrik Tahu Sumedang. Jenis penilitian ini merupakan  penelitian verifikatif dengan metode penelitian  explanatory survey. Jenis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti dua jenis data yaitu data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder. Metode penarikan  sampel dengan  metode sensus dimana seluruh populasi karyawan sejumlah 63 orang dijadikan responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis koefisien kolerasi rank spearman, dan uji hipotesis koefisien kolerasi. Hasil dari analisis deskriptif didapatkan bahwa motivasi kerja pada Nusa Sari Pabrik Tahu Sumedang Sangat baik, dengan hasil rata-rata total tanggapan responden sebesar 85% yang berada pada interval 80%-100% yang artinya motivasi kerja pada Nusa Sari Pabrik Tahu Sumedang sangat baik. Kinerja karyawan pada Nusa Sari Pabrik Tahu Sumedang sangat baik. Hasil analisis koefisien kolerasi rank spearman sebesar 0,559 yang berada pada interval 0,40-0,599 yang artinya hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan pada Nusa Sari Pabrik Tahu Sumedang dengan tingkat hubungan yang sedang. Hasil penelitian ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan baik dengan memberikan reward dan punishment serta meningkatkan metode penyelesaian pekerjaan yang lebih efektif. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at Nusa Sari Sumedang Tofu Factory. This type of research is a verification research with explanatory survey research methods. The types of data used by researchers are two types of data, namely qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The sampling method is the census method in which the entire population of 63 employees is used as respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, Spearman rank correlation coefficient analysis, and correlation coefficient hypothesis testing. The results of the descriptive analysis found that work motivation at Nusa Sari Sumedang Tofu Factory was very good, with an average total response of 85% of respondents who were in the 80%-100% interval, which means that work motivation at Nusa Sari Sumedang Tofu Factory was very good. Employee performance at Nusa Sari Sumedang Tofu Factory is very good. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis of Spearman rank of 0.559 which are in the interval 0.40-0.599, which means the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at Nusa Sari Sumedang Tofu Factory with a moderate level of relationship. The results of this study imply the importance of maintaining and increasing employee motivation both by providing rewards and punishments as well as improving more effective work completion methods.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) Sukamakmur dalam penyusunan rencana strategis. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui pendampingan dalam penyusunan rencana strategis dan penyusunan business plan untuk bisnis apotek dan optimalisasi bisnis pelayanan PAM desa. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui focus group discussion dan workshop dengan para pengurus BUMDES. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tersusunnya rencana strategis BUMDES, proposal bisnis apotek, diketahuinya potensi pengembangan pasar berupa maklon air mineral. Dari hasil tersebut, masih perlu upaya dari BUMDES untuk meningkatkan kualitas air. Ketiga tujuan dari kegiatan ini telah tercapai. BUMDES telah memiliki rencana strategis untuk lima tahun ke depan. BUMDES telah memiliki proposal pengembangan bisnis apotek, dan BUMDES telah melakukan penjajakan pengembangan pasar layanan PAM Desa. ABSTRACT This service activity aims to increase the capacity of BUMDES Sukamakmur management to prepare strategic plans. Activities are carried out through assistance in preparing strategic plans and preparing business plans for pharmacy businesses and optimizing village PAM service businesses. Activities were carried out through focus group discussions and workshops with BUMDES administrators. As a result of this activity, a BUMDES strategic plan was prepared, a pharmacy business proposal, and the potential for market development in the form of mineral water manufacturing was identified. Based on these results, BUMDES still needs to make efforts to improve air quality. The third objective of this activity has been achieved. BUMDES has a strategic plan for the next five years. BUMDES already has a pharmacy business development proposal, and BUMDES has explored developing the Village PAM service market.
