Abstract

Abstract This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to improve the ability of BUM Desa administrators in managing their organizations, because so far there are still many BUM Desa that have not developed due to the lack of management capabilities in running their organizations. This activity is intended for the heads and administrators of BUM Desa in Bogor Regency. The method of implementation is to identify the problem first through an analysis tool using the SWOT method. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the activities carried out were organizational management training for the heads and administrators of BUM Desa which was carried out by the author with the initial stage being carried out for the chairman and management of BUM Desa in Tamansari Subdistrict, Bogor Regency. The implication of this Community Service (PKM) activity is the increasing ability of BUM Desa administrators in managing the organization and ultimately creating a professional and competitive BUM Desa organization.   Abstrak Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus BUM Desa dalam mengelola organisasinya, dikarenakan selama ini masih banyak BUM Desa yang tidak berkembang dikarenakan kurangnya kemampuan pengurus dalam menjalankan organisasinya. Kegiatan ini ditujukan bagi para ketua dan pengurus BUM Desa yang ada di Kabupaten Bogor. Metode pelaksanaannya adalah dengan melakukan identifikasi permasalahan terlebih dahulu melalui alat analisis dengan menggunakan metode SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT maka kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan pengelolaan organisasi bagi para ketua dan pengurus BUM Desa yang dilaksanakan oleh penulis dengan tahap awal dilaksanakan untuk ketua dan pengurus BUM Desa se Kecamatan Tamansari Kabupaten Bogor. Implikasi dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan para pengurus BUM Desa dalam mengelola organisasi dan pada akhirnya tercipta organisasi BUM Desa yang profesional dan memiliki daya saing.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan sistem pemasaran secara daring dan memfasilitasi pembuatan akun berjualan pada marketplace, serta memberikan pelatihan tentang pengolahan bunga sedap malam afkir menjadi produk bahan pangan berupa keripik bunga sedap malam sebagai bahan campuran sop. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dalam bentuk focus group discussion, pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan para petani terkait dengan pemanfaatan sistem teknologi pemasaran dan pengolahan limbah. Diharapkan dari kegiatan ini dapat membantu masyarakat petani bunga sedap malam untuk mencoba penjualan melalui pemasaran digital. Selain itu, diharapkan para petani dapat memanfaatkan limbah bunga sedap malam yang sebelumnya tidak dapat digunakan, kini limbah tersebut dapat diolah menjadi produk pangan sehingga dapat memberikan nilai ekonomi bagi masyarakat petani bunga sedap malam.   ABSTRACT The purpose of this activity is to provide online marketing system training and facilitate the creation of selling accounts on the marketplace, as well as provide training on processing rejected tuberose flowers into food products in the form of tuberose flower chips as a mixture of soup ingredients. The method of implementing community service is in the form of focus group discussions, training and mentoring with farmers related to the use of marketing technology systems and waste treatment. It is hoped that this activity can help tuberose flower farmers to try sales through digital marketing. In addition, it is hoped that farmers can take advantage of tuberose flower waste that previously could not be used, now the waste can be processed into food products so that it can provide economic value for tuberose flower farming communities.

Abstract

Situ Tunggilis is located in Desa Situsari Village, Kecamatan Cileungsi, is one of the 96 lakes in the Kab. Bogor. Currently, it has not provided benefits for the community even though there are development directions according to the Spatial Plan as desa wisata, this requires optimizing the use of the area. Community service activities aim to develop the site as a tourist attraction in the context of a tourist village and improve the community's ability to manage tourism objects there and to realize the policy of MBKM program. PKM is funded by the MBKM policy research assistance program and community service based on research results and prototypes of the Directorate General of Research, Technology and Higher Education. The implementation method is through field surveys, Focus Group Discussions and training. PKM produces a site development Master Plan with animations and regional icons, HR training, finance and digital marketing. The implications of PKM are having a lake development plan, increasing the ability of the community and BUMDes to manage the lake as a tourist attraction and creating a tourist village and improving community welfare.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to increase the capacity and ability of the head of BUMDesa in Tamansari District in improving the development of BUMDesa in Tamansari District, Bogor Regency. This problem started from the undeveloped BUMDes in Tamansari District. Of the 8 villages in Tamansari sub-district, all of them have established BUMDesa, but only two BUMDesa have active status, the remaining seven BUMDesa are inactive. The failure of the seven BUMDesa in Tamansari Sub-district was influenced by many factors, one of which was the weak capacity and ability of the Head of BUMDesa. This is because the elected head of BUMDesa does not have adequate knowledge, experience and education. On this basis, this service is carried out in the form of providing continuous managerial training in the form of BUMDesa schools and clinics for BUMDes heads in Tamansari District, Bogor Regency. The outputs resulting from this activity are in the form of increasing the ability and capacity of the Head of BUMDesa in Tamansari District, the creation of professional and competitive BUMDesa.

Abstract

Meski sudah banyak regulasi terkait upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan pendapatan desa,ternyata kesadaran aparatur desa di Kabupaten Bogor untuk mendirikan lembaga keuangan mikromaupun BUMDesa masih kurang, padahal berbagai upaya pemerintah pusat maupun daerah yangbertujuan agar ekonomi dapat berkembang dan mandiri, tapi belum juga dimaksimalkan. Apalagi dalamUU No 6/2014 tentang Penggunaan Dana Desa itu sudah berjalan tiga tahun, tapi penggunaanyaoleh desa di Kabupaten Bogor lebih terfokus pada fisik, tapi ke pemberdayaan masyarakatnya kurang.Tujuan dari kegiatan pendampingan pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BumDesa) Badan UsahaMilik Desa (BumDesa) mendapatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan aspek bisnis dan tata kelola yangpada akhirnya BUMDesa memiliki kemampuan organisasi yang profesional dan dapat memiliki dayasaing diera revolusi industri 4.0. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan model dan kebutuhanpelatihan dan pendampingan maka terlebih dahulu dilakukan analisis, analisis yang digunakan adalahmenggunakan analisis SWOT. Analisis menunjukkan para pengurus BUMDesa memerlukanpendampingan berupa pelatihan dan pendidikan, model pendampingan yang tepat adalahpendampingan melalui Klinik dan Sekolah BUMDesa. Universitas Pakuan telah melakukanpendampingan melalui Klinik dan Sekolah BUMDesa yang telah didirikan dan hasilnya beberapaBUMDesa telah memiliki tata kelola yang baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the existence of a relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction with the commitment to the organization (Studies On Employees Tous Les Jours Bakery).Population in this research is total employee of Tous Les Jours Bakery counted 364 people, while that will be used as sample of research is 200 employee of Kitchen Staff . Based on Slovin formula 133 people are taken as samples. The research instrument is questionnaire. The obtained data is then processed by using correlation analysis techniques with the assistance of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software. The results showed that: First, the organizational culture on organizational commitment has a significant relationship and has a contribution of 11.3%. Second, job satisfaction and commitment to the organization has a very significant relationship and has a contribution of 21.7%. Eventually, both organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneusly have a very significant relationship and have contributed 25.7%, the remaining 74.3% is determined by other unexamined variables

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction with a commitment to the organization (Study Tous Les Jours Employees In Bakery). The population in this study was overall Tous Les Jours Bakery employees as much as 364 people, while that will serve as the study sample were employees of the Kitchen staff totaling 200 people. Slovin formula samples using as many as 133 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The collected data was then processed using correlation analysis techniques with the help of software SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results showed that: First of organizational culture on organizational commitment has a significant relationship and has a contribution of 11.3%. Both job satisfaction and commitment to the organization has a very significant relationship and has a contribution of 21.7%. The third organizational culture and job satisfaction together have a very significant relationship and have contributed 25.7%, the remaining 74.3% is determined by other variables not examined.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Commitment to the Organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of personality on job satisfaction Head of BUM Villages in Bogor Regency, using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability by as many as 30 respondents from 131 people, with the verification method carried out through the method and analysis of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) equation using the Lisrel 8.70 software. Based on the results of data analysis, the value of t-count < t-table, or 11.88 > 1.96. The significance test was carried out by t-test at the level of = 0.05 and obtained a t-count value of 11.88 and more excellent than 1.96. Thus H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted; this means that the hypothesis that personality has a significant effect on job satisfaction. This means that personality variables have a significant influence on job satisfaction. Based on these results, to improve the personality of the BUMDes head in Bogor Regency, the recommended program is to increase the dimension of openness to experience with indicators of fantasy, aesthetics, feelings, actions, ideas, and values. Another program that can be implemented is through training on the formation of characteristics, aesthetics, and the formation of individual values for the heads of BUMDes in Bogor Regency. The suggested program is to increase the dimension of openness to experience with indicators of fantasy, aesthetics, feelings, actions, ideas, and values. Programs can be implemented through increasing responsibility for actions/activities and generating business ideas.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan pada Nusa Sari Pabrik Tahu Sumedang. Jenis penilitian ini merupakan  penelitian verifikatif dengan metode penelitian  explanatory survey. Jenis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti dua jenis data yaitu data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder. Metode penarikan  sampel dengan  metode sensus dimana seluruh populasi karyawan sejumlah 63 orang dijadikan responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis koefisien kolerasi rank spearman, dan uji hipotesis koefisien kolerasi. Hasil dari analisis deskriptif didapatkan bahwa motivasi kerja pada Nusa Sari Pabrik Tahu Sumedang Sangat baik, dengan hasil rata-rata total tanggapan responden sebesar 85% yang berada pada interval 80%-100% yang artinya motivasi kerja pada Nusa Sari Pabrik Tahu Sumedang sangat baik. Kinerja karyawan pada Nusa Sari Pabrik Tahu Sumedang sangat baik. Hasil analisis koefisien kolerasi rank spearman sebesar 0,559 yang berada pada interval 0,40-0,599 yang artinya hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan pada Nusa Sari Pabrik Tahu Sumedang dengan tingkat hubungan yang sedang. Hasil penelitian ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan baik dengan memberikan reward dan punishment serta meningkatkan metode penyelesaian pekerjaan yang lebih efektif. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at Nusa Sari Sumedang Tofu Factory. This type of research is a verification research with explanatory survey research methods. The types of data used by researchers are two types of data, namely qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The sampling method is the census method in which the entire population of 63 employees is used as respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, Spearman rank correlation coefficient analysis, and correlation coefficient hypothesis testing. The results of the descriptive analysis found that work motivation at Nusa Sari Sumedang Tofu Factory was very good, with an average total response of 85% of respondents who were in the 80%-100% interval, which means that work motivation at Nusa Sari Sumedang Tofu Factory was very good. Employee performance at Nusa Sari Sumedang Tofu Factory is very good. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis of Spearman rank of 0.559 which are in the interval 0.40-0.599, which means the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at Nusa Sari Sumedang Tofu Factory with a moderate level of relationship. The results of this study imply the importance of maintaining and increasing employee motivation both by providing rewards and punishments as well as improving more effective work completion methods.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the indicators that influence the commitment to the organization of the Head of BUMDesa in Bogor Regency, using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability as many as 30 respondents from 131 people, with the verification method carried out through the method and analysis of the Structural Equation model. Based on the results, it can be concluded that affective commitment is the most dominant indicator in influencing commitment to the organization of the head of BUMDesa in Bogor Regency. Meanwhile, the lowest score is normative commitment. Based on the results of this study, the suggestion that can be given is that the head of BUMDesa must increase Normative Commitment through strengthening indicators of having an obligation to the organization and loyalty to the organization. The activities that can be carried out are when the head of BUMDesa is elected, an orientation and job introduction program and the position of the Head of BUMDesa must be carried out or in the form of pre-service activities for the head of BUMDesa.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis indikator-indikator yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi Kepala BUMDesa di Kabupaten Bogor, dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya sebanyak 30 responden dari 131 orang, dengan metode verifikasi dilakukan melalui metode dan analisis model Structural Equation. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa komitmen afektif merupakan indikator yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi Komitmen Organisasi kepala BUMDesa di Kabupaten Bogor. Sedangkan skor terendah adalah komitmen normatif. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah kepala BUMDesa harus meningkatkan komitmen normatif melalui penguatan indikator memiliki kewajiban terhadap organisasi dan loyalitas terhadap organisasi. Kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan adalah pada saat pemilihan kepala BUMDesa harus dilakukan program orientasi dan pengenalan pekerjaan dan jabatan Kepala BUMDesa atau berupa kegiatan prajabatan kepala BUMDesa.
