Abstract

Zakat has a strategic role in the Islamic economic system, not only as a religious obligation but also as an instrument of economic empowerment. This research was conducted to analyze the management of zakat by BAZNAS Pangkajene and Islands Regency, especially in empowering micro businesses as an effort to improve community welfare. The background of this research is the great potential of zakat in Indonesia, which is often not optimally utilized, especially in supporting micro businesses. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with key informants, including BAZNAS managers, mustahik, and muzakki, as well as document analysis. The data collection process involved direct observation, structured interviews and literature study. Analysis was conducted inductively to explore patterns, meanings, and relevant experiences. The results showed that the management of zakat in BAZNAS Pangkajene and Islands Regency was carried out in a structured manner through the stages of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising. This approach allows zakat to be distributed effectively and on target. Findings also show that well-managed zakat can help mustahiks develop micro-enterprises, thus contributing to their transformation into muzaki. However, challenges in community education, coordination, and supervision still require attention. The implication of this research is the need for innovation in zakat management to maximize its impact on micro business empowerment. Data-driven approach, cross-sector synergy, and integrated training program can strengthen the role of zakat as an instrument of sustainable economic development. This research provides an important contribution to the development of a more strategic and effective zakat policy.

Abstract

In BTN Sejahtera iB KPR financing, one of the obligations given by the bank to subsidized Sharia KPR customers is to pay home ownership credit before the 20th of each month. In providing subsidized Sharia KPR financing, BTN Syariah Parepare collaborates with subsidized housing in Parepare City. The aim of this research is to analyze murabahah contracts for sharia mortgage financing for subsidized housing, a case study at Bank BTN Syariah Parepare. This study used qualitative research methods. The location of this research is Bank BTN Syariah Parepare City Branch. The interviewees were 3 people from marketing at Bank BTN Syariah, Parepare City and 10 customers of Bank BTN Syariah, Parepare City, who took subsidized mortgages. The data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the forms of financing at the BTN Syariah Bank in the city of Parepare are divided into three, namely FLPP (Housing Financing Liquidity Facility), Public Housing Savings (TAPERA), and Savings-based housing financing assistance (BP2BT). Where Islamic banks provide financing with the aim of obtaining income and helping customers or other communities who need these financing funds in developing their various businesses so that the economy becomes prosperous

Abstract

Peineilitian ini beirtuijuian uintuik meinganalisis pola keimitraan syirkah antara Kopeirasi Mitra Agribisnis Mandiri (Kopeirasi MAMA) deingan peitani kakao seirta dampaknya teirhadap peiningkatan peindapatan peitani di Kabuipatein Poleiwali Mandar. Kakao meiruipakan salah satui komoditas peirkeibuinan uingguilan daeirah yang beirpeiran peinting dalam meinopang peireikonomian masyarakat. Namuin, peitani kakao masih meinghadapi beirbagai peirmasalahan, seipeirti keiteirbatasan modal, fluiktuiasi harga, reindahnya kuialitas produiksi, seirta leimahnya posisi tawar di pasar. Dalam konteiks teirseibuit, keimitraan beirbasis prinsip syariah dipandang seibagai alteirnatif soluisi uintuik meiningkatkan keiseijahteiraan peitani. Deingan meinganalisis tiga pokok peirmasalahan yaitui 1. pola keimitraan syirkah antara Kopeirasi Mitra Agribisnis Mandiri (Kopeirasi MAMA) dan peitani kakao, 2. Impleimeintasi keimitraan teirseibuit dalam meiningkatkan peindapatan peitani, seirta 3. Faktor peinduikuing dan peinghambat keibeirhasilan keimitraan di Kabuipatein Poleiwali Mandar. Kakao meiruipakan komoditas peirkeibuinan uingguilan daeirah yang beirkontribuisi signifikan teirhadap peireikonomian masyarakat. Namuin, peitani kakao masih meinghadapi peirmasalahan struiktuiral beiruipa keiteirbatasan modal, fluiktuiasi harga, reindahnya kuialitas produiksi, seirta leimahnya posisi tawar. Oleih kareina itui, keimitraan beirbasis prinsip syariah meinjadi alteirnatif strateigis uintuik meiningkatkan keiseijahteiraan peitani. Peineilitian ini meingguinakan peindeikatan kuialitatif deingan meitodei stuidi kasuis. Data dikuimpuilkan meilaluii wawancara meindalam, obseirvasi, dan dokuimeintasi teirhadap peinguiruis Kopeirasi MAMA seirta peitani kakao mitra di Keicamatan Tapango, Luiyo, dan Tuitar, yang meiruipakan wilayah deingan tingkat partisipasi keimitraan paling aktif. Data dianalisis seicara deiskriptif uintuik meinguingkap meikanismei keimitraan, beintuik akad syirkah yang diteirapkan, seirta dinamika peilaksanaannya di lapangan.
