Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran Psychological Capital (PsyCap), yang mencakup efikasi diri, optimisme, harapan, dan resiliensi, terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah pada staf manajemen di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam Terpadu (LPIT) Roudlotul Jannah Bogor. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan enam informan kunci, terdiri dari kepala bagian dan staf manajerial. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa empat komponen PsyCap memainkan peran signifikan dalam membentuk respons staf terhadap perubahan. Efikasi diri menjadi fondasi keyakinan diri, optimisme memungkinkan mereka melihat peluang di balik tantangan, harapan memberikan motivasi untuk mencapai tujuan perubahan, dan resiliensi membantu mereka bangkit dari kesulitan. Secara kolektif, PsyCap berfungsi sebagai sumber daya psikologis yang mendorong proaktivitas, mengurangi resistensi, dan memperkuat adaptabilitas staf manajemen. Studi ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi LPIT dalam mengembangkan modal psikologis staf sebagai investasi strategis untuk keberlanjutan dan inovasi.

Abstract

This study investigated the influence of core, functional, and spiritual competencies on teachers' perceived teaching quality at SD Nizamia Andalusia Jakarta, an Islamic elementary school to examine the relationships between these competency dimensions and teaching quality. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to the entire teaching staff. The results confirmed that core, functional, and spiritual competencies collectively explained a substantial amount of the variance in perceived teaching quality among the teachers. Notably, the findings highlighted the interconnected importance of all three competency dimensions, with spiritual competencies emerging as a particularly influential factor within this specific Islamic educational context. This suggests that beyond fundamental and pedagogical skills, the embodiment of spiritual values significantly contributes to teachers' effectiveness and overall teaching quality within an Islamic school setting. The study highlights the need for comprehensive teacher development programs that address all three competency domains to enhance educational outcomes in Islamic elementary education.

Abstract

Leadership style can be defined as a behavior and strategy resulting from acombination of philosophies, skills, traits and attitudes often applied by aleader when trying to influence the performance of his subordinates.Transformational Leadership is a leadership style in which the leader canidentify needed change, create a vision to guide change through inspirationand execute change with the commitment of group members. Similarly,innovation is a research, development and engineering activity that aims todevelop practical applications, values, and contexts of new science or newways to apply existing science and technology to a product or production.Radical innovation is a new product, service or technology developed by anorganization that completely replaces a company's existing products, servicesand technology. The role of Leadership is very necessary considering thatLeadership is considered one of the important factors influencing innovationbecause leaders influence organizational characteristics and motivatecreativity in their followers, including Industry. A thorough understanding ofstate-of-the-art of Transformational Leadership and Radical Innovation is stillneeded. Therefore, this article aims to classify, identify scientific publicationsand conduct a thematic analysis of the current literature to create an extensiveand detailed understanding of Transformational Leadership and RadicalInnovation, especially in Industry.
