Abstract

One of the problems that internet users often face is slow internet access. This problem can occur because there is no bandwidth management system in use. The Random Early Detection and Hierarchical Token Bucket methods are good methods. However, it is not yet known which is the best between the two. Research needs to be carried out to determine the comparison of network quality using these two methods. This research aims to determine the quality of networks that apply the Random Early Detection and Hierarchical Token Bucket methods whether they are given noise injection or not. This research data was collected by testing the wireless local area network. The collected data is analyzed using QoS. The results show that the implementation of the Hierarchical Token Bucket method is of better quality, it can be seen with a throughtput value of 879128 bps, a delay value of 8 ms, a jitter value of 11,041 ms and a packet loss value of 0%. On the other hand, the Hierarchical Token Bucket method was given Noise Injection with a throughput of 582716 bps, a delay value of 15,427 ms, a jitter value of 21,924 ms and a packet loss value of 2.8%. Meanwhile, the application of the Random Early Detection method obtains quality with a throughput value of 816,287 bps, a delay value of 8,673 ms, a jitter value of 12,591 ms and a packet loss value of 0%. On the other hand, the Random Early Detection method is given Noise Injection with a throughput value of 704778 bps, a delay value of 11,154 ms, a jitter value of 15,565 ms and a packet loss value of 2.14%.

Abstract

The results of this study show. (1) It can be seen that the value of the adjusted R square is 0.758 or 75.8%. This shows that consumer satisfaction (Y1) and advertising (X) can explain purchase intention (Y2) of 75.8%, the remaining 24.2% (100% - 75.8%) is explained by other variables outside the research model. This. Such as service, price and interest in buying. (2) The results of the (Partial) t test show that tcount (7.413) > ttable (1.685), likewise with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the advertising variable (X) has an effect positive and significant to consumer satisfaction (Y1). (3) The results of the t test (Partial) can be seen that the value of tcount (3.059) > ttable (1.685), and the significance value is 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that advertising (X) has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (Y2). (4) The results of the path analysis test show that the direct effect of variable X on variable Y2 is 0.377. While the indirect effect through the Y1 variable is 0.769 x 0.554 = 0.426, the calculation results obtained show that the indirect effect through the Y1 variable is greater than the direct effect on the Y2 variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the work environment and individual characteristics on employee performance. The research method used is the method of qualitative data and quantitative data. While the data used is primary data. 1) a ttable value of 2.048 is obtained. From this description it can be seen that tcount (5.613) > ttable (2.048), likewise with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Work Environment Variable (X1) significant effect on Employee Performance Variable (Y). 2) a ttable value of 2.048 is obtained. From this description it can be seen that tcount (1.488) < ttable (2.048), and a significance value of 0.148 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the Individual Characteristics Variable (X2) has no significant effect on the Employee Performance Variable (Y). 3) the Ftable value is 3.35. From this description it can be seen that Fcount (15.768) > Ftable (3.35), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the fourth hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Work Environment Variable (X1) , Individual Characteristics Variable (X2), has a significant simultaneous effect on Employee Performance Variables (Y).

Abstract

The research aims to find out what the penalties are for perpetrators of criminal acts of land grabbing from a positive criminal law perspective and the penalties for perpetrators of criminal acts of land grabbing from a criminal law perspective. The type of research method used by normative juridical research. Secondary data sources were obtained from Al-Qur'an, Hadith, Fiqh Jinayah books, and the Criminal Code. Then it is analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method, namely explaining everything in the main issues firmly based on the problem formulation which is concluded inductively. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the legal sanction for the crime of land grabbing according to the positive criminal law contained in the Criminal Code (KUHP) can be punished according to the provisions of article 385 by 4 years' imprisonment, whereas in Islamic criminal law the sanction of imprisonment can be imposed with the fingertips. ta'zir.
