Abstract

The flow of news regarding the development of Covid-19 has dominated various information channels in Indonesia in the last 2 years, either through print media or digital media. Various types of news related to Covid-19 continue to circulate, including hoax news. One of the hoax news that is widely circulating is news about the Covid-19 vaccine. The rise of information containing hoax news and untrue rumors about the Covid-19 vaccine in society can worsen the pandemic situation. Currently there is no intelligent system capable of classifying hoaxes regarding the Covid-19 vaccine. To maximize prevention of the spread of hoax news about the Covid-19 vaccine and overcome the problems faced, the author designed a classification system for hoax news about the Covid-19 vaccine using a machine learning approach. The system built can classify news using a combination of the Name Entity Recognition (NER) and Backpropagation algorithms. The datasets used are: 600 Covid-19 vaccine news data obtained from the sites https://turnbackhoax.id/ and https://www.kompas.com/ with the keyword "covid vaccine". The dataset is divided into two, training data and test data. The training data is preprocessed and then used in model design. Test data is used to evaluate the results of model design. This process produces a machine learning model with a good accuracy level of 97.62%.

Abstract

The results of this study show. (1) It can be seen that the value of the adjusted R square is 0.758 or 75.8%. This shows that consumer satisfaction (Y1) and advertising (X) can explain purchase intention (Y2) of 75.8%, the remaining 24.2% (100% - 75.8%) is explained by other variables outside the research model. This. Such as service, price and interest in buying. (2) The results of the (Partial) t test show that tcount (7.413) > ttable (1.685), likewise with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the advertising variable(X) positive and significant effecton consumer satisfaction (Y1).(3) The results of the t test (Partial) can be seen that the value of tcount (3.059) > ttable (1.685), and the significance value is 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaningadvertisement(X) positive and significant effecton buying interest (Y2). (4) The results of the path analysis test show that the direct effect of variable X on variable Y2 is 0.377. While the indirect effect through the Y1 variable is 0.769 x 0.554 = 0.426, the calculation results obtained show that the indirect effect through the Y1 variable is greater than the direct effect on the Y2 variable.

Abstract

The sampling technique used was the census method, where the entire population of 40 Medical Doctor and Nurses at Medical Doctor And Nurse In United States Public Health Service, was sampled in this study. Data collection techniques by conducting a review study of books, literature, records, and reports that have something to do with the problem being solved. The results of this study are stated that: From the table above, a tcount value of 5.399 is obtained with α = 5%, ttable (5%; nk = 38) obtained a ttable value of 1.685. From this description it can be seen that tcount (5.399) > ttable (1.685) , likewise with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the compensation variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Y1). tcount value of 2.939 With α = 5%, ttable (5%; nk = 38) obtained ttable value of 1.685 From this description it can be seen that tcount (2.939) > ttable (1.685), and its significance value is 0.00 <0, 05 it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that compensation (X) has a significant effect on Medical Doctor and Nurse performance (Y2). tcount value of 3.294 With α = 5%, ttable (5%; nk = 38) obtained ttable value of 1.685 From this description it can be seen that tcount (3.294) > ttable (1.685), and its significance value is 0.00 <0, 05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that work discipline (Y1) has a positive and significant effect on Medical Doctor and Nurse performance (Y2). In the picture above the path analysis shows the direct effect of variable X on variable Y2 of 0.403.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the status of legal protection for people who are caught in the systematic performance of illegal loans, reviewed juridically and from the legal perspective of siyasah dusturiyah. This writing is motivated by the various problems currently being faced by the community who are fearful of feeling anxious due to the impact of the performance of illegal loans which are considered to be arbitrarily acting and taking away someone's freedom in an unusual way, so this must be explored further in solving these problems. The research method used is the Normative Juridical method with a descriptive analysis approach. The results of this research show that the systematic performance of pinjol in Indonesia is contradictory and contrary to the legal norms or regulations in force. Because lending is the same as an act of extortion and a violation of the ITE Law, seen from the aspect of violating the ITE Law, if a fine limit is not respected, users of illegal lending services will suffer consequences in the form of commercial distribution of all data or biodata contained in the resident's identity and ultimately data leakage occurs. According to the legal perspective of siyasah, this loan problem is essentially a problem related to social norms or siyasah dusturiyah, a policy from the government which opens up opportunities in the implementation of the OJK (Financial Services Authority) and does not rule out the possibility of also opening up opportunities for the implementation of illegal loans. In terms of fiqh, this problem is included in the issue of siyasah dusturiyah which violates the principles of a policy in Islamic law.
