Abstract

Stres kerja merupakan ketidakseimbangan antara tuntutan tugas dengan kemampuan kerja seseorang yang menimbulkan ketegangan melalui respon fisik dan emosional. Terdapat faktor yang mempengaruhi stres. Salah satu faktor mempengaruhi stres kerja adalah dukungan sosial. Dukungan sosial merupakan pemberian perasaan nyaman secara fisik maupun psikologis saat sesorang merasa tertekan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial dengan tingkat stres kerja perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan proportionate stratifed random sampling, jumlah sampel 105 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner tingkat stres kerja Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) dan dukungan sosial Multidimesional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Koefesien Korelasi Spearmen Rank. Hasil analisis univariat jenis kelamin mayoritas perempuan 87 responden (82.9%), usia 36-45 adalah 52 responden (49.5%), pendidikan D III yaitu 58 responden (55.2%), masa kerja ≥ 3 tahun adalah 93 responden (88.6%), dukungan sosial perawat kategori tinggi yaitu 70 responden (66.7%), dan tingkat stres kerja kategori ringan adalah 80 responden (76.2%). Analisis bivariat Uji Koefesien Korelasi Spearmen Rank hasil p value sebesar 0.00 < 0.05 artinya hipotesis diterima yang berarti ada hubungan dukungan sosial dengan tingkat stres kerja perawat. Koefesien korelasi dukungan sosial dengan tingkat stres kerja memiliki nilai -0.269 menunjukan korelasi negative yang semakin tinggi dukungan sosial maka semakin ringan tingkat stres kerja perawat. Adanya hubungan dukungan sosial dengan tingkat stres kerja perawat di Instalasi di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga.

Abstract

He provision of educational services for children with special needs requires adaptive approaches that accommodate students’ characteristics and learning needs. Special schools play an essential role in delivering educational services that support the academic, social, and emotional development of students with special needs. This study aims to describe the implementation of educational services for children with special needs at SLB Rela Bhakti 1 Gamping Sleman, particularly at the SDLB level. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving the principal, classroom teachers, and students with mild and moderate intellectual disabilities as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that educational services at SLB Rela Bhakti 1 Gamping Sleman are implemented adaptively through limiting the number of students in each class, developing an independent curriculum based on a deep learning approach, and applying concrete and contextual learning methods and media. The main challenges in the learning process are related to students’ emotional conditions and social dynamics among peers. Efforts to address these challenges include flexible learning strategies, support from the school principal, and collaboration with parents. These findings suggest that adaptive, flexible, and collaborative educational services play an important role in supporting the development of children with special needs.
