Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) supported by St. Yusup Bintaran Parish in Yogyakarta to utilize digital technology for data-driven marketing strategies. The main challenges faced by local MSMEs include low levels of digital literacy, limited access to market analysis tools, and a reliance on traditional promotional methods. In response to these challenges, the Community Service Team (Abdimas) from the Faculty of Business and Economics, Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University (FBE UAJY), in collaboration with the Social and Economic Development Unit (PSE) of the parish, designed a training program focused on the use of Google Trends. The program was implemented over seven structured sessions, covering needs assessment, introduction to digital tools, practical market trend analysis, strategy formulation, and intensive coaching. The training resulted in improved participant understanding and skills in interpreting search trend data, identifying relevant keywords, and designing more targeted digital marketing strategies. Through a practical and contextual approach, this program is expected to support the digital transformation of local MSMEs and strengthen their competitiveness in the digital economy era.

Abstract

The development of the culinary business in DIY had experienced heavy pressure during thepandemic. Along with the recovery of economic activities, culinary businesses are facing changes inconsumer tastes that need to be faced by business actors. Abana Kitchen is one of the businesses thatfaces the challenge of adjusting business processes needed to adjust conditions after the pandemic.Therefore, this devotion is done to help Abana Kitchen to adjust business processes. This service usesa design thinking approach in the preparation of new business processes, which consist of 5 stages,namely: empathize, define, idiate, prototype, test. The result of this devotion is a new business processthat suits the needs of Abana Kitchen, which is business management activity that aligned withproduct standarization that produce high quality products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh dimensi employee attractiveness terhadap intention to stay karyawan hotel berbintang di Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan kuesioner online yang didistribusikan kepada karyawan, penelitian ini melibatkan 70 responden yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling, berdasarkan kriteria spesifik yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian, yaitu karyawan tetap dengan masa kerja lebih dari satu tahun. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin untuk mengukur persepsi responden terhadap penerapan dimensi employee attractiveness: interest value, economic value, development value, application value, and social value terhadap the intention to stay. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua dimensi employee attractiveness yang meliputi interest value, economic value, development value, application value, and social value memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to stay karyawan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi employer branding yang kuat dan dieksekusi dengan baik dapat menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan retensi karyawan.
