Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a significant effect of the implementation of Wordwall as a learning medium to increase students' interest in learning, particularly students in grade X of the Indonesian Language subject at SMA Negeri 1 Kadugede. The method used in this research is a quantitative quasi-experimental type. The research design employs a Nonequivalent Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This study involved 394 students from classes XA and XB, each with 73 samples. Data collection techniques used included observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The research instrument is a questionnaire, which was used to administer pretests and posttests before and after the implementation of the learning media using Wordwall. Data analysis used a t-test. The results indicate a significant increase in learning motivation among grade X Indonesian language students, as evidenced by pretest and posttest scores: 62.51 and 70.02, respectively. These results suggest a significant increase in learning motivation among students after implementing Wordwall-based learning, with an increase of 7.51

Abstract

This study is based on the importance of using technology in learning and the need to increase students' interest in Pancasila Education material. The purpose of this study is to determine how the use of Mentimeter learning media affects the increase in students' interest in Pancasila Education subjects at SMAN 1 Kadugede. This study was conducted through a quantitative experiment. The study involved 394 students in grade X at SMAN 1 Kadugede, with 72 students from class XD (control) and XJ (experimental) used as the sample. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques included validity, reliability, normality, homogeneity, paired sample t-test, and independent sample t-test using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that the use of Mentimeter influences students' desire to learn about Pancasila Education. The pretest questionnaire results increased from 46.72 to 52.61 on the posttest questionnaire, showing a difference in the average score between the pretest and posttest questionnaires of 5.89. The data collected shows that students' responses to the results of using the Mentimeter learning tool are positive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the use of Gimkit as a learning medium contributed to better learning outcomes for 10th grade students in science and biology at SMA Negeri 1 Kadugede. This study used a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class that used Gimkit and the control class that used conventional learning methods. The population used was grade X with a total of 394 students, and the sample consisted of 72 students. The research instruments consisted of pretest and posttest questions used to measure learning outcomes and a questionnaire used to determine students' reactions to the use of Gimkit. To analyze the data, normality, homogeneity, paired sample t-test, and independent tests were used. The results of this study indicate that students' learning outcomes in science and biology improved both before and after using the Gimkit media. The use of the Gimkit learning medium is more effective than conventional methods. This is evidenced by the increase in pretest and posttest scores in the experimental class from 58.61 to 74.17. This indicates a significant improvement in learning outcomes after using the Gimkit medium, with an increase of 15.56.
