This study aimed to determine the effect of competencies and compensation to the performance with mediate on the job satisfaction. Total population of as many as 443 people with a total sample of 110 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. With a Cronbach alpha reliability test, regression analysis, t test, and a test with an adjusted R square r. The results show that competence has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Compensation and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Competence has positive and significant effect on performance. Compensation and significant positive effect on performance. Job satisfaction is a positive and significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction did not mediate the effect of competence on employee performance. Currently, technological progress is growing rapidly, it can be seen from changes in aspects of human life, technological progress can make work, education, business opportunities easier, and can obtain information from all over the world. A website is a site that can be accessed as a promotional place that can be seen by a wide audience. Dukuhdalem Kehati Park is a park that lacks promotion and many people don't know about it. The aim of this research is that students who serve in Dukuhdalem Village want to introduce Kehati Park through a website so that it can be accessed and seen by a wide range of people, not just the people of Dukuhdalem Village. The method of this activity is to create a website as a digital promotional place that introduces the Biodiversity Park and provides training or how to operate the use of the website to continue to develop. The result of this activity is that the Taman Kehati website can be used to promote the Taman Kehati tourist attraction, this website can also make the Taman Kehati tourist attraction known to the wider community via the internet and can help the village economy.

The aim of this activity is to stimulate interest in literacy among children, especially in Rajadanu Village, and the general public, with a focus on improving literacy skills. In implementing this reading garden program, we apply research-bSased methods with a PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach. When providing books, we also work with book donors. Apart from that, the village also provides space for the TBM. Based on observations, it indicates that children's reading awareness in Rajadanu Village is still lacking. Providing reading books is an important factor in stimulating interest in reading, and good facilities can promote people's interest in reading, especially local children. The conclusion of this service is an effort to stimulate or improve children's literacy understanding through reading gardens.

This study is based on the importance of using technology in learning and the need to increase students' interest in Pancasila Education material. The purpose of this study is to determine how the use of Mentimeter learning media affects the increase in students' interest in Pancasila Education subjects at SMAN 1 Kadugede. This study was conducted through a quantitative experiment. The study involved 394 students in grade X at SMAN 1 Kadugede, with 72 students from class XD (control) and XJ (experimental) used as the sample. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques included validity, reliability, normality, homogeneity, paired sample t-test, and independent sample t-test using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that the use of Mentimeter influences students' desire to learn about Pancasila Education. The pretest questionnaire results increased from 46.72 to 52.61 on the posttest questionnaire, showing a difference in the average score between the pretest and posttest questionnaires of 5.89. The data collected shows that students' responses to the results of using the Mentimeter learning tool are positive.
