Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi akad mudharabah pada Tabungan Haji iB Maslahah di Bank BJB Syariah KCP Indramayu serta meninjau sistem bagi hasilnya dalam perspektif fiqih dan keadilan ekonomi Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan, melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan di peroleh hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akad yang digunakan adalah mudharabah muthlaqah, di mana nasabah sebagai shahibul maal menyerahkan dana kepada bank sebagai mudharib untuk dikelola pada pembiayaan syariah yang halal dan produktif. Nisbah bagi hasil sebesar 1% untuk nasabah dan 99% untuk bank dinyatakan sah secara fiqih, namun dinilai kurang proporsional dari sisi keadilan ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

The development of sharia financial products in Indonesia is increasingly rapid, including the iB Maslahah Children's Savings offered by BJB Syariah. This product is designed to support people's financial literacy, especially children, by providing financial education from an early age. Through the wadiah yad dhamanah agreement, iB Maslahah Children's Savings offers various advantages, such as a low initial deposit, free administration fees, and easy access for parents to manage their children's savings. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of managing iB Maslahah Children's Savings using qualitative descriptive methods. The research results show that the effectiveness of managing this product is influenced by several main factors, namely thorough financial planning, disciplined financial management, family financial readiness, and support from financial institutions. With proper implementation, iB Maslahah Children's Savings not only helps prepare children's future financially but also builds savings habits and financial understanding from an early age. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of sharia financial literacy in Indonesia and increase public participation in sharia-based financial products.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the Industrial 4.0 era has transformed the educational paradigm through the utilization of the internet as the primary learning infrastructure. This research aims to analyze the utilization of e-learning as an internet-based learning medium and explore its effectiveness in the modern educational process. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature review approach, by collecting and synthesizing relevant literature from various reliable scientific sources. The results indicate that e-learning provides accessibility flexibility, time efficiency, and enriches interaction through various multimedia features that are responsive to the needs of students in the digital era. Although it offers great potential, its implementation still faces technical challenges and the need for pedagogical adaptation. This study concludes that combining interactive digital content with stable platforms is the key to successful technology-based educational transformation.
