Abstract

This article aims to describe the state-of-the-art in occupational safety culture in the construction industry and propose a future research agenda. A systematic literature review is carried out comprehensively about the study of work safety culture in the construction industry in relation to improving employee performance which has an impact on improving company performance. Previous research has shown work safety culture as a corporate culture that can reduce accident rates and improve safety performance, but there is no research that discusses how the role of work safety culture from the employee's point of view can contribute to improving company performance, especially in high-risk industries such as the construction industry. . In addition, previous research has not revealed the interpretation of work safety culture based on the practice of implementing work safety culture at the employee level in construction companies. Based on the review conducted, eight future research agendas were proposed. This article is believed to be the first to discuss a literature review on work safety culture in relation to improving company performance through the perspective of employees in the construction industry in Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job performance appraisal, work experience and personality on employee career development. The populations in this study were 78 employees of PT. Sunggong Logistics. The sample used was 78 employees. The sampling method uses saturated sampling technique. The data collection method used survey method with the research instrument was a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that the job performance appraisal, work experience, and personality have a positive and significant effect on career development. Suggestions for the management of PT. Sunggong Logistics to make improvements during job performance appraisal and to include employees in job training to improve employee skills and for all employees of PT. Sunggong Logistics for employees of PT. Sunggong Logistics is recommended to create a comfortable work environment, and build good communication for fellow employees and with the stakeholders involved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai rumah sakit. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan RSUD Cengkareng yang telah bekerja selama 3 tahun yaitu berjumlah 690 orang dengan jumlah sampel responden sebanyak 254 orang yang dipilih melalui cluster sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Perencanaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian sangat diperlukan dalam sebuah proyek. Keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian proyek disebabkan oleh adanya perencanaan dan pengendalian proyek yang kurang efektif. Dampak dari ketidakefektifan tersebut akan mengakibatkan menurunnya kualitas proyek tersebut. Metode Project Evaluation Review and Technique (PERT) digunakan untuk mengatur waktu penyelesaian proyek sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien. Artikel ini memberi rekomendasi terhadap pemilik proyek pemasangan audio dan visual di PT.XYZ. Hasil analisa ini menunjukan bahwa proyek akan selesai dengan penambahan jam kerja selama 4 jam kerja per hari dan adanya penambahan biaya proyek.

Abstract

In order to make Indonesia the center of the world's Islamic economy, tourism is one of the potential sectors to be developed. The objectives of this study are; to obtain a description of the existing conditions of Muslim friendly tourism and to formulate certain programfor the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf/ Baparekraf). Those institutions arepolicy makers, related to developing the Muslim-friendly tourism businesses ecosystem. This study is qualitative, but some data is collected through quantitative approach. The key informant are policy makers at the Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf. The facilities which is needed are places of worship, food and beverage services that are Muslim-friendly,and the availability of travel agencies that offer Muslim-friendly travel packages. Labeling of halal certification on food and beverage processing that applies the CHSE (Clean, Health, Safety, Environment) standard is a strategy offered on the demand side. On the linkage side, the development of tourism must involve several administrative areas. Beside that, it is necessary to increase education to the community, and it must be in accordance with applicable customary regulations. Every tourism destination also needs segmentation and product development, that always adapts to the trends.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji peran budaya keselamatan kerja sebagai faktor kunci dalam kinerja karyawan dan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang terkait dengan kinerja karyawan pertambangan emas. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan sampel dari perusahaan tambang emas di Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Penulis mengumpulkan informasi tentang budaya keselamatan keselamatan kerja, motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan serta karakteristik karyawan lainnya. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis prosedural bersyarat yang dilakukan untuk menguji model. Hasil pengolahan data menggunakan SEM menunjukkan bahwa budaya keselamatan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi dan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa praktisi harus lebih menekankan pengembangan budaya keselamatan kerja untuk manajemen perusahaan karena hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya keselamatan dapat menjadi faktor kunci untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Diperlukan tindakan korektif untuk mengoptimalkan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi budaya keselamatan kerja. Memprioritaskan budaya keselamatan kerja, memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan keselamatan kerja bagi karyawan, menciptakan sistem kompensasi yang mendorong karyawan untuk berperilaku aman, dan menetapkan standar keamanan yang jelas adalah langkah-langkah yang perlu dilakukan oleh perusahaan tambang emas di Jawa Timur untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah populasi difokuskan pada karyawan perusahaan tambang emas yang berlokasi di Jawa Timur. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan populasi yang lebih luas yang dapat lebih menggeneralisasi temuan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait kendala yang dihadapi oleh KSP Sejahtera Bersama Cabang Serang akibat dari adanya pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplorasi dengan pendekatan ilmiah menggunakan metode studi kasus kualitatif yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi kendala kinerja yang diakibatkan oleh pandemic Covid-19.  Penelitian ini menggunakan responden sebanyak lima orang yang terdiri dari tenaga penyuluh koperasi, anggota koperasi, dan staf administrasi.  Responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan inisial R1, R2, R3, R4, dan R5 dengan maksud menjaga kerahasiaan. Wawancara dilakukan dengan cara semi-terstruktur yang dilakukan dengan perntanyaan yang sudah disiapkan berdasarkan literature terkait. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat kendala yang dialami oleh anggota, staff, dan penyuluh koperasi yang disebabkan oleh terganggunya likuiditas dan proses Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) yang dialami oleh Koperasi Sejahtera Bersama. Kata kunci: Kinerja Koperasi, anggota koperasi, staff operasional, penyuluh koperasi,  pandemic covid-19, studi eksploratif

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze human resource management strategies and safety culture as competitive advantages to improve company performance in the construction industry in Indonesia and to identify related factors to achieve competitive advantage in the construction industry. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 174 construction companies in Indonesia. The results of SEM data processing using the Lisrel software show that recruitment, selection, performance management, compensation, and training and development that are integrated with safety culture can be a competitive advantage and can improve the performance of construction companies in Indonesia. Future studies can use this strategic human resource management model in different industrial sectors by increasing the number of samples so that the research results can be generalized to the intended population.

Abstract

Every company, including in the health industry, needs quality human resources (employees) in carrying out its operational activities. Employees are the organization's main asset and have a strategic role in the organization, namely as thinkers, planners, and controllers of organizational activities. We investigated the turnover rate of healthcare workers in terms of the work environment, employee performance, and job satisfaction as a mediating role. We tested our hypothesis using SEM/PLS on 75 respondents who worked in healthcare companies and found that the work environment, employee performance, and job satisfaction influence the turnover intention of employees who work in the health sector.
