Abstract

Pendidikan pra nikah atau bimbingan perkawinan (binwin) melalui 2 (dua) cara, yaitu: pertama, diadakan langsung oleh pihak Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pelalawan secara serentak dengan mengundang pihak terkait dan anggaran ditanggung pihak Kementerian Agama melalui anggaran Bimas Islam; dan kedua, diadakan dari Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) setempat dengan biaya mandiri. Terkait pemateri sesuai dengan materi, jika berkaitan dengan perkawinan dan keluarga sakinah maka pematerinya dari Kementerian Agama dan KUA dan jika materinya tentang kesehatan maka pematerinya dari BKKBN dan Puskesmas. Pendidikan pra nikah dalam keharmonisan rumah tangga di Kabupaten Pelalawan sangat berpengaruh untuk memecahkan masalah rumah tangga dan memberikan pemahaman terkait pernikahan sehingga terwujudnya keluarga yang harmonis.

Abstract

Pada kenyataannya masih ada masyarakat yang tidak memahami perundang-undangan yang mengatur perihal perkawinn. Mereka lebih senang dan bahkan menganggap sudah cukup apabila telah memenuhi persyaratan agama dan adat. Sehingga ketika ingin melaksanakan proses perkawinan, tidak merasa perlu untuk mendapatkan buku nikah dan perkawinan mereka tidak tercatat di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA). Pandangan seperti ini banyak ditemukan di Indonesia, bukan hanya di daerah Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau (daerah penelitian dalam tulisan ini) tetapi terjadi hampir di setiap daerah. Peran Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) dalam meminimalisir perkawinan bawah tangan di Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Kabupaten Kampar di antaranya: a) Melakukan penyuluhan-penyuluhan Pencatatan Perkawina kepada calon pengantin; b) Melakukan sosialisaasi tentang pentingnya Pencatatan Perkawinan dan dampak buruknya terhadap keluarga, ibu dan anak melakui seminar-seminar dan pengajian-pengajian yang diselenggarakan masyarakat; c) Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Kampar Kiri berkerja sama dengan P3N bersama aparatur desa melakukan penyuluhan-penyuluhan setiap 2 (dua) bulan sekali kepada masyarakat; dan d) Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) memfasilitasi itsbat nikah.

Abstract

The development of science and technology in the era of globalization and the Industrial Revolution 4.0 demands that Islamic education undergo a paradigm shift without losing its Islamic identity. This study aims to analyze the relevance of contemporary Islamic philosophy in the development of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), particularly in responding to the challenges of modernity, globalization, and the digitalization of education. Contemporary Islamic philosophy is understood as a framework of thought that seeks to harmoniously integrate reason, revelation, spiritual values, and social reality. Through a literature review approach, this study examines the thoughts of classical and contemporary Islamic educational philosophy figures, such as Ibn Khaldun, Ibn Sina, and K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, and their implications for curriculum, learning methods, and student character development. The study's findings demonstrate that contemporary Islamic philosophy has significantly contributed to strengthening the holistic, integrative, and contextual orientation of Islamic education. The integration of the values ​​of monotheism, morality, and critical thinking serves as an essential foundation for developing a Muslim character that adapts to changing times without losing its Islamic identity. Therefore, contemporary Islamic philosophy is relevant as a conceptual foundation for the development of Islamic Religious Education in the modern era.

Abstract

Islamic educational philosophy serves as a conceptual foundation guiding the implementation of education in accordance with Islamic values. This article aims to examine the essence, scope, position, and characteristics of Islamic educational philosophy in constructing a holistic and tawhid-oriented educational system. The study places the Qur’an and Hadith as the primary sources of thought, complemented by the perspectives of Muslim philosophers in responding to contemporary educational challenges. The discussion focuses on two main dimensions: the macro dimension, which analyzes the ontological relationship between God, human beings, and the universe; and the micro dimension, which examines educational objectives, educators, learners, curriculum, teaching methods, and educational environment. The findings indicate that Islamic educational philosophy possesses distinctive characteristics, including its foundation in revelation, orientation toward monotheism, holistic and humanistic-religious approach, normative and applicative nature, and integrative view of religious and worldly knowledge. Therefore, Islamic educational philosophy plays a strategic role as an ideological and methodological foundation in shaping the ideal human being (insan kamil) capable of addressing modern challenges without losing divine values.

Abstract

Character education has been regarded as a fundamental dimension of Islamic education aimed at developing individuals who are faithful, knowledgeable, and possess noble character. This article examined the philosophy of Islamic character education as a conceptual and normative foundation for shaping students’ personalities. The study employed a qualitative approach using a library research method by analyzing primary sources such as the Qur’an and Hadith, as well as secondary sources including the works of prominent Islamic education scholars such as Al-Ghazali, Ibn Miskawayh, and Muhammad Omar al-Syaibani. The findings show that the philosophy of Islamic character education is rooted in the principles of tawhid, human fitrah, and divine revelation as the core foundations of educational practice. Character formation is implemented through role modeling, habituation, moral instruction, motivation and deterrence (targhib–tarhib), and storytelling methods. Furthermore, the study highlights that effective implementation of Islamic character education requires strong synergy among families, educational institutions, communities, and the state. Therefore, the philosophy of Islamic character education serves as a strategic framework for fostering a generation that maintains a balance between intellectual competence, spiritual maturity, and moral excellence.
