Abstract

Pengembangan ini bertujuan (1) Mengetahui pengembangan ensiklopedia digital berbasis problem solving dan karakter tema 6 energi dan perubahannya kelas 3 SD, (2) Mengetahui kelayakan ensiklopedia digital berbasis problem solving dan karakter tema 6 kelas 3 SD, (3) Mengetahui kepraktisan ensiklopedia digital berbasis problem solving dan karakter tema 6 kelas 3 SD. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Uji coba dilakukan secara terbatas dan diperluas di SD Negeri Kenteng. Teknik pengumpulan data antara lain observasi, wawancara dan angket. Instrumen yang digunakan, yaitu lembar validasi, lembar angket respon peserta didik, dan lembar keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Analisis data menggunakan Percentage Agreement (PA). Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan: (1) menghasilkan ensiklopedia digital berbasis problem solving dan karakter dengam model ADDIE; (2) kelayakan ensiklopedia digital berbasis problem solving dan karakter dari ahli materi , ahli media dan praktisi mendapatkan nilai keseluruhan 3,71 dengan kategori sangat layak dan uji reliabilitas diperoleh Percentage Agreement (PA) sebesar 95,08%; (3) Kepraktisan ensiklopedia digital dari respon peserta didik keseluruhan diperoleh 99,35% dengan kategori sangat praktis dan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh 97,68% dengan uji reliabilitas sebesar 99,52% dengan kategori sangat reliabel. Dengan demikian, ensiklopedia digital berbasis problem solving dan karakter tema 6 kelas 3 SD yang dikembangkan dikategorikan sangat layak dan sangat praktis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa ensiklopedia berbasis karakter materi indahnya keragaman budaya negeriku kelas IV SD yang layak digunakan untuk peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SDN Borokulon. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik nontes, meliputi observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian ini berdasarkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian untuk produk ensiklopedia berbasis karakter yang diberikan kepada ahli instrumen, ahli materi, ahli media, dan respon siswa yang sebelumnya melalui validasi melalui dua aspek kelayakan suatu produk yaitu kevalidan dan kepraktisan. Kevalidan meliputi validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, sedangkan kepraktisan meliputi respon siswa terhadap ensiklopedia berbasis karakter. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi mendapatkan skor rata-rata 3,12, sedangkan hasil uji validasi oleh ahli media mendapatkan skor rata-rata 3. Dari kedua hasil penilaian tersebut dapat diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 3,06 dan termasuk dalam kriteria valid. Selain itu berdasarkan respon siswa terhadap ensiklopedia berbasis karakter, skor rata-rata dari responden adalah 3,28 juga tergolong dalam kriteria sangat praktis. Sehingga ensiklopedia berbasis karakter subtema indahnya keragaman budaya di negeriku yang telah dikembangkan layak digunakan untuk menunjang proses belajar anak dengan membangun karakter dalam diri peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar.

proses pembelajaran saat guru menyajikan pembelajaran masih menggunakan metode ceramah da belum inovatif , penjelasan guru kurang menarik, serta materi disajikan dengan melakukan praktik atau percobaan langsung namun kenyataan yang secara terjadi materi masih disajikan dengan metode penugasan yang hanya menggunakan ranah C1-C3, sedangkaan saat ini pada kurikulum merdeka pendidik dituntut untuk menyajikan perangkat pembelajaran yang lengkap yang di dalamnya ada berbasis proyek. 2) Peserta didik lebih tertarik jika proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan melakukan percobaan atau praktik langsung terutama di kelas IV khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPAS yaitu pada materi proses fotosistesis dan perubahan wujud zat. Tujuan penelitian ini: 1) mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis proyek terintegrasi HOTS di Sekolah Dasar, 2) mengetahui kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis proyek terintegrasi HOTS di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket yang ditujukan kepada ahli media, materi, praktisi dan respon peserta didik. Hasil dari pengembangan mendapatkan penilaian ahli media mendapatkan rata-rata 3,6. Hasil penilaian ahli materi mendapatkan rata-rata 3,6. Hasil penilaian dari praktisi mendapatkan rata-rata 3,7. Sehingga dari ketiga uji kevalidan tersebut dikategorikan sangat valid. Uji coba skala terbatas mendapatkan rata-rata 3,6 dan dikategorikan sangat praktis. Pada uji coba luas mendapatkan rata-rata 3,7 dan dikategorikan sangat praktis. Sehingga produk sudah memenuhi yaitu sangat valid dan sangat praktis

Abstract

This research was motivated by the difficulty of knowing the content of the profile of Pancasila students in the story text entitled "Likes and Dislikes". This research aims to find out what the profile of Pancasila students contains in the story text "Likes and Dislikes" in the fourth grade Indonesian language learning book at Babadsari State Elementary School. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this research are that there are five contents of the profile of Pancasila students in the story text "Likes and Dislikes" in the Indonesian language learning book, namely 1) The dimension of faith, devotion to God Almighty and having noble morals, elements of morals towards humans are contained in the eighth paragraph, line sixth from the bottom. 2) The critical reasoning dimension, the element of obtaining and processing information and ideas, is contained in the fourth paragraph, eleventh line from the top. 3) The independent dimension of elements of self-understanding and the situation faced is contained in the fifth paragraph, fifteenth line from the top. 4) The creative dimension of the element of producing original work and actions is contained in the third paragraph, eighth line from the top and the element of having flexibility of thinking in finding alternative solutions to problems is contained in the nineteenth paragraph, third line from the bottom. 5) The mutual cooperation dimension of the sharing element is contained in the seventeenth paragraph, ninth line from the bottom.

Abstract

PT Waroeng Batok Industry (WBI), a company engaged in the manufacture of wooden boards located in West Cilacap City, Central Java. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, engagement and self-efficacy on employee performance of PT. Waroeng Batok Industry. This study used a questionnaire method as data collection. The sample selected using random sampling. Based on the criteria obtained 102 respondents. This study used the SPSS test tool, with the research methods used were descriptive statistical analysis test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, f test, and t test. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita materi bangun ruang. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian dekripstif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 28 orang di kelas IV SDN Siwalan dan diambil 2 siswa kategori rendang kemampuan pemecahan masalah, 2 siswa kategori sedang dan 2 siswa dengan kategori tinggi. Instrumen yang digunakan peneliti berupa tes. Teknik pengumpulan data yang berupa tes tertulis.Subjek dianalisis dengan menggunakan indikator pemecahan masalah dari Letser yaitu, mengenal masalah, merencanakan strategi, melaksanakan strategi dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah kategori rendah mempunyai kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang tergolong kurang. Sedangkan siswa dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah kategori sedang mempunyai kemampuan masalah yang tergolong cukup. Siswa yang memiliki kategori tinggi kemampuan masalah memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang tergolong baik mampu memahami masalah, strategi perencannan, melaksanakan rencana dan dapat merefleksi serta mengevaluasi jawaban.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the antecedents of job satisfaction mediated by work motivation. This research is quantitative using Partial Least Square version 4.0. The sample uses census techniques of 102 respondents. The results of the research individual characteristics and workload have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job characteristics, and organizational culture do not affect job satisfaction, organizational culture has no significant effect on job satisfaction, job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, organizational culture positive and significant effect on work motivation, workload has a significant effect on work motivation, work motivation does not affect job satisfaction, individual characteristics, job characteristics, organizational culture, and workload cannot mediate employee work motivation on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Aim: This research aims to empirically investigate a model that explores the effects of knowledge sharing, psychological capital, and transformational leadership on adopting creative work practices. Methodology: The study involved 162 employees from the hospitality sector in Cilacap, selected from a total population of 255 individuals. Data collection was conducted through an online survey using Google Forms, and the Accidental Sampling method was applied. The data gathered were analyzed using the partial least squares (PLS) technique. Findings: The results reveal that knowledge sharing, psychological capital, and transformational leadership each have a significant and positive impact on employees’ creative work practices. Implications/Novel Contribution: To inspire, foster collaboration, and build trust, management must foster a transformational leadership style. Employees’ psychological capital, including resilience, optimism, hope, and self-confidence, must also be strengthened. If information sharing activities are carried out more successfully, employees tend to use more innovative work methods.

Abstract

Aim: The study investigates the impact safety leadership, safety knowledge, and safety motivation on safety performance. Methodology: The study adopts a quantitative approach. The population comprises 237 employees of PT Paiton PLTU Probolinggo, with the entire population included in the sample using a combination of total sampling and non-probability sampling techniques. Partial least squares analysis was employed to analyze the data. Findings: The analysis reveals that safety leadership, safety knowledge, and safety motivation each have a positive and substantial impact on safety performance. This conclusion was drawn from calculations at a 5% significance level. Implications/Novel Contribution: This study provides valuable insights for organizations, emphasizing the importance of leadership development and continuous improvement in safety knowledge to cultivate a motivated workforce. These efforts are key to reducing workplace risks and enhancing overall safety performance, strengthening an organization’s safety culture.
