Abstract

Hospital pharmacy services should prioritize patient safety, based on a new paradigm of patient care where pharmacy officers play a role, focusing not only on the drug but also on the patient. One of the good qualities of pharmaceutical services can be seen in patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction of National Health Assurance Holders (JKN) towards Pharmaceutical Services in Outpatient Pharmacy Installation of Regional General Hospital Sayang District, Cianjur, using 5 dimensions of service quality, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy (Emphaty), and Tangible (Tangible). This study used descriptive research design with quantitative approach, sampling technique in this study was carried out with purposive sampling technique i.e. sampling technique with certain considerations, selected respondents were patients with National Health Insurance (JKN), patients who were able to communicate, write, read well, in addition to having been treated at least twice so that they were responsive in giving answers. The number of respondents in this study was 100. The instruments used in this study are questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study were percentage values on Reliability (66.6%), Responsiveness (64.5%), Assurance (68%), Empathy (63.6%), Tangible (61.2%) at 61.2% and percentage value of all dimensions at 64.78%. The conclusion of this study is to show that patients with National Health Assurance (JKN) are satisfied with pharmacy services at the Outpatient Pharmacy Installation of Sayang Regional General Hospital, Cianjur Regency.

Abstract

Compliance with regular use of asthma control drugs is still low, which can increase morbidity and mortality rates. One factor that influences compliance is knowledge. Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways that involves many cells and elements. This research aims to determine the level of compliance with the use of the drug Symbicort 160 Micrograms in asthma patients at the outpatient pharmacy installation at Dokter Hafiz Cianjur Hospital. This research uses descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. Research sampling was carried out using a total sampling technique using the time-limited sampling method, namely all patients suffering from asthma who met the inclusion criteria of the study and entered the specified research time period, namely 1 May-31 July 2023. The number of respondents was 52 people; 43 people were selected. because there are several factors, namely age. The instrument used in this research was the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS) questionnaire. Of the 43 respondents, 22 (51.16%) had a high level of compliance, 20 (46.51%) had a medium level of compliance, and 1 (2.33%) had a low level of compliance. The compliance level of most patients using Symbicort 160 Microgram medication is at a high level, namely 22 respondents (51.16%), indicating a good understanding and commitment to asthma treatment. This study concludes that the level of compliance with the use of Symbicort 160 Microgram medication in asthma patients shows that the level of compliance of most patients using Symbicort 160 Microgram medication is at a high level, namely 22 respondents (51.16%), indicating a good understanding and commitment to asthma treatment.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kualitas pelayanan keperawatan merupakan proses kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh tenaga medis dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasien. Pemberian pelayanan keperawatan merupakan faktor krusial dalam meningkatkan taraf kesehatan dan kesejahteraan individu di setiap Negara. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Ali Sibroh Malisi. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode cross-sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini didapatkan sebanyak 600 orang. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling sebanyak 87 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji rank spearman. Hasil: Uji rank spearman didapatkan hubungan kualitas pelayanan dari daya tanggap (p=0,032), kehandalan (p=0,029), jaminan (p=0,000), empati (p=0,001), bukti fisik (p=0,001) terhadap kepuasan pasien. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara daya tanggap, kehandalan, jaminan, empati dan bukti fisik dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Ali Sibroh Malisi dengan nilai p <0,05.
