Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) How was the history of the Kupang government under Resident Jacob Arnoldus Hazaart in 1807-1810, 1814, 1819-1832, (2) How was the development of Kupang in the political, social, cultural and economic fields under the government of Resident Jacob Arnoldus Hazaart in 1807-1810, 1814, 1819-1832. This study is a historical analysis carried out with the steps of determining the topic, heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The results of the study show, (1) Jacob Arnoldus Hazaart ruled as a resident in Kupang for three periods, namely from 1807-1810, 1814, 1819-1832. In 1810 the Dutch placed Jacob Arnoldus Hazaart as a resident in the Kupang region, (2) The development of Kupang in the political field, during the British occupation of Kupang (1812-1816) even though the region was under British control. Hazaart maintained the Dutch administration and played an important role in maintaining the stability of the government in the Kupang region, in the social field, the native people in Kupang were Helong, they interacted with other tribes in Kupang during the reign of the Hazaart resident.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the role of King Abraham Zacharias Banunaek in the Kingdom of Amanatun from 1920 to 1946; (2) to determine the process of government administration in the Kingdom of Amanatun from 1920 to 1946. Historical method. The results of the study are: (1) The role of the king in the political, social, and economic fields. As the head of government/autonomous region, he was given the authority by the government to designate conservation areas in his territory as nature reserves or wildlife refuges with the approval of the Resident or Governor in accordance with the legal system. (2) The process of government administration in the Amanatun kingdom during the reign of King Abraham Zacharias Banunaek. In carrying out his administration, the King was assisted by the Bana, Nokas, Liunokas, Kobi, Benu, Tahun, Nenabu, and Missa tribes.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out: (1). The process of using the Problem Based Learning Model in class X history learning at Kupang 1 State High School, (2). The use of the Problem Based Learning Model can improve history learning outcomes for class X at Kupang 1 State High School. The research method used is Classroom Action Research. This research consists of two cycles. Data collection techniques are carried out using tests and observations. The results of this research show that the learning outcomes of class X students at Kupang 1 State High School after implementing the problem-based learning model have increased. This can be proven from the learning results obtained by students in class X D. In class In cycle II, student learning outcomes experienced an increase in learning outcomes, all 36 students met the Minimum Completeness Criteria determined by the school.

Abstract

The methods used were group discussion, question and answer sessions, and presentations. The type of research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research consisted of two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings and one test. The research procedure was carried out in four steps, including: 1. Planning stage 2. Implementation stage 3. Observation stage 4. Reflection stage. The results of this research show that the learning outcomes of students in class X4 at SMA Negeri 2 Kupang after the implementation of differentiated learning experienced an increase in cognitive abilities and increased learning activity because students were directly involved in the learning process. The findings of this research show that differentiated learning is an effective learning strategy to improve the learning outcomes of diverse students because differentiated learning adjusts learning to the needs and learning styles of students so that all students reach their maximum learning potential.
