Abstract

The gate in general as access into and out of the yard or house. Generally, the gate is opened manually by sliding it, for the mechanism of opening and closing the gate is mostly opened manually and requires human labor. So the design of the automatic turnstile drive control system was designed to facilitate users in opening and closing without bothering to push or shift the gate that consumes a lot of time and energy. Components used are in the form of an ½ hp 1 phase ac motor, gearbox and ohm switch. Abstract

Especially ornamental fish farmers. This bottle has a function as a medium for freshwater ornamental fish containers. hardware bottle cutting tool to be controlled using programming software using an arduino microcontroller with the help of an infrared sensor. This Arduino microcontroller will make it easier for users to calculate the bottles that have been cut and the cost of cutting bottles that will be displayed on the 20 x 4 LCD without having to calculate manually which will take more time. In addition to the many features obtained by the owner/user, they can also benefit from the sale of bottles that will be traded to freshwater ornamental fish farmers. With this innovation, besides being able to simplify human tasks, it can also educate the user community so that they can innovate for the development of the ornamental fishery sector.

Abstract

This research focuses on the design and control room miniatures to reduce room temperature and increase humidity values in oyster mushroom cultivation. This miniature control room is designed to be able to maintain a temperature of 15-35°C and 50-80% humidity required by oyster mushrooms. In maintaining the temperature and humidity of the cultivation room, a tool is needed in the form of a fog maker and fan as well as a DHT 11 sensor. The DHT 11 sensor detects the temperature and humidity around the room and the cooling fan will be rotated by a DC motor according to the drive signal given by the fuzzy logic controller and the mist maker. functions to produce dew or increase the humidity of the room, the mist maker will be active if the actual value of humidity is below 85%, but if the actual value of humidity is above 85% then the mist maker itself will not be active. In the results of the temperature and humidity experiment for 2 hours, the initial temperature was 29°C and 81% humidity, for the initial temperature set point value was 26°C and 80% humidity.

Abstract

In a basic electricity network, the quality of electric power distribution is needed. There are also obstacles in the distribution of electric power that can affect, let alone damage, the electric power system. If this voltage constraint is connected to electrical or electronic equipment and exceeds the nominal voltage tolerance limit, it can interfere with the performance of the equipment or moreover it can damage it. From the testing of the Arduino uno microcontroller-based under / over voltage relay tool, it can be concluded that the under / over voltage relay device designed and made can work properly, in the sense that this tool can detect an under voltage of -5% and an over voltage of +5. % of nominal voltage and able to activate the fault indicator light and sound an alarm when the under / over voltage setting is exceeded

Abstract

Currently, a significant portion of fish feeding still relies on conventional methods involving manual or hand-feeding techniques. However, this manual approach proves to be less efficient due to its strong dependence on human labor. The emergence of information technology has paved the way for a more advanced solution: the potential for automated fish feeding conducted remotely through the utilization of the Internet of Things (IoT) framework. This application of IoT principles for fish feeding automation is executed using the NodeMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller and transmitter-receiver devices for internet connectivity, a proximity sensor tasked with detecting the quantity of available feed, a servo motor employed to operate the feed valve lid, and the Blynk application employed for both control and monitoring of fish feed activities. The outcome for this project is an IoT-based Automatic Fish Feeder, purposefully designed for versatile deployment, functioning seamlessly from any location with access to the internet.

Abstract

Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) is a widely employed technique in power converter circuits. Given the prevalence of power converters in industrial settings, there is a need for a straightforward and efficient communication method among devices, such as the Modbus protocol. This study focuses on developing and simulating a multichannel PWM architecture integrated with Modbus modules. The objective is to create a multichannel PWM architecture with a Modbus module suitable for implementation on FPGA devices. The findings indicate that the architecture successfully facilitates the transmission and reception of Modbus frame data from the Modbus master. Data transmitted by the Modbus Master is utilized for reading or writing registers within the architecture, employing standard function codes such as 0x30, 0x04, 0x06, and 0x10. One of these functions serves to modify the duty value of the four PWM channels.

Abstract

Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is a processed product from coconut flesh in the form of a clear, tasteless liquid with a distinctive coconut aroma. VCO is obtained through processing coconut milk with several methods, namely the gradual cooking method, the oil fishing method, and the fermentation method. Of these three methods, gradual heating is the most commonly used. This process requires a stable heating device to produce quality VCO. Therefore, to maintain the stability of the heating, precise control is required in the gradual heating method. The heating device is designed to streamline the processing process with an IoT-based control system. This VCO processing device is designed with a temperature control system using an NTC sensor with a high accuracy of ±1.5°C to ensure temperature stability during the coconut milk heating process using a dual-core ESP32 microcontroller that has WiFi connectivity features, thus enabling integration into the Internet of Things (IoT) system for remote monitoring. For the heating process, this device is equipped with a 220V 400W heating element controlled by a Solid State Relay (SSR), so that the temperature can be precisely controlled in the range of 60–90°C.
