The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The sample in this study were 31 respondents. This research was conducted at the PT Madu Baru Yogyakarta Office, HR and Secretariat. This study uses simple regression analysis, t-test and using data sourced from respondents and observations. Test results test results based on the significant value test with the provisions that if the sig value is <0.05 obtained a sig value of 0.000 which means <0.05. In the summary model, the result of R square results show the results of 0.658 or 65.8%, which means that variable Office Facilities variable affects variable Y by 65.8%. The t test obtained the results of t count of 7.473> t table 2.04523 means that variables Office Facilities and Employee Performance are significant. Thus it can be concluded that the results of the simple regression test and the t test from the research show that the facilities of the school are significant and t test from the study found that office facilities affect employee performance in the HR and Secretariat section of PT

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) dimensions, namely work environment and human resources (HR) factors, on nurses' work productivity in the Inpatient Installation of a General Hospital in the Yogyakarta City Work Unit. The method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. The sample size of 96 nurses was selected through a purposive sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously, both independent variables (work environment and HR) have a significant effect on nurses' work productivity (F count = 75.232 > F table = 2,3156, sig = 0.000). However, partially, both work environment factors (t count = 0.458) and HR (t count = 0.669) do not have a significant effect on productivity, because the t count values ??of both are smaller than the t table (1.989). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.618 indicates that 61.8% of the variation in nurses' work productivity is explained by these two variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors. These findings demonstrate the importance of a holistic approach to improving nurse productivity, taking into account other OHS factors.

Abstract

The Muallimin Temanggung Private Islamic Boarding School has great potential in goat milk processing, but so far it has not been optimally utilized. To address this challenge, the objective of this empowerment program is to apply appropriate open pan drying technology to process liquid goat milk into powdered milk that is more durable and has a high selling value, while also improving the entrepreneurial skills of the students. The methods used included delivering material on entrepreneurial motivation, financial literacy, and digital marketing, as well as hands-on training in goat milk processing, storage, packaging, and food safety standards. The pretest results showed that the students' knowledge was still low, averaging 2.75–3.45, especially in processing techniques and BPOM standards. After the training, the post-test results increased significantly, with an average of 3.35–4.05, including an understanding of the processing of milk powder and good packaging techniques. The conclusion of this community service activity is that the application of open pan drying has proven to be effective in processing goat milk into quality products and is able to improve the skills, motivation, and entrepreneurial intention of santri.
