Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat waktu terjadi inflasi yang cukup tinggi di Jawa Barat dan komoditas-komoditas yang menyebabkannya. Data yang digunakan adalah data Badan Pusat Statistik series inflasi umum bulanan Provinsi Jawa Barat dari Januari 2004 Desember 2018 (180 bulan) dan data andil komoditas inflasi Januari 2014 Desember 2018. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah Uji Analisis Varian Dua Arah (Two-Way Analysis of VarianceANOVA) untuk melihat waktu terjadinya inflasi dan rata-rata andil komoditas tertingi untuk melihat faktor penyebab inflasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penilitian ini menujukan ada kecendurangan rata inflasi tinggi pada bulan awal tahun, Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, dan akhir tahun dibandingkan dengan bulan-bulan selain itu. Ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi yang semuanya dibawah 0,05. Komoditas-komoditas pemberi andil terbesar pada musim inflasi di Jawa Barat memiliki karakteristik yang cukup berbeda. Perbedaan ini terjadi karena permintaan yang tinggi akibat: hari raya keagamaan (Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, dan Natal), musim liburan, keterbatasan pasokan akibat belum panen, dan harga yang diatur pemerintah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the importance of the leadership's attention at AMA Yogyakarta to their employees in order to be able to improve their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work discipline, work stress and compensation on employee performance at the Yogyakarta Administrative Management Academy. This research with 27 respondents. The results show work environment, work discipline, work stress and compensation a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows a value of 0.818.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of the management of facilities and infrastructure on the performance of the Health Service of Kulon Progo Regency, DIY. Based on the t-test carried out, it can be seen that the t-count value is 3.763 > t table which is 2.40835 with a probability value of 0.000 <0.05, then the management variable facilities and infrastructure have a partial effect on employee performance, this proves that the hypothesis proposed by the researcher is accepted. The calculation of R Square that is done can be seen that the value of R Square is 0.228 or 22.8%. The magnitude of the influence of the variable management of facilities and infrastructure on employee performance is 22.8%. The correlation test carried out can be seen that the correlation number between the management of facilities and infrastructure and employee performance is 0.477. This means that the relationship between the two variables is positively correlated (unidirectional). Judging from the probability number (sig) of 0.000 <0.05, the management of infrastructure and employee performance has a significant relationship.

Abstract

Service analysis on batik sales revenue in Tirta Batik Yogyakarta. Service affects batik sales revenue because with the emergence of a good sense of service, customers will feel happy and comfortable using Tirta Batik's services and products so that the quality provided and the sense of service provided by customers will affect sales revenue. The sample in this study was 45. Using the SPSS Statistics IMB tool 22. The results showed that there was a significant influence between service and batik sales revenue which was carried out on the t test. From the results obtained t count of 4.889 and t table of 1.6810, so that 4.889 > 1.6810. or t count is greater than t table so that it is concluded that ho is rejected and ha is accepted. The magnitude of the effect of service on batik sales is 35.7%. From the results of data processing the value of R Square (coefficient of determination) is 0.357 or 35.7%. and the remaining 64.3% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Banyaknya pesawat di area keberangkatan dan kedatangan akan meningkatkan pergerakan di wilayah apron. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik sudah diberikan oleh pihak perusahaan sebagai pelayanan yang berkesinambungan. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan diantaranya dilakukan dengan memberikan kinerja yang baik, aman dan nyaman dalam melayani penerbangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) digitalisai pencatatan penggunaan aviobridge di Bandara Internasional Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang; 2) efektivitas proses pencatatan dan pengolahan penggunaan aviobridge yang ada saat ini Bandara Internasional Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang; 3) kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses pencatatan dan pengolahan data penggunaan aviobridge dengan sistem yang ada saat ini di Bandara Internasional Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang; dan 4) upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala yang terjadi pada proses pencatatan dan pengolahan data penggunaan aviobridge di Bandara Internasional Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang. Hasil penelitian ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: 1) Digitalisasi pencatatan penggunaan aviobridge yang ada di Bandara Internasional Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang belum berjalan sepenuhnya, sekarang masih menggunakan form manual; 2) Pencatatan penggunaan aviobridge yang ada di Bandara Internasional Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang masih menggunakan form manual yang dianggap masih kurang efektif dan efisien karena membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan beresiko besar untuk kehilangan data; 3) Kendala yang terjadi dalam pencatatan penggunaan aviobridge adalah pengisian form yang manual membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan kekeliruan atau kesalahan input data dalam system; dan 4) Upaya untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala yang terjadi dalam proses pencatatan penggunaan aviobridge yaitu memastikan terlebih dahulu flight yang akan arrival dan departure ke sistem sebelum pencatatan berlangsung agar tidak terjadi kesalahan.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is part of a new generation of technology that can facilitate the competitive advantage of MSMEs. Because the Indonesian economy is largely driven by MSMEs, the application of AI to MSMEs is a key factor in the success of the national economy. This AI introduction program for MSMEs aims to introduce AI that is beneficial for the sustainability of MSME businesses, where currently it is felt that the struggle for MSMEs to continue to survive is quite difficult. The implementation of the AI ​​community empowerment program for MSMEs is carried out in collaboration with the Koperasi Serba Usaha Ikatan Pengrajin Sleman (KSU IKAPIM), which is a cooperative whose members are MSMEs in Sleman Regency, DIY. This service activity is carried out through several stages, namely the survey stage, socialization and training, mentoring and finally the evaluation stage. AI can increase MSME product sales through accurate customer data analysis, customer personalization, chatbots and automated customer service, targeted marketing with a clear target market, customer sentiment analysis, business process automation such as inventory management, scheduling and order processing, demand prediction, price optimization which helps in setting prices, better ad management, and better product development. By incorporating AI into their operations, MSMEs can increase efficiency, optimize marketing strategies, and improve customer experience, all of which can contribute to increased sales of their products.

Abstract

This  study aims to determine the effect of halal labeling and product quality on buying intention of Azarine Hydrosoothe Sunscreen. This research approach uses quantitative research .The research was conducted in March. The number samples in the study were 109 respondents using the accidental sampling technique. Then analyse the data obtained in the from of quantitativ e analysis which includes descrptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, hypothesis testing  through t test. Test the analysis of the coefficient  of  determinan (R2) classical assumption test and multiple linier regression analysis  which serves to see the influence between variables. The results of this study indicate that halal labeling  and product quality have an effect on purchas intention. Correlation coefficeient  (R) value is 0,830  which indicates a strong and positifve relationship. While the coefficient  of determinan   (adjusted R2) is 0, 682. This  shows that 0,682 or 68,2% of purchase intention is influenced by the independet variables, namely halal labeling and product quality, while the remaining 31,8% is influenced by order variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This study examines the influence of job training, work motivation, and work ethic on employee performance by reviewing articles from 2019 to 2024. The analysis focuses on methodological approaches, empirical findings, and theoretical implications to understand how these factors impact performance. Job training plays a crucial role in developing human resources by enhancing employee skills and aligning them with organizational needs. Tailored training programs address individual differences in skills and motivations, helping employees understand their roles better. Work motivation is essential for driving employees to achieve organizational goals. Similarly, a strong work ethic fosters dedication and enthusiasm, reflecting positively on both individual and organizational success. Establishing a work culture that promotes excellence is critical for sustained performance improvement. The findings of this study are expected to guide practitioners and policymakers in designing effective human resource development programs. Through a comprehensive literature review, alternative research problems, innovative topic ideas, and opportunities for further exploration are identified. This approach emphasizes the importance of integrating technical skills with mindset, attitude, and psychological motivation, highlighting a holistic strategy for enhancing employee performance in dynamic work environments.

Abstract

Employee retention is one of the major challenges faced by many business organizations today. Many industries face high demand for skilled workers, coupled with significant employee turnover rates. In the era of a knowledge-based society, human resources have become a major asset and competitive advantage for companies. High employee turnover rates negatively impact organizations, especially with the loss of talented talent, critical skills, and valuable institutional knowledge. In response to this challenge, companies are increasingly focusing on retaining high-performing employees rather than simply relying on costly replacement and retraining processes. Modern organizations recognize that one of the fundamental aspects of business management is the ability to motivate and retain employees, especially those who are able to survive changes such as organizational restructuring, downsizing, consolidation, reorganization, or reengineering initiatives. This study discusses human resource practices related to employee retention. This study uses a systematic literature type. The study aims to determine retention factors, challenges and strategies in employee retention. The results of this study are expected to be a basis for developing effective employee retention programs for various organizations. By implementing a comprehensive retention strategy supported by an adequate HCM program, companies can retain key employees who are the pillars of business success.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengenalkan dan memberikan pembelajaran penggunaan aplikasi Canva kepada generasi muda, khususnya Karang Taruna di Kelurahan Sendangsari, Pajangan, Bantul. Canva adalah salah satu platform desain grafis yang digunakan untuk membuat grafis media sosial, presentasi, poster, dokumen dan konten visual lainnya. Aplikasi ini juga menyediakan beragam contoh desain untuk digunakan. Canva terdiri dari dua jenis layanan, yakni gratis dan berbayar. Selain itu Canva juga dapat diakses melalui perangkat desktop maupun mobile. Ada berbagai macam desain yang bisa diciptakan dengannya, seperti : Logo, Poster, Banner Iklan, Invoice, Desain Kemasan Produk, Thumbnail Youtube, Infografik, Newsletter, Featured Image Blog dan Konten Media Sosial.  Cara mengakses Canva melalui website dengan membuka laman https:www.canva.com. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian Masyrakat yang pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode zoom,  digunakan untuk memetakan sejauh mana pengenalan dan penggunann Canva. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini peserta mempunyai gambaran penggunaan Canva dan diharapkan bisa mengaplikasannya dengan baik.
