Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed the dynamics of Muslim family life, particularly in child custody issues after divorce. New challenges emerge as parents are required not only to fulfill the physical and emotional needs of the child but also to ensure their safety in digital spaces. However, Islamic family law in Indonesia, as codified in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), has yet to address digital dimensions in child custody arrangements specifically. This research aims to reassess the concept of child custody within Islamic family law, incorporating digital-age challenges, and to formulate practical solutions based on the principles of maqasid al-shariah. Employing a normative juridical and empirical sociological approach, this research gathers data through literature review, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and field observations involving 30 post-divorce families from urban and semi-urban areas. Findings reveal that most custodial parents exhibit low to moderate levels of digital literacy, which weakens their ability to supervise children's online activities effectively. From a normative perspective, the absence of digital competence indicators in custody rulings creates a legal and protective gap for children. This research proposes a Digital-Responsive Custody Framework as an alternative model for Islamic family law that is more aligned with contemporary challenges.

Abstract

Introduction: Public participation in regional elections is still quite low, even though regional elections are a form of implementing democracy in Indonesia. Broadcasting communications can play an important role in encouraging public participation in Pilkada. Therefore, this study aims to identify and analyze the effectiveness of broadcasting communication strategies in encouraging public participation in regional elections. Method: This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with informants related to the Pilkada and broadcast media. Result: The results of the study show that broadcast media can be used as an effective means of communication to increase public participation in regional elections by conveying appropriate and balanced information and facilitating public discussion of election-related issues. Several effective strategies for encouraging public participation in Pilkada through broadcast media include using attractive campaign jingles, wider coverage of candidates and their work programs, and public debates between candidates, which are broadcast live. Conclusion: Broadcast media is an effective means of communication to increase public participation in local elections by conveying appropriate, balanced information and facilitating public discussion on issues related to local elections.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan dan keunggulan bersaing adalah faktor penting bagi perusahaan dalam industri makanan dan minuman untuk mempertahankan keberlanjutan dan kesuksesan mereka di pasar yang kompetitif. Salah satu strategi yang dapat digunakan adalah diversifikasi produk, yaitu mengembangkan variasi produk baru atau yang sudah ada untuk menarik pelanggan baru dan memenuhi kebutuhan yang berbeda. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh diversifikasi produk terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan dan keunggulan bersaing di industri makanan dan minuman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan studi kasus pada beberapa perusahaan terkemuka di industri tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diversifikasi produk memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan. Dengan menyediakan variasi produk yang berbeda, perusahaan dapat menjangkau pangsa pasar yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Produk-produk baru juga memberikan peluang untuk memperluas basis pelanggan dan menciptakan loyalitas konsumen. Selain itu, diversifikasi produk juga memberikan keunggulan bersaing bagi perusahaan. Dengan memiliki portofolio produk yang beragam, perusahaan dapat lebih fleksibel dalam menanggapi perubahan permintaan pasar dan tren konsumen. Mereka dapat menyesuaikan strategi pemasaran dan inovasi produk untuk menghadapi persaingan yang ketat. Keunggulan ini membantu perusahaan mempertahankan posisi mereka di pasar dan meningkatkan citra merek mereka. Secara keseluruhan, diversifikasi produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan dan keunggulan bersaing di industri makanan dan minuman. Perusahaan yang mampu mengembangkan variasi produk yang inovatif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan pasar memiliki peluang yang lebih baik untuk berhasil dan berkembang di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

In the knowledge-based economy, organizations increasingly rely on effective knowledge management to enhance innovation and maintain competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge management on innovative work behavior among employees in technology companies. The research adopts a mixed approach by utilizing quantitative data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees and supported by qualitative insights from interviews and observations. The respondents consisted of 30 participants, including managerial staff and employees involved in knowledge-sharing and innovation-related activities. The findings indicate that knowledge management practices, particularly knowledge sharing, knowledge accessibility, organizational learning, and knowledge documentation, have a positive influence on employees’ innovative work behavior. Employees who actively participate in knowledge exchange activities demonstrate a higher tendency to generate, promote, and implement innovative ideas within their work environment. The results also highlight that leadership support and organizational culture play a significant role in strengthening the effectiveness of knowledge management practices. Organizations that foster collaborative learning environments and provide access to knowledge resources are more likely to encourage innovation among employees. These findings suggest that effective knowledge management systems can enhance both individual creativity and organizational innovation capacity. Therefore, technology companies are encouraged to develop structured knowledge management strategies and promote a knowledge-sharing culture to support sustainable innovation and improve organizational competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in developing human resources and improving the quality of life in society. In higher education, academic achievement is often used as an important indicator to evaluate students’ learning outcomes and institutional effectiveness. One of the key psychological factors influencing academic achievement is learning motivation, which drives students to actively engage in learning activities and persist in completing academic tasks. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship between learning motivation and students' academic achievement. This study employed a quantitative approach using a correlational research design. The research sample consisted of 120 undergraduate students selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire measuring students’ learning motivation using a five-point Likert scale, while academic achievement was measured using students’ Grade Point Average (GPA). Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and simple linear regression. The results revealed that learning motivation has a positive and statistically significant relationship with students’ academic achievement (r = 0.621, p < 0.01). Regression analysis further indicated that learning motivation significantly predicts academic achievement (β = 0.54, p < 0.001), explaining 38.6% of the variance in students’ academic performance. In conclusion, learning motivation plays a crucial role in enhancing students’ academic achievement. Strengthening students’ motivation through supportive learning environments and effective teaching strategies may contribute to improved academic outcomes in higher education.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah secara signifikan mengubah cara siswa mengakses pengetahuan keagamaan, termasuk ajaran Islam. Dalam konteks Pendidikan Agama Islam, media digital telah menjadi sumber informasi yang penting bagi siswa Generasi Z. Namun, meluasnya ketersediaan konten keagamaan di ruang digital juga menimbulkan kekhawatiran terkait akurasi dan kredibilitas informasi yang diakses oleh siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara literasi religius digital dan pembentukan karakter moral siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Data dikumpulkan dari siswa sekolah menengah atas yang aktif menggunakan media digital sebagai sumber pembelajaran agama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang mengukur literasi religius digital dan karakter moral siswa. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi religius digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter moral siswa. Siswa yang memiliki tingkat literasi religius digital yang lebih tinggi menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir kritis yang lebih baik serta pemahaman yang lebih mendalam terhadap nilai-nilai moral Islam. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa sumber pembelajaran digital dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa serta memfasilitasi pemahaman yang lebih mendalam terhadap ajaran agama. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa literasi religius digital memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung tujuan Pendidikan Agama Islam di era digital. Integrasi literasi digital dalam pembelajaran agama dapat memperkuat pembentukan karakter moral siswa.
