Abstract

Jaminan kesehatan adalah jaminan berupa perlindungan kesehatan agar peserta memperoleh manfaat pemeliharaan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada setiap orang yang telah membayar iuran. Salah satu pelayanan kesehatan yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS adalah Rumah Sakit (fasilitas kesehatan tingkat lanjut). Tujuan; untuk mengetahui pengaruh factor waktu pelayanan kenyamanan dan keistimewaan danĀ  hubungan antar manusia terhadap kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS di instalasi rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Aceh Singkil. Metode; Jenis penelitan adalah ekspalanatori research. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 74 pasien yang menngunakan BPJS di instalasi rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Aceh Singkil.Data dianalisis dengan melakukan uji analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil; Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variable hubungan antar manusia terhadap kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS di instalasi rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Aceh Singkil diperoleh nilai sig 0,008 0,05, terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variable Waktu Pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS di instalasi rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Aceh Singkil diperoleh nilai sig 0,000 0,05.dan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara variabel kenyamanan keistimewaan terhadap kepuasanan pasien pengguna BPJS di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Aceh Singkil dengan nilai sig 0,778. Kesimpulan; Diharapkan kepada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Aceh Singkil agar lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien pengguna BPJS kususnya pelayanan di instalasi rawat inap agar menjadi lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

The Strategic Plan of the Pulo Brayan Health Center is still not by the standards of Law no. 25 of 2004 concerning the National Development Planning System. The purpose of community service is to increase the capacity of human resources for health workers in preparing the Strategic Plan at the Pulo Brayan Health Center. The activity was attended by 12 health workers from Pulo Brayan Health Center. The methods are in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and workshops. At the workshop, the speaker provided material and continued with a discussion on the draft strategic plan. The results of the activity are that information and documents needed can be collected, public health problems in the working area of the Puskesmas are identified, problems in the process of preparing the Strategic Plan of the Puskesmas are identified and workshops can be carried out to increase the capacity of participants in formulating strategic plans. Health workers actively participate in discussions at each stage of the implementation of activities and are committed to drafting the Strategic Plan by the knowledge given by the speakers at the workshop.

Abstract

Dairi District Health Office North Sumatra Province is a type A health service that oversees 18 Health Centers recorded from the Community Health Development Index (IPKM) 2018, which is at a value of 0.6044, and this still does not meet the indicator set by the Ministry of Health of 0. 6087, it is assumed that the IPKM is 0. indicator set by the Ministry of Health 0. 6087, it is assumed that the low IPKM is caused by the low quality of services provided by the health centers. low GPA is caused by the low quality of services provided by health workers in Dairi Regency. health workers in Dairi Regency. This service aims to improve the quality ofservices of health workers at the Dairi District Health Office through capacity building and planning. capacity building and planning. The targets in this service were 50 health workers at the Dairi Regency Health Office. The results of the service are shown by the existence of planning documents prepared by health workers at the puskesmas level. As an effort to improve quality of health services, monitoring and evaluation of health workers is needed, especially health workers, especially from health centers.
