Abstract

Masyarakat desa pada umumnya memiliki tingkat kesadaran hukum yang rendah sehingga mengakibatkan adanya permasalahan hukum. Dengan masih rendahnya tingkat pendidikan mungkin adalah salah satu faktor tidak memahami hukum. Untuk mengatasi kurangnya pemahaman tentang hukum, maka rasanya perlu kiranya diperlukan adanya implementasi Keluarga Sadar Hukum (Kadarkum) secara efektif dan berkesinambungan sehingga masyarakat benar-benar memahami pentingnya hukum di desa Patean Kecamatan Batuan. Penelitian dalam kajian ini adalah tipe penelitian hukum normatif. Penelitian hukum normatif adalah penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan memilih bahan pustaka atau data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah pengumpulan bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tersier. Menurut Soerjono Soekanto dan Sri Mamudji, berdasarkan kekuatan mengikatnya bahan hukum terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Teknik Analisis Data merupakan suatu metode atau cara untuk mengolah sebuah data menjadi informasi sehingga karakteristik data tersebut menjadi mudah untuk dipahami dan juga bermanfaat untuk menemukan solusi permasalahan. Dalam kajian ini analisa data dilakukan secara deskriptif analisis. Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia melalui Kepala Badan Pembinaan Hukum Nasional mengeluarkan peraturan nomor PHN.HN.03.05- 73 Tahun 2008 tentang Pembentukan dan Pembinaan Keluarga Sadar Hukum dan Desa/Kelurahan Sadar Hukum. Yang menjadi pertanyaan adalah bagaimana implementasi dari peraturan tersebut dalam rangka mewujudkan kesadaran hukum di masyarakat, dengan didasarkan pada kriteria penilaian dari peraturan tersebut sebagai indikator dalam menentukan bahwa suatu desa/kelurahan termasuk desa/kelurahan sadar hukum.

Abstract

The Qur'an is a linguistic miracle that is rich in linguistic meaning and beauty. Each word in the Qur'an not only has a literal meaning but also a contextual depth that invites further study. The data used includes primary sources in the form of Qur'an texts and secondary sources such as classical and modern books of interpretation, This research uses reflective methods to connect interpretation with wisdom that Muslims can take in understanding the signs of Allah's power in the universe. This study aims to explore the meaning of the word an-najm in Surah Ar-Rahman verse 6 through three main focuses: the linguistic meaning of an-najm, the opinion of the mufassir, and the benefits or wisdom that can be drawn from the verse. The scholars agree that what is meant by (الشَّجَرُ) is trees that have trunks, such as durian trees, mangoes and so on. However, commentators differ on the meaning of ( لنَّجْمُ). There are two opinionsFirst, it means that plants that do not have stems, such as kale, vegetables. This means that Allah SWT explains about the trees, whether they have a trunk or not, all bow down and prostrate to Allah SWT. Second, it means celestial bodies, namely stars. This second opinion is an opinion that was strengthened by Ibn KatsirAyat as a reminder for humans to submit to Allah, maintain the balance of nature, and be grateful for all the blessings given. Tafakkur towards nature through this verse can increase faith and strengthen spiritual awareness. Islam as a perfect religion certainly has the basics of teachings for its people that are related to the natural environment.

Abstract

Academic stress is a common problem experienced by students as a result of learning demands, task pressure, and expectations from the school environment. If not properly managed, this condition can decrease learning motivation, cause fatigue, and hinder students’ psychological and academic development. This study aims to examine the role of teacher humor in managing students’ academic stress through a comprehensive literature review. Humor is understood as a pedagogical strategy that can create a positive classroom atmosphere, reduce emotional tension, and enhance interpersonal relationships between teachers and students. This research employs the library research method, which involves collecting, reviewing, and analyzing various literature sources such as scientific journals, books, research reports, and academic articles relevant to the theme of teacher humor and academic stress. The findings indicate that teacher humor plays a significant role in helping students reduce academic stress. Appropriate humor can create an enjoyable learning environment, increase students’ self-confidence, strengthen the positive psychological climate of the classroom, and help students feel more relaxed in facing academic demands. In addition, humor improves the quality of teacher–student interaction, making students more open in expressing the academic difficulties they encounter.

Abstract

Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond that aims to form a family based on sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah in accordance with Law No. 1 of 1974. However, the phenomenon of infidelity on social media (cyber infidelity) has increased along with the development of digital technology, causing emotional closeness with a third party outside of the marriage bond. The impact is in the form of ongoing disputes, loss of trust, and separation, which disrupts household harmony. Previous studies have highlighted the social and psychological impacts of cyber infidelity, but normative juridical studies from the perspective of Islamic Family Law are still limited. The research questions in this study are how the judge assessed this behavior in the Probolinggo Religious Court Decision Number 140/Pdt.G/2025/PA.Prob and how Islamic family law analyzes divorce due to social media infidelity. This study uses a normative-analytical method based on library research, examining legal literature, the Qur'an, KHI, PP No. 9 of 1975, and court decisions. The results of the study show that cyber infidelity is a violation of marital obligations that damages loyalty, 'iffah, and trust, and can be classified as nusyuz if it causes continuous disputes. The panel of judges considers this behavior a substantial factor in broken marriages, so that divorce can be granted legally according to Islamic law and regulations, in order to maintain justice, benefit, and the rights of all parties involved.
