<![CDATA[Women experience domestic violence, workplace harassment and sexual violence in various parts of the world. The current global situation is encouraging violence against women to increase. The issue of violence against women has attracted the attention of various organizations, including Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). In the novel Perempuan yang Menangis kepada Bulan Hitam, there is an NGO called Gema Perempuan which helps many women victims of violence resolve their cases. This research will discuss the role of Gema Perempuan in the novel. This research is qualitative. The data collection technique in this research is a library technique. The data analysis technique in this research uses content analysis techniques. From the study, it was found that the various roles of protecting victims by Gema Perempuan in the novel include: 1) providing moral support to the victims to keep them enthusiastic, 2) giving advice to the victims about what they should do to get out of a detrimental situation, 3) Assistance to victims by providing temporary shelter, and 4) providing training to various parties who support the protection of women. The role of Gema Perempuan as seen in the novel can represent a role that is not much different from women's protection NGOs in the real world. This shows that women's protection NGOs play an important role in their social function, namely protecting women]]>

<![CDATA[. This study will analyze the methodology used by classical Islamic scholars in determining the concept and principles of maqāṣid alshariah. This analysis will compare the method of determining Maqasid Shariah by Muslim scholars with current scientific research methods. This research uses qualitative methodology by reviewing classical and modern scientific writings. The collected data is analyzed thematically based on inductive approach. The results of this study show that the formulation of the concept and principles of Maqasid Sharia involves the analysis of textual commands. The inductive reasoning of istiqrā' applied by Muslim scholars has similarities with thematic analysis in modern qualitative research. The results suggest basing ijtihad and fatwa on maqāṣid al-shariah through holistic textual analysis. This makes it possible to respond to new challenges through appropriate sharia laws by avoiding rigid legalism or unbridled rationalism.]]>

The link between education and state politics is very strong because education educates its citizens to become useful and successful citizens. Politics and education are two important components of the socio-political structure of every country, both developed and developing. Often considered as different parts that are not related to each other. Although both play an important role in the process of creating the characteristics of a national society. Public policy is a highly complex, political, and analytical process that has no beginning or end point. There are times when the complex combination of factors known as policymaking produces an outcome called a policy. The first step in policy making is to find a general area, conduct analysis, set targets, decide on areas of implementation, negotiate and consult on political and societal aspects, and finally produce and implement a final policy. To avoid conflict and increase the chances of achieving organizational goals, effective policymaking involves agreeing on goals at all levels.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses the political challenges facing Indonesia in the post-reform democratic era. The main focus is on issues such as corruption, political polarization, the role of social media in shaping public opinion, and social movements. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach, where data is obtained from various literature sources and case studies. The results show that corruption remains a systemic problem that hinders the development of democracy, while political polarization exacerbated by social media creates social tensions. Social media plays a dual role as a platform for political participation as well as the spread of disinformation. In addition, social movements show that civil society has significant power in influencing government policy. This article seeks to provide a comprehensive picture of Indonesia's current political dynamics and emphasizes the importance of collaborative efforts to overcome these challenges in order to strengthen democracy in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[A counselor is a profession held by someone who has expertise in the field of counseling services. A counselor is required to be an ideal and professional counselor. Nowadays, there are many counselors who experience failure in counseling because of the quality of the counselee and the quality of the counselor. The study in this research applied descriptive methods. Specifically, with qualitative descriptions. In the sense that the author does not include any numbers that support qualitative research. Meanwhile, the aim of this research is to determine the profile of Rasulullah Shalallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam as an ideal counselor and his contribution to the formation of professional counselors. The character of Rasulullah sallallaahu alaihi wasallam as an ideal counselor has 4 characteristics, namely the Siddiq characteristic, the tabligh characteristic, the trustworthy characteristic, and the fathanah characteristic. The two contributions of the profile of Rasulullah sallallaahu alaihi wasallam as an ideal counselor for the formation of the character of a professional counselor include 1. Having faith and piety, 2. Carrying out good deeds, 3. Advising each other to obey the truth, and 4. Advising each other to maintain patience. The counseling carried out by Rasulullah did not deviate much from Islamic religious law and Allah's law. It is hoped that the absorption of personality values through the personality of the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wasallam can perfect the counselor's personality values so that they can form ideal and professional personal characteristics for prospective counselors.]]>

Currently, The main problem in this research is how the sharia view of efforts to improve the community’s economy through the online game mobile legends based on a case study in the SIH Esports Gowa Community. The type of research in this paper uses qualitative data types, while the results of the research in rhis paper will describe the mechanism for economic improvement carried out by gamers based on sharia provisions. Based. Mobile Legends Bang-Bang is a game released by a developer from China (moonton). Currently, Mobile Legends has a managed to become a popular game with hundreds of million of users in more than 200 countries.. Initially game players who play only for entertainment and stress relief. The players themselves consider the game as a normal situation, now many gamers are making money from online games by becoming professional players, selling game account, and being a rank service jockey. <![CDATA[This article discusses hijab in the Qur'anic perspective, highlighting its role as a symbol of obedience and identity for Muslim women. The author explains that wearing the hijab is an obligation that has deep meaning, not only as a covering of the aurat, but also as protection and a sign of modesty. Although the hijab is seen as an obligation, there is debate over the interpretation of the Qur'anic verses that regulate its wearing. This study uses qualitative methods and a tafsir approach to explain the relationship between hijab and women's freedom, as well as how Islamic feminism sees hijab as a choice that reflects women's independent social identity. The hijab not only functions in a religious context, but also plays a role in complex social dynamics, becoming a statement of freedom and self-expression for Muslim women. As such, the hijab presents multiple meanings that evolve with the times, while questioning how women respond to religious obligations while maintaining their individual rights and freedoms in dress.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this activity is to find out how much knowledge the local community in Patimban Village has regarding the internet to avoid fraud on online shopping sites or E-commerce. This Community Service Activity uses a field observation method (direct observation) by visiting people's homes through the distribution of information paper. The results of the activity concluded: first, online fraud is in principle the same as conventional fraud through the use of electronic systems (computers, internet, telecommunications devices) as a criminal act of fraud based on Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. Law enforcement officers often experience difficulties and obstacles in ensnaring perpetrators of fraud; and second, this criminal act of fraud can be charged with Article 378 of the Criminal Code as a criminal act of fraud or Article 28 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law concerning the regulation of the spread of false and misleading news that is detrimental to consumers. Or it can be charged based on both articles at once, namely, 378 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 28 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning fraud and/or ITE crimes.]]>
