Abstract

This article examines the differences in the inheritance of children found according to Islamic law and positive law. This research uses descriptive qualitative method and the type of research used is literature review using comparative analysis. The results of this study can be concluded that adoption of the findings in Islamic law and positive law is allowed. The rule of law for the inheritance of children found in Islamic law is through wills with an amount of 1/3 of the assets or more. Meanwhile, in positive law, namely through a will grant. In contrast to Staatsblad 1917 Number 129 which states that adopted children have the same position as heirs.Keywords: Children Findings, Inheritance Law, Comparative Law.

Abstract

This article discusses the promotional model at the Rabbani Muslim fashion store in doing its marketing using the member card system. Promotional activities carried out as an effort to maintain and engage with customers to create superior value for the company and customers. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach. The presence of researchers at the research location is very important because researchers are a key instrument to raise what is in the field. The expressions and actions obtained are primary data sources, while secondary sources are documents through observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis by examining the existing data, carried out by checking the validity of the data. The existence of this Umrah promotion model is one of the strategies to attract consumer interest in making purchases, this is considered effective because member card holders utilize their member cards by making purchases due to price discounts or other special offers from the member. Abstract

This article discusses Predatory pricing that is carried out by business actors in selling products at prices below production costs at the SBG Book Store online store and Wasilah Online Bookstore. This study uses a qualitative approach, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data, data collection methods are interviews, observations and then analyzed by descriptive methods. The result of this research is that the practice of predatory pricing or selling at a loss carried out by new competitors in the buying and selling business will lead to injustice felt by other entrepreneurs, especially entrepreneurs who have been playing in the market for a long time. The similarities between the two stores are Knowing predatory pricing, Knowing that predatory pricing is a prohibited agreement, Knowing that sales and loss agreements in Islam are not allowed Using an online practice system. Abstract

Abstract: This research intends to analyze the strategy of distributing social funds to the Tebuireng Pesantren Social Institution (LSPT) in building the community economy in the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used primary data sources derived from field data and secondary data obtained from appropriate literature reviews. After the data collection process will be done analysis that uses inductive, descriptive, and deductive methods. Data analysis is used to find out how the strategy of distributing social funds to Islamic financial institutions. This research uses case research and phenomenological approaches. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the sale and purchase of precious metals at PT. Pegadaian Syariah CPS Pasar Legi Jombang and analyze the perspective of sharia economic law on buying and selling precious metals at PT. Sharia Pawnshop CPS Legi Market Jombang. The research method used is qualitative research with data analysis techniques used through inductive and descriptive methods. The data obtained from interviews, documentation, and library data collection. The results of the study indicate that the sale and purchase of precious metals is carried out with a credit system which according to an Islamic perspective, more precisely according to the MUI fatwa No. 77 of 2010 an installment or credit system may be carried out in precious metal transactions.
