Abstract

Plankton adalah penyusun dasar dalam ekosistem perairan. plankton dapat dibedakan menjadi fitoplankton dan zooplankton. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komposisi, kelimpahan, indeks keanekaragaman, indeks keseragaman, indeks dominansi fitoplankton dan zooplankton di perairan Pulau Gusung, Kepulauan Selayar, Sulawesi Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskriptif eksploratif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada 5 Oktober 2013 pada 5 stasiun yang merupakan kawasan penangkapan ikan karang. Sampel fitoplankton diambil secara pasif dengan menyaring air sebanyak 100 L. Sampel zooplankton diambil secara aktif dengan menyaring air secara horisontal dan di tarik perahu 100 m.Penelitian menunjukan fitoplankton ditemukan 2 kelas yaitu Bacillariophyceae (14 genus), dan Dinophycea (2 genus). Kelimpahan berkisar antara 42.000-92.000 sel/l (kelimpahan sedang) genus dengan kelimpahan tertinggi Rhizosolenia. Indeks keanekaragaman 1,539-1,761 (sedang), indeks keseragaman 0,773-0,889 (tinggi) dan indeks dominansi 0,111-0,227 (tidak ada dominansi). Zooplankton ditemukan 7 filum yaitu Arthopoda (15 genus dari 3 kelas), Cnidaria (1 genus dari 1 kelas), Chaetognata (1 genus dari 1 kelas), Protozoa (1 genus dari 1 kelas), Annelida (3 genus dari 1 kelas), Mollusca (4 genus dari 2 kelas), Chordata (1 kelas). Kelimpahan berkisar antara 2.240 - 4.880 ind/l (kesuburan sedang) genus dengan kelimpahan tertinggi Limacina. Indeks keanekaragaman 2,411-3,303 (sedang-tinggi), indeks keseragaman 0,740-0,908 (tinggi) dan indeks dominansi 0,092-0,260 (tidak ada dominansi).

Abstract

Perkawinan adalah sebuah ikatan antara seorang laki-laki dan perempuan dalam kehidupan. perkawinan merupakan kebutuhan biologis dan psikologis bagi manusia. Keharmonisan dalam rumah tangga adalah tujuan dan keinginan bagi setiap orang yang melaksanakan perkawinan. Dalam proses menentukan pasangan untuk melangsungkan perkawinan dianjurkan untuk memilih pasangan yang setingkat, sepadan, sefaham, dan sederajat. Dalam ajaran islam, hal ini dikenal dengan kafa’ah. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk menghindari cela dan menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis. Mayoritas ulama memandang penting adanya kafa’ah dan menganggapnya sebagai syarat lazim yang harus dipenuhi sebelum melangsungkan perkawinan, hal tersebut demi tercapainya tujuan keluarga yang harmonis. Sering kali kegagalan dalam membina rumah tangga disebabkan perbedaan yang mencolok, seperti halnya perbedaan agama dan strata sosial. Perbedaan ini dapat menyebabkan ketidak harmonisan dalam membina keluarga. Ulama empat mazhab memiliki persamaan dan perbedaan dalam menetapkan konsep kafaah. Hak tersebut karena berbedanya pemikiran dan luasnya ilmu pengetahuan agama Islam.

Abstract

This study examines the public perception of the nglangkahi kakak tradition in marriage in Kayangan Village, Diwek District, Jombang Regency. The study employs a qualitative approach with a focus on sociology. Observation, interviews, and direct field documentation were used as methods to collect data. The research also analyzes literature from legal documents and academic journals. The findings show that there is a diversity of perceptions among the community regarding this tradition. Some community members still strongly adhere to the tradition due to customary, ethical, and familial harmony reasons, while others have started to disregard it based on rational considerations such as age, mental readiness, and economic factors. Thus, the nglangkahi kakak tradition in Kayangan Village is undergoing change in line with social development and the modern values adopted by the local community.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual, pendapatan, dan hedonism lifestyle terhadap pengelolaan keuangan guru Pondok Pesantren An-Nur 3 “Murah Banyu” Malang. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi yang dipilih pada penelitian ini adalah guru Pondok Pesantren An-Nur 3 “Murah Banyu” Malang yang berjumlah 70 orang. Untuk sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 orang, diperoleh dengan menggunakan formula Slovin dan ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling. dan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner, dan dokumentasi, untuk teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah uji regresi linier berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunujukkan hedonism lifestyle tidak berpengaruh pada pengelolaan keuangan, sedangkan kecerdasan spiritual, dan pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan guru Pondok Pesantren An-Nur 3 “Murah Banyu” Malang. Kecerdasan spiritual, pendapatan, dan hedonism lifestyle secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan guru Pondok Pesantren An-Nur 3 “Murah Banyu” Malang.

Abstract

Al-Shawkani is a local schoolar with global perspective. This is evidenced by the strong tradition surrounding Zaydiyyah intellectual life and his education in around Yemen only. But his thinking has broken boundaries. His famous work in usul al-fiqh is Irshad Fuhūl Ila al-Haq Tahqīq Min 'Ilm al-Usul. This book is one of the book Usul al-Fiqh that can be used as a reference in the study of comparative Usul al-Fiqh. In this book not only explained about the rules of Usul al-Fiqh in the school, but also reveal the rules and understanding with regard to the method istinbāţ and istidlāl of many schools. Abstract

This article aims at discussing accounting concepts in Islam. The basicconcept of accounting has been explained in the al-Qur'an Surat al-Baqarahverse 282 which contains an obligation to record non-cash transactions. Thedevelopment of Islamic governments to the Middle East, Africa and Asia in theera of Umar Bin Khatab, second chaliph, has increased state revenues andexpenditures. Mu'amalah activities there are various types of shari'ahtransactions that have been implemented since the time of the Prophet until now.The shari'ah transactions include buying and selling transactions, servicetransactions, and transactions in the form of cooperation. Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses the tradition of the prohibition of marriage in Kebo Mbalik Kandang in Sidorejo, Ponggok District, Blitar Regency in the Perspective ‘Urf. By using a qualitative descriptive approach in the form of case studies, researchers collect data by observation, interview, and documentation techniques and analyze the results with data reduction procedures, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the first backbiting marriage was a marriage that was conducted if someone was born in an area, so that person could not be married to someone from that area as well. Second, the implementation of the tradition of backbirth of the cage in the village of Sidorejo, for some people still holding and applying the tradition within the scope of the family, citing anxiety about the impact caused. And there are some people who already do not trust the tradition of back cage because of the development of an increasingly modern era, and the mindset of a society that continues to grow with the information that is widely circulating on social media. ‘Urf is the habit of the majority of people, both in words and deeds. In terms of assessing the good and bad or f urf of the traditional tradition of Kebo Mbalik Kandang marriage in Sidorejo village, Ponggok District, Blitar Regency is divided into two, namely urf shahih dan ‘urf fasid. Abstract

The industrial age 4.0 consumer was more suited to social opinion. In fact, the most personal purchasing decisions are essentially social decisions. Consumers communicate with each other about products from each company. Based on the marketing communication point of view, consumers are no longer a passive target but an active medium of communication. Marketers should accept shifts to the more horizontal, inclusive, and social landscape of business. Markets are increasingly inclusive, social media removing geographical and demographic barriers, enabling people to communicate and innovate through collaboration. The study aims to know the implementation of islamic marketing mix in the industrial 4.0 and the marketer strategy in the digital market perspectives on islamic economic law. To address both issues, researchers use library research approach, the research which approach that uses books as their source. By emphasizing the tracking and study of literature and literary materials consistent with the marketing mix of sharia in the industrial 4.0 and the marketer strategy in the digital market perspective on islamic economic law. Abstract

This article discusses the promotional model at the Rabbani Muslim fashion store in doing its marketing using the member card system. Promotional activities carried out as an effort to maintain and engage with customers to create superior value for the company and customers. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach. The presence of researchers at the research location is very important because researchers are a key instrument to raise what is in the field. The expressions and actions obtained are primary data sources, while secondary sources are documents through observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis by examining the existing data, carried out by checking the validity of the data. The existence of this Umrah promotion model is one of the strategies to attract consumer interest in making purchases, this is considered effective because member card holders utilize their member cards by making purchases due to price discounts or other special offers from the member. Abstract

This article discusses Predatory pricing that is carried out by business actors in selling products at prices below production costs at the SBG Book Store online store and Wasilah Online Bookstore. This study uses a qualitative approach, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data, data collection methods are interviews, observations and then analyzed by descriptive methods. The result of this research is that the practice of predatory pricing or selling at a loss carried out by new competitors in the buying and selling business will lead to injustice felt by other entrepreneurs, especially entrepreneurs who have been playing in the market for a long time. The similarities between the two stores are Knowing predatory pricing, Knowing that predatory pricing is a prohibited agreement, Knowing that sales and loss agreements in Islam are not allowed Using an online practice system.
