Abstract

Knowledge about the use of yard land for live pharmacy plants or family medicinal plants (toga) is not yet well understood by the people of Sungai Musang village, which is shown by the yard land around people's houses which has not been planted with live pharmacy plants.  The aim of this service is to provide education to the public regarding live pharmacy plants and to be able to utilize the narrow land around the house to plant live pharmacy plants. The method given is a lecture about the meaning of a living pharmacy, types of plants, the benefits of a living pharmacy, and how to process medicinal plants. Followed by questions and answers and distributing leaflets to participants. Another activity is to provide an example of making a living pharmacy for a narrow area from wooden shelves and mini pots. Participants were very enthusiastic about taking part in this activity, most of the participants gained knowledge about living pharmacies and their uses and were expected to be motivated to make their own in their own yards.

Abstract

Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji adanya ketidak patuhan hukum dan pelanggaran hukum oleh para calon pemimpin daerah yang berkontestasi disaat pemilihan umum serta penegakan hukum yang kurang menjerat terhadap para calon pemimpin daerah yang nakal dengan melakukan aksi suap dalam bentuk bantuan sosial disaat masa sebelum dan disaat masa kampanye. Kondisi ini membuat dari demokrasi yang ada dinegara secara perlahan akan bermasalah dan terganggu karena suara dari masyarakat bisa dibeli dengan ditukar bantuan sosial ataupun hal lainnya yang bersifat ekonomis, pemberian bantuan sosial dikategorikan masuk sebagai politik uang dalam UU Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 pasal 515 tentang pemilihan umum atas dari landasan hukum yang ada ini menjadi dilema dan membuat dari eskalasi skeptis dari penulis terhadap Lembaga pengawas dan pelaksana pemilihan serta penegak hukum dalam menyelesaikan dari permasalahan pembagian bantuan sosial dalam pemilu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris yaitu berdasarkan dari fakta dan data serta juga dari studi kasus yang ada dilapangan,hasil yang didapat ialah efektifitas dari aturan mengenai larangan pemberian bantuan sosial yang masuk kategori politik uang disaat pemilu, kedua peran daripada Lembaga-lembaga penegak keadilan saat pemilihan umum dalam memastikan pemilu berjalan tanpa adanya aksi suap berupa pemberian bantuan sosial. Agar pesta demokrasi dari negara tercinta kita tidak tercoreng dari pada namanya politik uang maka perlu banyak keinginan dan usaha agar bisa berubah menjadi lebih baik kedepannya dan tidak selalu terjerat diputaran setan yang sama disaat masa-masa pemilihan umum maka dari problematika ini harus diselesaikan dan dipecahkan dalam masa sesingkat-singkatnya

Abstract

Free and fair elections are one of the main pillars in maintaining democracy in Indonesia. Community involvement in election monitoring is essential to ensure the integrity and transparency of every stage of the election. integrity and transparency in every stage of the election. This research aims to explore the role of community participation in election monitoring, with a focus on the implementation of the 2024 regional head elections (Pilkada).
