The age of 0–12 months is a critical golden period that plays an essential role in determining a child’s growth and development, particularly motor development. One form of early motor stimulation that can be applied is baby gym. This community service activity aimed to improve mothers’ knowledge and skills in providing early motor stimulation through the application of baby gym to support optimal infant development. The activity was conducted on December 16, 2025, in the working area of Ungaran Public Health Center, involving 10 mothers with infants aged 3–12 months. The methods included health education, demonstration, hands-on practice of baby gym, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test assessments. The educational materials covered the definition of baby gym, its benefits, safety principles, and age-appropriate baby gym movements. The evaluation results showed an improvement in mothers’ knowledge after the intervention, as indicated by higher post-test scores compared to pre-test scores. In addition, mothers were able to perform baby gym movements correctly and safely according to the infants’ age. This activity proved effective in enhancing mothers’ knowledge and practical skills and has the potential to serve as a promotive and preventive approach in supporting infant growth and development through early motor stimulation that can be independently practiced at home.d collaboration and accessibility to educational media. Abstrak Periode usia 0–12 bulan merupakan masa emas (golden age) yang sangat menentukan kualitas tumbuh kembang anak, khususnya perkembangan motorik. Salah satu bentuk stimulasi motorik dini yang dapat dilakukan adalah baby gym. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu balita dalam memberikan stimulasi motorik dini melalui penerapan baby gym sebagai upaya mendukung perkembangan bayi secara optimal. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16 Desember 2025 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ungaran dengan sasaran 10 ibu balita yang memiliki bayi usia 3–12 bulan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi, praktik langsung baby gym, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test pengetahuan ibu. Materi yang diberikan mencakup pengertian baby gym, manfaat, prinsip keamanan, serta contoh gerakan baby gym sesuai usia bayi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu balita setelah kegiatan, ditandai dengan meningkatnya nilai post-test dibandingkan pre-test. Selain itu, ibu balita mampu mempraktikkan gerakan baby gym secara benar dan aman sesuai usia bayi. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu balita serta berpotensi menjadi upaya promotif dan preventif untuk mendukung tumbuh kembang bayi melalui stimulasi motorik dini yang dapat diterapkan secara mandiri di rumah.
