Abstract: Allah says in QS. Al Alaq verse 1, which contains the command to read. One of our nation's generation's ongoing problems is reading, so that the current number of literacy movements aims to arouse students' willingness and readability as a generation who likes to read. The obligation to read as the spirit of education will open broader horizons. Reading books as a punishment in madrasas is considered very appropriate compared to corporal punishment because it will directly impact science and practice reading needs. All subjects can be integrated with the concept of literacy. Integrating literacy with various kinds of subjects is the management contained in Surah Al Alaq verse 1. Also, libraries as reading houses and literacy houses, must play a full role in running literacy madrasas. Thus we can explain that this verse is comprehensive in integrating various aspects to improve the quality of students and make madrasas integrated literacy machines. Abstrak: Allah berfirman dalam QS. Al Alaq ayat 1, yang isinya perintah untuk membaca. Problem yang berkelanjutan generasi bangsa salah satunya adalah membaca , sehingga banyaknya gerakan literasi sekarang ini bertujuan untuk menggugah kemauan dan kemampuan baca peserta didik sebagai generasi gemar baca. Kewajiban membaca sebagai ruh pendidikan akan membuka cakrawala pandangan yang lebih luas. Membaca buku sebagai hukuman di madrasah dirasa sangat tepat di bandingkan hukuman fisik karena akan berdampak langsung pada keilmuan dan berlatih kebutuhan membaca. Semua mata pelajaran bisa di integrasikan dengan konsep literasi. Mengintegrasikan literasi dengan berbagai macam mata pelajaran merupakan manajemen yang terkandung dalam suratAl Alaq ayat 1. Selain itu perpustakaan sebagai rumah baca dan rumah literasi harus berperan penuh dalam menjalankan madrasah literasi. Dengan demikian bisa dijelaskan bahwa ayat ini sangatlah luas dalam mengintegrasikan berbagai aspek untuk memperbaiki kualitas peserta didik serta menjadikan madrasah sebagai mesin literasi yang terintegrasi. Updating voter data in the 2018 Sampang Regency Election leaves a problem that caused the Constitutional Court decision ordering the General Election Commission (KPU) to conduct a re-voting at all polling stations in Sampang. The Court considered that the Permanent Voter List (DPT) determined by the Sampang Regency KPU was invalid and illogical when compared to the DAK2 received by the KPU in the first semester of 2017, amounting to 844,872 while the DPT was 803,499, this meant that the number of permanent voters was 95% of the population. This research was conducted to examine the issue of updating voter data in Sampang District in the 2018 regional election and how efforts could be made to resolve it. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive through in-depth interviews with member of KPU Kabupaten Sampang, PPK and Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Sampang. Through the data research result can be described that the problem of voter registration in Sampang are unsynchronous regulations governing the source of voter data, PPDP is not professional in carrying out their duties due to pressure or influence from the local elite, lack of community participation in checking voter data, The updating officer still does not understand the shifting of the voter database from de facto to de jure which causes the emergence of double data between polling stations, villages, and districts, the lack of supervision and monitoring in the voter data updating process due to the inaccurate voter data.

Masa remaja adalah periode transisi dari masa anak-anak menuju dewasa, di mana terjadi berbagai perubahan emosional dan sosial yang terjadi secara signifikan. Jika perubahan ini tidak ditangani dengan baik, potensi munculnya penyimpangan seperti kenakalan remaja dapat terjadi. Kenakalan remaja menjadi masalah yang semakin mengkhawatirkan di lingkungan bermasyarakat, hal ini dapat menyebabkan meningkatnya kasus-kasus kriminalitas oleh remaja. Narkoba menjadi salah satu hal yang paling membahayakan keberlangsungan hidup remaja Indonesia di kemudian hari. Oleh karena itu, pada program Kuliah Kerja Nyata 50 Universitas Mulawarman melaksanakan program kerja unggulan yaitu sosialisasi “Kenakalan Remaja dan Bahaya Narkoba”. Persiapan materi yang akan disampaikan dalam bentuk power point, sebagai bentuk apresiasi disiapkan hadiah bagi siswa-siswi saat evaluasi, melaksanakan kegiatan di SMPN 004 Long Bagun dan menyampaikan materi. Pelaksanaan rangkaian program kerja unggulan berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan rencana serta kebutuhan siswa-siswi baru di SMPN 004 Long Bagun yang berjumlah 76 orang.

This research focuses on the influence of e-government implementation on employee performance in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bandung City. Using a quantitative associative method, the study involved 71 respondents as the sample. The results show a very strong influence of e-government on employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.994. Supporting factors include adequate infrastructure and an efficient work culture. The researchers recommend recruiting IT-background human resources and conducting more intensive training to improve employees' understanding and performance related to e-government. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu para guru Bahasa Inggris di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di wilayah Cimahi dalam memberikan alternatif pendekatan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris dilengkapi dengan cara dalam menentukan kegiatan icebreakers yang sesuai dalam pembelajaran. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah lokakarya yang diadakan secara tatap muka dengan melibatkan 35 guru Bahasa Inggris pada Tingkat SMA yang tergabung dalam MGMP Bahasa Inggris di wilayah Cimahi, Jawa Barat. Kegiatan ini, terbagi ke dalam tiga tahapan, yakni tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap monitoring dan evaluasi. Pada tahap persiapan, seluruh peserta diberikan kuesioner tentang kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh para guru Bahasa Inggris dan kebutuhan lokakarya yang mereka butuhkan dalam menigkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, lokakarya digelar dengan mengambil topik kegiatan sesuai dengan hasil kuesioner yang diberikan pada tahap sebelumnya. Kemudian, pada tahap monitoring dan evaluasi, para guru diberikan kuesioner tentang pengalaman mereka setelah melaksanakan lokakarya ini dan harapan kedepannya. Dari hasil kegiatan PKM ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pentinganya diadakan penyegaran berupa kegiatan lokakrya yang dapat membantu para guru Bahasa Inggris dalam menciptakan suasana kelas yang aktif namun bermakna bagi pembelajaran siswa.

ABSTRAK Diabetes mellitus merupakan penyakit metabolik kronis yang memerlukan pemantauan kadar glukosa darah secara rutin untuk mencegah komplikasi. Teknologi Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) telah berkembang sebagai solusi inovatif dalam manajemen diabetes dengan memungkinkan pemantauan kadar glukosa secara real-time. CGM berbasis IoT menawarkan berbagai keunggulan, seperti notifikasi otomatis saat kadar glukosa berada di luar batas normal, integrasi dengan perangkat medis lain, serta akses data jarak jauh yang dapat membantu pasien dan tenaga medis dalam mengambil keputusan lebih cepat dan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan teknologi IoT pada sistem CGM serta menganalisis manfaat dan tantangan dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode narrative review dengan mengkaji berbagai studi yang membahas implementasi IoT dalam sistem pemantauan glukosa. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa CGM berbasis IoT dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien terhadap pengobatan serta mengurangi risiko komplikasi akibat fluktuasi kadar glukosa. Namun, tantangan seperti biaya yang tinggi, keterbatasan akses di daerah terpencil, serta risiko keamanan data masih menjadi kendala dalam penerapannya. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan teknologi sensor non-invasif, pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan (AI), serta peningkatan sistem keamanan menjadi langkah penting untuk mendukung implementasi CGM berbasis IoT secara lebih luas dan efektif di masa depan. One of the state investments that needs attention is the health sector, because it is closely related to the Human Resource Development Process. The fate of the nation really depends on it. The aim of this literature study was to examine the form and outcomes of evaluating health financing policies for the poor in the JKN program in various regions in Indonesia, based on identified concerns and in accordance with their urgency. This article was prepared using the literature review method, namely summarizing and explaining the contents of previously published sources of findings in accordance with the topic of the author's analysis regarding the implementation of the JKN program among contributory assistance (PBI) participants or underprivileged communities in the regions. Articles from 2019 to 2023 are used as references, using Google Scholar, Garuda Journal, and Springer Link. The JKN program does not reach everyone, especially the poor, who cannot obtain fair and adequate health protection. And as those in need, all poor people must be prioritized. because they do not get or qualify for government support. To complement the National Social Security System which is not yet able to cover all underprivileged andl; poor communities, regional and central governments must create regional health insurance programs.

Literary learning in elementary school plays an important role in shaping character, improving literacy, and instilling cultural values. Folklore that is rich in moral messages and close to students' daily lives is still not optimally utilized. This study uses a literature study method with a descriptive qualitative approach to examine the effectiveness of a systematic approach in learning folklore. The results of the study show that the application of systematic stages from text selection to creative activities can improve literary understanding, critical thinking, and instill character values such as honesty, responsibility, and courage. This approach is in line with the objectives of the Independent Curriculum and is relevant to be widely applied in primary schools

This research analyzes the implementation of stunting reduction acceleration policy in Cilengkrang Village, Bandung Regency, using Edward III's theory of communication, resources, disposition, bureaucratic structure. A qualitative approach was applied, with data from the Village Head, KPM, Village Midwife, Community Facilitator, parents of stunted children, and pregnant women. The results showed significant progress in stunting prevention efforts in this village. Communication is well implemented through various channels such as Posyandu, stunting meetings, WhatsApp groups, classes for pregnant women and toddlers, and door-to-door visits. In terms of resources, both human (KPM, midwives, health workers) and material (village fund allocation, provincial assistance, equalization funds, and KPM operations), have been optimally utilized. Disposition shows high commitment from the village head and stakeholders. They actively lead and monitor the program, and are proactive in mentoring and data reporting. This commitment has rubbed off on the community, encouraging them to pay more attention to child and infant nutrition. However, the bureaucratic structure needs improvement. KPM tends to report only midwife data; inaccuracies in this data can lead to misidentification of cases. Intensive coordination between KPM and midwives is needed. Overall, Cilengkrang Village has shown strong dedication in tackling stunting. This success is driven by effective communication, optimal resources, and positive disposition. To achieve Zero Stunting, strengthening coordination and data accuracy in the bureaucratic structure is crucial.
