Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan konstruksi yang dibentuk pemerintah ataupun swasta merupakan salah satu langkah yang sangat berperan dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan perekonomian di suatu negara khususnya di Indonesia. Pekerjaan konstruksi adalah jenis pekerjaan dengan risiko kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja yang tinggi dan dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya kerugian khususnya bagi pekerja. Kondisi ini berdampak terhadap kualitas kerja, kinerja karyawan, dan produktifitas kerja perusahaan. Perusahaan konstruksi harus lebih bersungguh-sungguh dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai dan kebijakan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) pada area kerja. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kasus kecelakaan kerja yang terus meningkat pada pekerjaan konstruksi. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa faktor kebijakan K3 apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan konstruksi serta menganalisa faktor yang dominan memberi pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan konstruksi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa terdapat lima faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan konstruksi yaitu Komitmen Top Management, Peraturan dan Prosedur K3, Keterlibatan dan Komunikasi Pekerja, Kompetensi Pekerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja. Dan diketahui faktor kebijakan K3 yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan konstruksi adalah adanya pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan K3 pada perusahaan konstruksi

Abstract

Many basic problems cause the level of performance and service in PDAM Lematang Enim to be low such as low water discharge of the Enim River, polluted raw water sources, changing raw water conditions, distribution of water to people's homes that often experience congestion, turbid water and unfit for consumption. From the above problems, this study raises one problem in PDAM Lematang Enim, Muara Enim Regency, namely analyzing customer satisfaction with the services and products provided by PDAM. Previous research on PDAMs was quite widely conducted, but research on the level of customer satisfaction in PDAM Lematang Enim Muara Enim is still limited and has not been done much, so further research is needed to assess how customer ratings of PDAMs will be analyzed and can be a reference for PDAM Lematang Enim performance. The data analysis used in the study consisted of customer satisfaction index (CSI) analysis, and binary logistic regression analysis. CSI analysis was conducted to assess the level of satisfaction of PDAM Lematang Enim Muara Enim service users. The results of the CSI analysis will then be used to determine the factors that affect the level of service user satisfaction using binary logistic regression analysis. The results obtained from this study from 135 respondents who are customers of PDAM Lematang Enim are PDAM Lematang Enim in general has carried out operational activities quite well overall which has been included in the Satisfied category with a CSI value of 67.6075028.

Abstract

Work accidents in the construction industry are practically unavoidable, however they can be minimized. The aim of carrying out this community service is to socialize the importance of introducing occupational safety and health (K3) to protect and ensure the safety of every worker. Apart from that, it is also to increase safety and health awareness for workers in the construction projects and to increase awareness of the use of personal protective equipment for workers. Moreover, it is also to provide management recommendations for the layout of construction equipment and materials so as to create a safe working environment. The results showed that there was a significant increase between before the training and after training to the members for REI of South Sumatra. After the post-test was conducted in class, the community service activities was also integrated with lecture activities by inviting students to get involved in the construction projects.
