Abstract

This paper examines how the relationship between reason and revelation contributes significantly to the construction of arguments in the treasury of theology. This study uses a library research approach, namely by collecting sources from relevant primary and secondary literature. The data obtained are then analyzed using descriptive-analytical methods to obtain a comprehensive understanding. The results of this study reveal three important points: first, reason has a noble place in the Qur'an, as seen from various verses that encourage humans to think. Second, in the theological dimension, there is a difference in emphasis between reason and revelation, as seen in the Mu'tazilah school which prioritizes reason, while the Ash'ariyah places revelation in the main position with a more limited role for reason. Third, in the views of Muslim philosophers such as Ibn Rushd and al-Kindi, reason and revelation are not opposed, but are seen as two sources of knowledge that complement each other and are harmonious.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and find the relationship between the disciplinary and compensation variables on employee performance at the One-Stop Single Administration System Joint Office (SAMSAT) in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, both partially and simultaneously.The analytical method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous test (F test) and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2 test) with a sample of 43 respondents.The results showed that work discipline (X1) had a positive and partially significant effect on the performance (Y) of employees at the One-Stop Single Administration System Joint Office (SAMSAT) in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, with a t-count value of 3.278 > ttable 2.021 and a significant value of 0.002 <0.05. Competence (X2) has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance (Y) of employees at the One-Stop Single Administration System Joint Office (SAMSAT) Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a tcount value of 3.057 > ttable 2.021 and a significant value of 0.004 <0.05. Each variable has a positive and significant simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at the Joint Office of the One-Stop Single Administration System (SAMSAT) in Sidenreng Rappang Regency with an Fcount of 100.533 > Ftable 3.23 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study discusses the innovation of learning methods at the Faculty of Ushuluddin, UIN Sunan Kalijaga, with a focus on efforts to preserve traditional learning methods amidst educational modernization. In the digital era, educational institutions face the challenge of remaining relevant without neglecting traditional values, which are an important part of the identity of Islamic education. In this context, it is important to explore how the faculty integrates technology and innovation while maintaining classical learning methods. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Faculty of Ushuluddin's strategy in preserving traditional learning methods, identify the faculty's role in developing Islamic education innovation, and reveal students' and lecturers' perceptions of the implementation of hybrid education. This study is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of Islamic education and become a practical reference for the faculty in formulating learning strategies that harmonize tradition and innovation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The study was conducted at the Faculty of Ushuluddin, involving several students as sources. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and interpretively, using the Miles and Huberman analysis model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.
