Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui secara parsial dan simultan Pengaruh Disiplin, Komitmen Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Bank Mandiri Cabang Polewali Mandar.Untuk populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil karyawan Bank Mandiri Cabang Polewali Mandar yang berstatus 33 orang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ; (1). Secara parsial hasil penelitian variabel disiplin (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (sig = 0,048 < 0,05).  variabel Komitmen kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai koefisien signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (sig = 0,006 < 0,05). Motivasi Kerja (X3) signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05 (sig = 0,320 < 0,05), variabel motivasi kerja Kerja (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (2). Secara simultan diperoleh nilai sebesar 81,093 lebih besar dari F tabel yaitu 2,93 dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000 yang berarti di bawah nilai signifikan 0,05      Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Komitmen Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasaan Kerja

Abstract

This reseacch aims to determine whether motivation and work ability have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Parepare City branch. This thesis uses a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collection methods through observation and questionnaires. Based on research, the results and conclusions obtained are that motivation variables influence employee performance. Based on the results of the t test, the calculated t value was 2.323 with a significant value of 0.032<0.05. The work ability variable influences employee performance. Based on the results of the t test, the calculated t value was 3.326 with a significant value of 0.004<0.05. And motivation and work ability variables influence employee performance in the study of PT Pegadaian Parepare City branch employees. Based on the results of the f test, the calculated f value was 48.021 with a significant value of 0.000<0.00.

Abstract

The study analyzes the human resource development strategy at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Parepare and its impact on employee performance. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the study found that PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Parepare successfully implemented effective training such as On the Job Training (OJT) and Off the Job Training (Off-JT), which enhanced employees' skills and knowledge. This strategy improved productivity, efficiency, adaptability to changes, employee satisfaction, retention, and a positive work culture. In conclusion, the human resource development strategy at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Parepare has improved employee performance and had a positive impact on the company. This strategy must continue to be implemented and adjusted to meet labor market needs to ensure optimal employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of work discipline and employee responsibilities at the West Bacukiki District Office, Parepare City. The approach method used is a qualitative descriptive type and data collection techniques use observation and interviews. In this research, primary data sources were used in the form of data obtained in the field during interviews and secondary data in the form of data from important documents at the West Bacukiki District Office, Parepare City. The results of the research show that the implementation of work discipline and employee responsibility at the West Bacukiki Parepare District Office is still not good. This can be seen from leaders and employees who do not comply with office operating hours, employees who do not make the best use of their time in carrying out their duties, not targeting their work, and employees' daily work reports that are not carried out.

Abstract

The importance of competence in performance management is also reflected in relation to individual behavior. Performance management not only involves technical aspects, but also how individuals demonstrate behavior that supports goal achievement. By understanding the complexity of the role of HR, especially civil servants at BAPPEDA Sidrap, this research aims to explore the relationship between work performance assessment, training, and competency development as the main factors in improving performance. Quantitative data, namely data obtained in the form of numbers that relate to the problems discussed in this research can be calculated such as income values ​​and other data that can support the discussion. Qualitative data, namely data obtained through a list of statements (questionnaires) from selected respondents and information related to the problems discussed in this research. The research results support that the training variable (X1) positively and significantly affects performance. This is shown in the Regression Coefficient X1 value of 0.397 which states that every 1 unit increase in training will increase training by 0.397 units. A probability value that is smaller than 5%, namely 0.000 0.05, indicates that training has a positive effect on performance. Training (X1) and Competency (X2) have a positive effect on the performance (Y) of employees at the Sidenreng Rappang Regency Bappeda Office. Statistical analysis shows a significance (Sig) of 0.05 and Fcount Ftable. Partially, Training (X1) and Competency (X2) also have a significant effect, with a Sig value of 0.05 and t count t table.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Distribution and Price have a partial and simultaneous effect on the Purchase Decision of Sari Roti outlets at PT INDOSARI Niaga Nusantara Parepare. In this study, the population sampled consisted of 45 people. The research method used is data description with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 25.The data collection methods used include Interviews, Documentation, and Observation. This research involves several tests, including Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, as well as t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and Coefficient of Determination (R²). These results indicate that Distribution (X1) has a significant partial effect on the Purchase Decision of Sari Roti Outlet PT INDOSARI Niaga Nusantara Parepare. This is based on the t-count value of 2.677 > t-table value of 2.018 and a significance value smaller than 0.05 (0.000 ≤ 0.05). Price (X2) has a significant partial effect on the Purchase Decision of Sari Roti Outlet PT INDOSARI Niaga Nusantara Parepare. This is based on the t-count value of 5.648 > the t-table value of 2.018 and a significant value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Distribution and Price simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision of Sari Roti Outlet PT INDOSARI Niaga Nusantara Parepare. This is based on the calculated F value of 62.069 > the table F value of 2.83 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study examines how social media marketing influences business sustainability through the mediating role of brand loyalty among micro, small, and medium enterprises in the trade sector. Academically, it advances marketing and entrepreneurship theory by integrating the Resource-Based View, Customer-Based Brand Equity, and Triple Bottom Line frameworks to explain how digital capabilities transform into sustainable competitive advantage. Using data from 200 respondents analyzed with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling, the findings confirm that effective social media engagement enhances customer loyalty, which in turn drives sustainable business performance. The study reveals that digital marketing success is rooted in trust-based relationships rather than short-term promotion, emphasizing that relational value mediates technological advantage. These insights provide practical implications for MSME owners and policymakers to strengthen digital literacy, relational marketing, and sustainability-oriented strategies to ensure long-term business resilience in the evolving digital economy.

Abstract

This research focuses on Digital Marketing Strategies to Increase Consumer Product Sales in the Digital Era. The findings highlight the positive role of digital marketing strategies, such as online advertising campaigns and consumer data analysis, in boosting sales. Technology Acceptance Theory and the Consumer Behavior Model are utilized to understand consumer responses. The results indicate that TAM concepts, like usefulness and ease of use, significantly influence consumer acceptance of online advertising campaigns. By understanding the consumer journey stages and personalizing messages, companies can create relevant customer experiences. Consumer data analysis helps companies stay competitive in the evolving digital market. The research conclusion emphasizes the need for continuous adaptation to technology and consumer behaviour for company success in the digital era.

Abstract

Kompetensi dan Disiplin merupakan hal yang terpenting dalam menunjang individu atau kelompok dalam pencapain kepuasan kerja di perusahaan atau organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui variabel disiplin kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Kantor Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Parepare. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini keseluruhan Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Kantor Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dengan jumlah 70 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; (1) secara parsial bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Variabel Kepuasan Kerja (Y) dengan t hitung7,947 > dari t tabel 1,667 dan sig = 0,001 < 0,05. Variabel Kompetensi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Variabel Kepuasan Kerja (Y) dengan nilai t hitung 4.964 > dari t tabel 1.667 dan tingkat sig 0.000 < 0,05. (2) secara simultan variabel Disiplin Kerja (X1) dan Kompetensi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja (Y) dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel (235.128 > 3,13). Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kompetensi dan Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

This research explains the impact of the use of financial technology (Fintech) and electronic commerce (E-commerce) on the financial performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Along with the rapid development of information and communication technology, especially in the Fintech and E-commerce sectors, MSMEs are becoming the center of attention as strategic elements of the national economy. The aim of this research is to identify the positive or negative influence of Fintech and E-commerce on the financial performance of MSMEs. Data analysis methods include multiple linear regression, partial T test, and simultaneous F test. The research results show that Fintech and E-commerce have a positive and significant impact on the financial performance of MSMEs. Regression analysis highlights a significant relationship between both independent variables and financial performance, with positive regression coefficients for Fintech and E-commerce. Partial T tests confirmed that each variable exerted a significant effect individually, while simultaneous F tests showed significant joint effects. The findings of this research provide practical implications in improving performance strategies, supporting informational managerial decisions, formulating business policies, and emphasizing the importance of influencing factors, namely Fintech and E-commerce. In conclusion, the use of Fintech and E-commerce can be considered an effective strategy for improving the financial performance of MSMEs in Indonesia. These implications provide a basis for decision making and improving strategies in facing the challenges and opportunities of the MSME sector in the digital era.
