AbstractThe study was to assess how organizational culture affected the job motivation of civil servants at DISDAGKOPERIN Cimahi City. A quantitative approach was employed with a sample of 34 people and uses multiple linear regression method. The findings suggest that that organizational culture had an effect on the work motivation of Civil Servants at DISDAGKOPERIN Cimahi City. The technique of collecting is a questionnaire, interview, observation and literature review. Those indicate that there is a considerable correlation between organizational culture and work motivation, as described by the value of t count t table (2.102 1.693) than Ho is rejected. With this, the hypothesis of research on the effect of organizational culture on civil servants' motivation for their task is answered at DISDAGKOPERIN Cimahi City. Leaders at DISDAGKOPERIN Cimahi City should further improve the application of the values and rules of organizational culture that have been set so that employee motivation will increase. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Work Motivation  Abstrak Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengali bagaimana budaya organisasi mempengaruhi motivasi kerja PNS di DISDAGKOPERIN Kota Cimahi. Regresi linier berganda dan metodologi kuantitatif digunakan dengan jumlah sampel 34 peserta. Hasil studi membuktikan jika budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja PNS di DISDAGKOPERIN Kota Cimahi. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Terdapat hubungan yang cukup besar antara budaya organisasi dengan motivasi kerja dari nilai t hitung t tabel (2,102 1,693) dan Ho ditolak. Dengan ini maka terjawab hipotesis dari penelitian pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja PNS pada DISDAGKOPERIN Kota Cimahi. Pimpinan pada DISDAGKOPERIN Kota Cimahi sebaiknya lebih meningkatkan penerapan nilai-nilai dan aturan budaya organisasi yang telah ditetapkan agar motivasi pegawai semakin meningkat. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi KerjaÂ
