Abstract

Pada masa pandemi COVID-19, mutu pelayanan Puskesmas menjadi tolak ukur utama dalam evaluasi kinerja Puskesmas khususnya yang telah terakreditasi. Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan merupakan salah satu parameter untuk mengetahui mutu pelayanan Puskesmas telah sesuai dengan standar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Puskesmas terakreditasi di Kabupaten Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk tingkat kepuasan terhadap pelayanan Puskesmas diukur melalui survei kepuasan masyarakat sesuai dengan Permenpan No 14 Tahun 2017. Penelitian dilakukan di 4 Puskesmas terakreditasi dasar (1474 responden) dan 4 Puskesmas terakreditasi utama (1363 responden), tingkat kepuasan pelayanan dinyatakan sebagai indeks kepuasan masyarakat (IKM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai IKM Puskesmas terakreditasi utama 80,89 mendekati batas maksimal kategori kinerja baik sedangkan nilai IKM Puskesmas terakreditasi dasar 76,80 mendekati batas minimal. Ternyata semakin tinggi status akreditasi Puskesmas semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan Puskesmas. Puskesmas terakreditasi dasar harus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Karawang harus meningkatkan jumlah Puskesmas terakreditasi utama agar mutu pelayanan kesehatan semakin baik.

Abstract

Women farm workers are an economically vulnerable group of rural communities. The majority of them live below the poverty line with low and uncertain incomes. This research aims to develop innovative strategies to increase the income of women farm workers through the use of weeds as raw materials for processed products of economic value. Through a research and development approach with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), this research produced several important findings. First, identified types of weeds that are abundant in agricultural land and have the potential to be processed into products of economic value such as processed food, organic fertilizers, and herbal medicines. Second, a comprehensive weed processing training module was developed in accordance with the needs and characteristics of women farm workers, covering aspects of production, packaging, marketing, and business management. The results showed an increase in knowledge, skills, and motivation of women farm workers in entrepreneurship through the use of weeds after participating in the training program, with an average increase in pre-test and post-test scores of 36.15 points. In addition, there was an increase in the income of women farm workers who participated in the training program and ran a weed processing business, with an average income of Rp 890,000 per month, compared to before the training where they had no income from the weed processing business. This study concludes that the use of weeds into products of economic value is an effective strategy to increase the income and welfare of women farm workers and their families. The training and mentoring model with the ADDIE approach has proven successful in equipping women farm workers with entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. This finding implies that similar models can be applied more broadly to empower groups of women farmworkers in various parts of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to design a model for the development of millennial farmer human resources in the context of sustainable agriculture in Subang Regency, West Java. The phenomenon of aging farmers and the declining interest of the younger generation in the agricultural sector are the background of this research. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model approach, this study identifies the characteristics and needs of millennial farmers, designs a human resource development model, and evaluates its effectiveness. The results of the study show that millennial farmers have a high openness to innovation and modern agricultural technology, but the number is still limited. The developed model includes components of recruitment, training, mentoring, career development, resource access, and collaboration networks. The implementation of the model showed a significant increase in the interest of the younger generation in agriculture (200%), the adoption of modern agricultural technology (275%), and the application of sustainable agricultural practices (167%). The productivity and income of millennial farmers also increased by 50%. This research makes an important contribution to the development of millennial farmer human resources and supports sustainable agriculture, and highlights the importance of cross-sector collaboration and policies that support farmer regeneration.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee communication on the performance of employees of the Ministry of Manpower and Migration of Karawang District. Communication acts as a process and medium for exchanging information, ideas, solutions, and opinions between superiors, subordinates, or co-workers. In addition, communication also plays a role in creating a harmonious work environment because every employee feels connected so that cooperation while in the office is well-guaranteed. This type of research is quantitative and uses descriptive and confirmatory research methods. The sample size for this study is 75. In this study, cross sampling is used. A multi-factor analysis method was used in this study. The results showed the effect of communication on the performance of the employees of the Department of Labor and Migration of Karawang District. Keywords: Communication, Employee Performance

Abstract

The importance of increasing Human Resources, especially for MSME players, will be able to increase knowledge which will have an impact on improving business performance. What the Karawang Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Service has done in this effort is to increase competence in terms of business management and mentoring. This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of business management and mentoring on improving Karawang Regency MSME business. The type of research is quantitative with descriptive verification analysis. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples used was 399 people. The sampling technique used in this research was a simple random sampling technique. The research results show that both partially and simultaneously show that business management and mentoring have an influence on the business performance of MSMEs in Karawang Regency. This means that increasing knowledge of business management and providing assistance has an impact on increasing the business performance of MSMEs in Karawang Regency. Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to explore how the use of agile complexity can enhance organizational agility and competitive advantage in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) during digital transformation. Additional objectives include addressing knowledge gaps in the leadership attributes needed to drive organizational agility, evaluating the research focus and methods used, and exploring agile complexity leadership as a model to enhance organizational performance. The research method involves a literature review using Google Scholar from 2013 to 2023, using keywords such as complexity, complexity science, leadership complexity, agile, and agile leadership. After initially identifying 81 journal articles, 13 relevant journal articles and four books were selected by reviewing their abstracts to assess their correlation with the role of agile complexity leadership in enhancing organizational agility during digital transformation in SMEs through prism model analysis. The main findings from this observation include a significant knowledge gap regarding the leadership attributes needed to enhance organizational agility, research dominance based on quantitative methods with statistically non-representative samples, and a lack of attention to the concept of complexity leadership as an effective model for improving SME performance. Although this paper provides new insights into the relationship between organizational agility and leadership during digital transformation in SMEs.

Abstract

PT. Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia (PT. SSI) is a foreign private company organization, which carries out production activities in Karawang, Indonesia. There are several problems as follows: 1) Employee performance has decreased, 2) The level of education is mostly at the vocational school/high school level, 3) Work evaluation is not fair and proportional 4) Decrease in operator multifunction, 5) Awards have not been given proportionally, 6) low operator wage value.This study aims to determine the description of employee work evaluation, competence, awards, and performance, to determine the relationship between work evaluation-competence, competence-awards, work evaluation-awards, to determine the effect of work evaluation, competence, and awards partially and simultaneously on employee performance.The method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive and verification analysis design. The results of this study: work evaluation has fairly good criteria with an average value of 497.5 on a scale range of 389.9 - 509.9. Competence has good criteria with an average value of 541.0 on a scale range of 509.9 - 629.9. Awards have fairly good criteria, with an average value of 491.7 on a scale range of 389.9 - 509.9. Performance has good criteria with an average value of 522.0 on a scale range of 509.9 - 629.9.The correlation between Work Evaluation and Competence has a coefficient value of 0.783 (78.3%) in the interval of 0.600 - 0.799 which means strong. The correlation between Competence and Awards has a coefficient value of 0.781 (78.1%) in the interval of 0.600 - 0.799 which means strong. The correlation between Work Evaluation and Awards has a coefficient value of 0.658 (65.8%) in the interval of 0.600 - 0.799 which means strong. Job Evaluation has a partial effect of 0.0609 (6.09%), competency has a partial effect of 0.8428 (84.28%), partial reward of 0.0965 (9.65%). Job evaluation, competency, and reward have a simultaneous effect on employee performance of 0.951 or 95.1%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memperoleh bukti-bukti empiris dan menemukan kejelasan fenomen serta kesimuplan tentang perngaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Umum Fikri Medika. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 131 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur. Kesimpulan penelitian sebagai berikut : Terdapat korelasi yang sedang antara motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja, terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh sebagian disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan terdapat pengaruh simultan antara motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Umum Fikri Medika. Dari hasil kesimpulan di atas dapat diartikan bahwa motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja adalah hal yang perlu diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karaywan dan mewujudkannya tujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

Makmur Mandiri Savings and Loan Cooperative is rooted in its members, for the members, and back to the members. At the level of cooperative governance implementation, it can invite prospective members and existing members to borrow, save, and simultaneously become members by paying primary, obligatory, and voluntary deposits. Law number 25 of 1992 states that membership is voluntary and open. Management is democratic. The distribution of SHU (Surplus Hasil Usaha) is done fairly according to the business services of PERFORMANCE Each member. Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs Regulation No. 19/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 regarding the Conduct of Cooperative Member Meetings, as well as the Articles of Association (AD) and Bylaws (ART), and Special Regulations of KSP Makmur Mandiri. The performance of officials, both quantitatively and qualitatively, is highly aware that the operational continuity of the Cooperative depends heavily on its members. Therefore, officials must continually engage in dynamics to enable borrowing members to engage in entrepreneurship in managing the loans they receive. Service to members in 2023 was optimal, as evidenced by the number of members totaling 97,216 people and an increase in members by 14,298 (17.24%). The Annual Member Meeting (RAT) is a legal obligation of the management to be accountable to the members and to prepare the activity plan for the year 2024 formally. In the Annual Member Meeting Accountability Report of Makmur Mandiri Cooperative, the assets in 2023 amounted to 1,208,252,027,314 and grew by 185,859,161,228 (18.18%). Business volume in 2023 was Rp. 953,467,242,000, with growth of Rp. 169,129,440,000 (21.56%). Makmur Mandiri Savings and Loan Cooperative is a closed-loop cooperative that operates with pure savings and loans, which can only collect and distribute from and to the members, and is supervised by the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs.
