Abstract

This research aims to develop Ethni-City game, a contemporary innovation to promote diversity in Banten Province by exploring the historical context of the Multicultural City of Surosowan. The research methodology involves historical research and the research and development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The outcome of this study is the development of the Ethni-City game, a digital educational tool highlighting the history and culture of five villages within the Multicultural City of Surosowan: Bugis Village, Pekojan Village, Chinatown, European Village, and Kebalen Village. The game underwent expert evaluation, resulting in a rating of 'Highly Feasible/Excellent.' Implementation of the game received positive responses from respondents, who viewed it as an engaging educational medium for introducing diversity to the people of Banten Province.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju akan mendorong perusahaan – perusahaan untuk mengubah strategi dengan menciptakan inovasi yang memiliki berbagai ide kreatif untuk menaikkan kapasitas perusahaan menjadi lebih baik berdasarkan persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut agar perusahaan dapat membangun keunggulan dalam bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. Review artikel merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi literature yang bersumber dari search Google Scholar. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Abstract

The logistics sector in Indonesia faces complex operational challenges due to geographical conditions, infrastructure limitations, and increasing customer demands. These challenges create significant operational risks that may undermine service quality if not properly managed. This study aims to examine the effect of operational risk management (ORM) on service quality in Indonesian logistics companies. A quantitative explanatory research design was employed using survey questionnaires distributed to 120 logistics firms of different sizes across major cities. ORM practices including risk identification, assessment, contingency planning, monitoring, and technology adoption were measured alongside service quality dimensions based on the SERVQUAL model. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression. The results indicate that all logistics firms face considerable risks, particularly transportation delays and infrastructure constraints. However, companies implementing structured ORM practices achieved higher service quality, especially in reliability and responsiveness. Correlation and regression analyses revealed that ORM significantly and positively influences service quality, with technology adoption emerging as the strongest predictor. In conclusion, ORM is not only a defensive measure but also a strategic enabler for enhancing service quality and competitiveness in the Indonesian logistics industry. Effective ORM ensures customer satisfaction, operational resilience, and sustainable business performance.
