Abstract

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design to examine the implementation of ecopedagogical-based learning in Social Studies (IPS) at SMP Negeri 4 Parepare., focusing on its contribution to raising students' ecological awareness. Ecopedagogical-based learning integrates classroom theory with practical environmental experiences, encouraging students to not only understand environmental issues but also take responsibility for environmental conservation. At SMP Negeri 4 Parepare, the application of this approach through Project-Based Learning (PBL) and contextual learning methods has proven to significantly enhance students' ecological awareness, as seen in activities like tree planting and waste management. However, the implementation of this learning approach faces challenges, such as limitations in resources, funding, and curriculum time. Despite these obstacles, the school has worked to address these challenges by adopting creative approaches, such as collaborating with external organizations and utilizing more flexible learning methods. Student involvement in ecopedagogical-based activities, such as the "Clean Friday" program and greening initiatives, has positively influenced their environmentally friendly behaviors. This study concludes that, despite various challenges, ecopedagogical-based learning at SMP Negeri 4 Parepare has successfully raised students' ecological awareness and contributed to environmental conservation.

Abstract

Dalam konteks pendidikan masa kini, pembelajaran yang inovatif dan berbasis teknologi semakin dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa yang makin dinamis. Tantangan pembelajaran tidak lagi hanya terfokus pada pencapaian hasil akademik, tetapi juga pada pengembangan keterampilan adaptif yang membantu siswa mengahadapi tekanan dan tantangan belajar. Salah satu keterampilan penting tersebut adalah resiliesnsi akademik. Resiliensi akademik merupakan kemampuan siswa untuk bertahan, beradaptasi, dan bangkit kembali dari kegagalan atau kesulitan  dalam proses belajar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Game Based Learnig (Quizizz) dalam meningkatan resiliensi akademik siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 8 Parepare. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain Quasi Experimental, dengan sampel penelitian yang diambil menggunakan Purposive Sampling dari dua kelas: kelas eksperimen (VIII.4) yang menggunakan Quizizz dan kelas kontrol (VIII.3) yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS untuk uji t independen dan perhitungan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Quizizz dalam kelas eksperimen menghasilkan peningkatan resiliensi akademik yang signifikan, dengan N-Gain rata-rata sebesar 22.7% dibandingkan kelas kontrol yang hanya mencapai 7.5%. Uji t independent menghasilkan nilai Sig. = 0.000, yang lebih kecildari 0.05, menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan antara kelas eksperimen dan kontrol sangat signifikan. Keterbatasan penelitian ini termasuk jumlah sampel yang terbatas dan faktor-faktor eksternal yang dapat memengaruhi hasil. Penelitian  lebih lanjut dengan sampel yang lebih besardiperlukan untuk memperkuat temuan ini.

Abstract

The quality of learning is one of the important elements in the implementation of the learning process, the success or failure of a learning objective depends on the quality that is prepared and developed optimally. Archives are important for an institution as a provider of information needed in the management process to support the quality of learning. This research is a qualitative research by means of a case study. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. This study aims to identify, find out problems and provide solutions related to managing the filing system in supporting learning quality management. To obtain data, the subjects of this study were the heads of Administration, staff and teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Parepare. In addition, this study tested the validity of the data using the triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate that (1) Management of the filing system at MAN 1 Parepare has been carried out well but not yet structured. Because the party did not make a record book of borrowing and returning records so that it did not run efficiently. (2) Management of the filing system in supporting the quality of learning at MAN 1 Parepare has not been maximized in meeting the quality of learning because there are still deficiencies such as facilities and infrastructure and less efficient employee performance. (3) Obstacles in managing the filing system in supporting the quality of learning at MAN 1 Parepare, namely the lack of facilities both facilities and infrastructure, archival training is rarely conducted, there is no record retention schedule, the work of employees is quite busy.
