Abstract

This study aims to answer the research focus on (1) Management of the Education Management Information System (EMIS) at Religious Institutions and Islamic Boarding Schools in the office of the Ministry of Religion in Sawalunto City (2) Administrative Services and Human Resources at Diniyah Education Institutions and Islamic Boarding School of the Ministry of Religion of Sawalunto City (3) utilization of the Education Management Information System (EMIS) in improving administrative services and human resources at Diniyah Education institutions and Islamic Boarding Schools of the Ministry of Religion of Sawalunto City.This study used a qualitative-descriptive approach and used data collection techniques. Data collection methods were obtained using in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction (data reaction), data presentation (data display), and conclusion drawing and verification. So this study obtained results based on data exposure, and findings and discussion analysis, based on the results of this study it can be described as follows: an education management information system already exists and is implemented, evidenced by the existence of a school website application that existed at the time of the study.

Abstract

The curriculum is one of the most decisive components in an education system, because of that the curriculum is atool to achieve educational goals and at the same time as a guide in the implementation of teaching at all types and levels of education. The educational goals of a nation or country are determined by the philosophy and outlook on life of that nation or country. Differences in philosophy and outlook on life of a nation or country lead to different goals to be achieved in education and at the same time will affect the country. The Islamic Education Curriculum has a very important position in shaping one's personality. Fact. By understanding the curriculum, educators can select and determine appropriate and appropriate learning objectives, methods, techniques, teaching media and teaching evaluation tools. For this reason, in conducting studies the success of the education system is determined by realistic goals, acceptable to all parties, good facilities and organization, high realistic work intensity and an effective curriculum. Therefore, it is only natural for educators and educational staff in the field of Islamic education to understand the curriculum and try to develop it.

Abstract

The increasing use of information technology, especially the internet, has enabled everyone to carry out various activities more accurately, with quality and quickly. Every organization can take advantage of the internet and information technology networks to carry out various activities electronically. Managers in various organizations are also expected to be able to analyze their performance on a constant and consistent basis with the utilization of available information technology. Utilization of information technology is associated with its importance in the management decision-making process. We can see that there is still a lack of organizations both in the public sector and organizations in the private sector that apply management information systems in decision making, especially in local government organizations. Information systems have a set of information components that are integrated with each other to produce specific goals. The management information system at MIN 1 Sawalunto can run well because it is supported by sophisticated technology, quality human resources and organizational commitment. Management information systems have an important role in the function of operational management and decision making. This system is also a very useful tool for the purpose of reviewing and controlling company operations. The main objective of the system at Min 1 Tanah Datar is to organize all the data collected from every level of the company, summarize it, and present it in a way that facilitates and improves the quality of decisions taken to increase the profitability and productivity of the company. The existence of an information system in a company can really help employees work so that their work becomes effective and efficient. Applications like this are also useful for start-up companies where they produce an effective and efficient information system management model to achieve maximum results for business start-ups.

Abstract

The problem of the emergence of a knowledge is a very important issue in epistemology, because it will give rise to various answers according to philosophical understanding, whether the answer is a priori (answer that has not been proven by sensory or mental experience) or a posteriori (answer that has been proven by experience and experiment). . Thus, Abbas Hammami is of the opinion quoted by Surojiyo in his book entitled Philosophy that this knowledge is based on objective reality. Problems that occur in humans will feel normal if there is no scientific attitude embedded in them. It is this scientific attitude that encourages people to think critically and radically in dealing with a problem or problem in life which is a source of scientific development. The birth of a new scientific discipline stems from someone's great curiosity to find out the truth about something. The scientific method is a procedure or mechanism in building knowledge from knowledge that is still pre-scientific, with a systematic pattern and adheres to procedural principles and normative techniques, so that scientific validity or validity is produced which can be accounted for. This scientific method must of course be adapted to the nature of the object
