Abstract

Pokok Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah penafsiran ayat-ayat tentang istri salihah dalam kitab-kitab tafsir masih dalam bentuk penafsiran tahlili, sehingga pemahaman orang-orang tentang konsep istri salihah belum komprehensif, dan diperlukan adanya penafsiran dengan metode tematik (maudhu?i), supaya pemahaman tentang istri salihah bisa dipahami dengan utuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji, Bagaimanakah istri salihah dalam perspektif al-Quran. Dengan tujuan: (1) untuk mendeskripsikan istri sebagai perempuan salihah dalam perspektif al-Quran, dan (2) untuk mendeskripsikan tugas dan tanggungjawab istri salihah terhadap suami dalam perspektif al-Quran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tafsir tematik atau maudhu?i. Hasil penelitian ini adalah istri salihah dalam perspektif al-Quran dapat  dilihat dari dua sisi: (1) ciri istri sebagai perempuan salihah dalam perspektif al-Quran yaitu; (a) istri salihah yang menahan pandangannya (b) istri salihah yang menutup aurat, (c) istri salihah yang menjaga kehormatan diri, (d) istri salihah yang memiliki ketaatan secara utuh (kaffah) kepada Allah SWT. (2) tugas dan tanggungjawab istri terhadap suami dalam perspektif al-Quran yaitu; (a) isteri salihah yang patuh terhadap kepemimpinan suaminya, (b) istri salihah yang memelihara diri dan melaksanakan kewajibannya, (c) istri yang mampu meneladani figur-figur isteri salihah dalam al-Quran.

Abstract

This paper examines Work Ethic Management in Islamic Education. This type of research is a literature study. That is, by examining the concepts of curriculum development and its problems from experts, the author seeks to create an integration of the opinions of these experts. Education is an effort to realize the ideals of the state. But now globalization not only educates people's lives, but has changed the function of education where generations must acquire a variety of knowledge and skills and have morals. Every work without intention is not recognized, because every work that is said to be good deeds is a practice that has sincere intentions. And high job satisfaction is directly related to high motivation as well. Workers are motivated that work is worship and Allah observes everything they do so they strive to achieve excellence, and devote time and energy to work as well as possible. Through this article, the author tries to provide explanations and express verses related to work ethic. The results of this article present the concepts of work ethic management and learning motivation in Islamic education based on the Qur'anic interpretation approach. Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the values contained in Surat Luqman verses 13-19 in education management at SMAN 1 Solok, Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach involving observation, interviews, and analysis of documents, the study explores how these values are integrated into school policies and practices. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the integration of Islamic values contributes significantly to the development of students' character, the increase of teachers' pedagogical capacity, and the strengthening of parental involvement. Despite facing challenges such as lack of resources and diversity of student backgrounds, SMAN 1 Solok has managed to implement these values effectively through the development of adaptive educational materials, inclusive educational approaches, and strengthened teacher training programs. This study emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach in education that focuses not only on academic achievement but also on the formation of students' morals and ethics

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada kepemimpinan Wanita dalam perspektif Al quran dan Hadist. Metode penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan kajian teoritis dari penulusuran jurnal-jurnal penelitian, buku dan makalah lainnya. Hasil penelitian- penelitian masalah gender umumnya menunjukkan tidak banyak perbedaan gender dalam hal organisasi. Namun jika gender dihubungkan dengan gaya kepemimpinan terlihat adanya gaya tertentu khas perempuan, tapi bukan karena perbedaan jenis kelamin, namun lebih pada faktor karakteristik/ tuntutan pekerjaan. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dengan gaya kepemimpinan perempuan. Jika karakteristik pekerjaan dihubungkan dengan gaya kepemimpinan perempuan secara umum gaya kepemimpinan perempuan terbagi 2 (dua) yaitu gaya kepemimpinan feminism-maskulin dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional-transaksional.

Abstract

This paper aims to criticize Tafsir al-Manar, Muhammad Abduh's monumental work as a pioneer of modern interpretation, which criticizes classical interpretative works, which he considers to be too story oriented, then offers a method of interpreting stories that focuses on `ibrah narratives, although not maximally. This study is a research library, using a semantic perspective as a knife of analysis, through three approaches; interpretation, content analysis, and hermeneutics. This study found that Abduh had applied the method of interpretation of the verse of the story that he had conceived. From the perspective of semantic interpretation and study, Abduh interprets verse by verse, studies the meaning of lughah, and reviews balaghah, munasabah, which focuses on hida'i (hidayah) and intiqadi (critical studies), and does not use hadiths. That is, Abduh is consistent with the Salaf pattern in interpreting the story, namely positioning it as mutasyabihat, and holding to the principle; tanziih, tasliim, and tafwiidh, and anti-takwil.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the Minangkabau women’s socio-economic adaptation as the worker of the brick-making in West Sumatera by employing Living Qur’an study approach. This is a qualitative-descriptive research. This research utilizes in-depth interview, observation, and documentation as the data collection techniques and places Minangkabau women who work in the brick-making industry as the research subjects. The research subjects were analyzed based on the social, education, and their economic condition. The research results show that Minangkabau women who work as the brick-making worker come from family with low levels of education and poor economic resources. In fact, the real condition of their job is actually very challenging, with long working hour, extremely hard physical condition, and very low wages. However, they consider this job as a form of devotion to the family and to the husband. They viewed this job is in line with the teaching of the Qur’an in which it is of vital importance for the wife to support her husband in earning a living for the family. The values found in Qur’an such as hard work, patience, and sincerity are implemented into their daily live in both working and personal life contexts. Even though they encountered the economic challenge like income fluctuations and limited access toward health service, they remain firm and try to carry out their role well. In brief, it can be concluded that Minangkabau traditional and religious values are not contradicted to one another and can get a long with the demand of modern economic. In addition, the role of women in informal sector is a form of devotion and responsibility toward family and this role is very well respected. Therefore, intervention of various parties is of needed in order to help improving the welfare of the women who work as the brick-making worker as well as to assure that they are actually working in a more decent and better condition.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the interpretation of verses about homosexuality in the Al-Qur'an according to Thanthawi Jauhari as a mufassir 'ilmi and how relevant Thanthawi Jauhari's thoughts are regarding the current homosexual phenomenon. The type of research used is library research. The analytical method used is the thematic interpretation method using the keyword الفَاحِشَة. Meanwhile, to analyze the interpretation of homosexual verses by Thanthawi Jauhari, the character-based maudu'i interpretation method was used, through content analysis, interpretive science approaches, and hermeneutics. The results of this research conclude that as a mufassir 'ilmi, Thanthawi Jauhari interprets verses about homosexuals using a scientific approach with the following details: 1) Thanthawi Jauhari in his book interprets the meaning of the word الفَاحِشَة contained in the QS. al-A'raf [7]: 80, QS. an-Naml [27]: 54, QS. al-'Ankabut [29]: 28 textually means a heinous act and contextually (the meaning of the verse QS. al-A'raf [7]: 81, QS. an-Naml [27]: 55, QS. al-' Ankabut [29]: 29) means homosexual. He explained that the Sodomites had ignored the wisdom of creating humans in pairs and cut off the path of descent by committing sexual deviations in the form of having sex with the same sex which resulted in the fertilization process not occurring. 2) Thanthawi Jauhari's scientific thinking is very relevant to the current homosexual phenomenon. According to science, if a sperm cell meets an egg cell, fertilization will occur. Psychologically, sexual deviant behavior will result in the perpetrator experiencing a decrease in their ability to think.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan penafsiran ayat-ayat Al-Quran yang berkaitan dengan manajemen pendidikan serta peran peserta didik yang tercantum dalam beberapa surat, yaitu QS Al-Baqarah: 31-32, QS Al-Kahfi: 65-66, QS Al-Isra: 24, QS Luqman: 13, QS Al-Ahqaf: 15, QS Al-Maidah: 31, QS An-Nahl: 79, dan QS An-Nur: 41. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur, dengan mengkaji tafsir dari berbagai sumber otoritatif untuk menggali nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terkandung dalam ayat-ayat tersebut. Artikel ini memaparkan konsep-konsep manajemen pendidikan dari perspektif Islam, khususnya dalam hal peran pendidik dan peserta didik, serta bagaimana ayat-ayat ini memberikan panduan bagi pengembangan kapasitas pendidik dan pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penafsiran ayat-ayat ini memiliki relevansi yang kuat dalam membentuk kerangka manajemen pendidikan Islam yang holistik, yang menekankan pada pentingnya pembelajaran, hubungan yang harmonis antara pendidik dan peserta didik, serta pengembangan potensi spiritual dan intelektual. Artikel ini juga menyajikan beberapa studi kasus yang menggambarkan penerapan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam konteks pendidikan modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis nilai-nilai kepemimpinan yang terkandung dalam kisah Thalut sebagaimana tercantum dalam Al-Qur'an, Surah Al-Baqarah ayat 246-251. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan mengandalkan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai jurnal terdahulu yang relevan dengan topik. Fokus kajian adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana nilai-nilai kepemimpinan Thalut dapat diaplikasikan dalam konteks modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan Thalut dalam Al-Qur'an mencakup beberapa nilai penting seperti keadilan, keberanian, kebijaksanaan, dan kepercayaan kepada Allah. Nilai-nilai ini memberikan pelajaran berharga bagi pemimpin masa kini dalam menjalankan tugas mereka dengan integritas dan moral yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kisah Thalut dalam Al-Qur'an menawarkan paradigma kepemimpinan yang holistik dan relevan untuk diterapkan dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan kontemporer.
