Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan anggota Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai Oktober 2022. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi. Analisis interaktif Model Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian diketahui: 1) Anggota Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Temanggung masih kurang disiplin. 2) Penyebab adanya Tindakan tidak disiplin anggota Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Temanggung adalah: kurangnya kesadaran para anggota, belum adanya sanksi tegas, kurangnya pemahaman tugas dan pelaksanaan tugas, kurangnya monitoring dan evaluasi, minimnya motivasi dan kesadaran diri seorang, Ketidakkompakan para anggota dalam hal melaksanakan peraturan dan anggota belum mampu mengendalikan diri. 3)Upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan anggota Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Temanggung yaitu: kejelasan job description, peningkatan monitoring dan evaluasi, membuat aturan yang tegas, memberikan motivasi kerja, memberlakukan sistem penggajian tertentu, pekerjaan yang dibebankan sesuai dengan kapasitas anggota, peningkatan kualitas dukungan, serta membuat lingkungan kerja nyaman dan kondusif. This study aims to improve the discipline of members of the Civil Service Police Unit in Temanggung Regency. The research was carried out starting in October 2022. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Collection of interview and observation data. Interactive analysis of the Miles & Huberman Model. The results of the study are known: 1) Members of the Civil Service Police Unit in Temanggung Regency are still lacking in discipline. 2) The causes of the undisciplined actions of members of the Civil Service Police Unit of Temanggung Regency are: lack of awareness of members, lack of strict sanctions, lack of understanding of duties and execution of tasks, lack of monitoring and evaluation, lack of motivation and self-awareness, incompatibility of members in terms of implement the rules and members have not been able to control themselves. 3) Efforts to increase the discipline of members of the Temanggung Regency Civil Service Police Unit, namely: clarity of job descriptions, increased monitoring and evaluation, making strict rules, providing work motivation, implementing a certain salary system, work assigned according to member capacity, improving the quality of support, and create a comfortable and conducive work environment.
