Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, innovation capability on SMEs' Performance. The sample in this study is a shoe business owner in Bogor. The questionnaires were distributed as many as 230 questionnaires, and returned as many as 177 questionnaires so that the sample in this study was 177 respondents. The method used is SEM analysis with AMOS Version 23 software. The results show that there was a positive and significant influence between knowledge sharing on innovation capability. There was a positive and significant effect between knowledge sharing and innovation capability on performance. In the future, the shoe industry in Bogor City needs to improve knowledge sharing and innovation capability in order to improve business performance.

Abstract

Bullying in primary schools is a serious problem that can negatively affect children's development. To overcome this problem, effective socialisation is needed in the school environment. This article reports on a community service activity in the form of bullying socialisation held at SDN 1 Cibadak, with 50 students participating. This activity aims to increase students' understanding of the dangers of bullying, its types, and how to prevent it. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in students' understanding, which was analysed through survey data and presented in tabular form.

Abstract

This community service activity focuses on the Segara Biru Mangrove Forest Farmers Group (KTH) community, Lontar Village in an effort to increase awareness of the use of natural resources, namely mangrove forests. The distribution of mangrove forests on the coast of Lontar Village, Tirtayasa District, Serang Regency, Banten Province has experienced an increase in 2018 and 2022. The recorded mangrove area in 2018 was 32.94 ha. Then the mangrove area will increase in 2022 by 39.12 ha. There has been an increase in area of ​​6.18 ha due to routine planting, perhaps in 2024 it will reach more than 42 ha. The aim of this service is for KTH members to have abilities or skills in the fields of production, management and marketing, and technology in processing mangrove fruit coffee. The method of this activity is holding technopreneur training, training to improve product quality and quantity, management and marketing training, as well as training to introduce the use of grinding machines, roasting machines, cutting machines and plastic packaging sealers. The results and discussion of the implementation of the activity are that the members of KTH Mangrove Segara Biru are able to process and produce mangrove fruit into mangrove coffee, are able to manage and market mangrove coffee both offline and online.

Abstract

Drug and alcohol abuse among adolescents poses a serious threat to their health, academic performance, and psychosocial development. The focus of this community service program is to increase the knowledge and preventive attitudes of students at SMPN 3 Pamarayan regarding the dangers of drugs and alcohol. The subjects of the activity are 50 students in grades VIII–IX, assisted by the principal, guidance counselors, and Babinsa Polsek Pamarayan as facilitators. The objective of the community service program is to increase understanding and shape preventive behavior among students through a community action-based approach. Abstract

The community service activity in Kebon Cau Village, Pamarayan District, Banten, aims to improve the managerial capacity of 20 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This activity was carried out because many MSMEs face obstacles in financial recording, business planning, and marketing strategies. The methods used include direct mentoring, practice-based training, and digital mentoring for financial record-keeping and product marketing. The results of the activity showed an increase in the managerial skills of the participants, including neat financial record-keeping skills, more effective marketing strategy planning, and the use of digital technology to support their businesses. The impact of this activity not only increased the independence and competitiveness of the businesses, but also fostered a collective awareness of the importance of structured business management, thus laying the foundation for sustainable local economic development.

Abstract

Companies must have a good career planning and career management system to create employee career development programs so as to achieve job satisfaction and employee career commitment. This study aims to identify and analyze the antecedents and consequences of employee career development at PT Loyal Indonesia Utama Serang Regency. The research method used is a survey method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The population of this study were employees of PT Loyal Indonesia Utama Serang Regency, totaling 250 employees. From this population, a sample of 71 employees was obtained using probability sampling technique. This study uses the Respondent Achievement Rate (TCR) technique to analyze the data that has been collected and is assisted by the use of SmartPls 3.2.7 software as a data analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that career planning on career development results in a t-statistics value of 3.520> 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 so H1 is accepted, career management on career development results in a t-statistics value of 6.072> 1.96 and a p-value of 0, 000 < 0.05 then H2 is accepted, career development on job satisfaction the results of t-statistics value 3.257> 1.96 and p-values 0.001 < 0.05 then H3 is accepted and career development on career commitment the results of t-statistics value 9.199> 1.96 and p-values 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that career planning and career management have a significant effect on career development. Abstract

Productivity is something that always wants to be improved because it can describe the level of efficiency and effectiveness of employee work. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of employee work productivity, factors that have an impact on employee work productivity and formulate strategies to improve employee work productivity at Berkah Hospital, Pandeglang Banten Regency. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation, documentation, literature. Informants in this study were employees who worked at the Blessing Hospital of Pandeglang Banten Regency. The informants were two people, namely the Head of the Payment Counter Room and the Ambulance Driver. The result of this research is the work productivity of employees at the Blessing Hospital of Pandeglang Banten Regency is fairly good, but there are several issues that are of concern to the leaders or directors of the hospital. The level of employee work productivity at the Berkah Hospital of Pandeglang Banten requires improvement efforts through employee motivation, training, discipline, skills or competence, technological sophistication, social security, and rewards.

Abstract

The problem of career development of employees at PT. Krakatau Engineering City of Cilegon is important because career development is a process of improving a person's ability to work in order to achieve their career goals. This research aims to identify and analyze career planning, career management, career development, job satisfaction, and career commitments that can affect employees of PT. Krakatau Engineering City of Cilegon. This research using the survey method uses a quantitative approach, i.e., a questionnaire. The research's population consists of the 113 employees of P.T. Krakatau Engineering City in Cilegon. We took samples of up to 88 employees from the population using a random sampling technique. The results of this study may indicate that career planning towards career development obtained a statistical t-value of 3.144 (greater than t-table 1.96) with a path coefficient of 0.388. Career management towards career growth obtains a statistic t-value of 4.820 (greatest than t-table 1.96), with a path coefficient of 0.588. Careers development towards job satisfaction obtains a statistics t-value of 25.711 (greater than t-tabel 1.96) with a path coefficient of 0.860. Career development towards career commitment obtained the statistical t-values of 99.011 (larger than t-table 1.96) with a track factor of 0.960. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of career planning and career management (as an antecedent) career development, job satisfaction and career commitment (as a consequence) of employees at PT. Krakatau Engineering City of Cilegon, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Early childhood education aims to shape children's character, skills and basic knowledge. RA Al Fadilah Cikeusik in Pandeglang Regency is committed to providing a mentoring programme to improve the quality of learning. Six teachers participated in this mentoring programme. The programme aims to ensure that all children receive a high-quality education that supports their best development. Learning quality mentoring in RA Al Fadilah is carried out through several stages, namely Initial training, Direct Guidance, Evaluation. Mentoring in RA Al Fadilah shows significant results in improving early childhood learning. Improvements in teacher understanding, application of teaching methods, use of teaching media, quality of interaction, lesson planning, and parent participation are all evidence that the programme has successfully achieved its goals. Therefore, the programme can be used as a model to improve early childhood education elsewhere.

Abstract

One of the graduation standards for vocational high school students is implementing a competency test of expertise (UKK). The competency test of expertise aims to find out the level of competence of students, namely competent or incompetent. This skill competency test was followed by students and students of class XII majoring in Office Governance Automation, 17 people. UKK implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out offline for one day on Sunday, March 20, 2022. The method used in Abdimas activities is as an external examiner, an assessor to provide an assessment of UKK results that students of SMK Muhammadiyah Pontang have done. The results of the UKK implementation showed that 15 students had competent criteria with a score range of 80-90, and 2 students had fairly competent criteria with a score range of 70-79. The conclusion is that the competency criteria of prospective graduates of SMK Muhammadiyah Pontang have met the minimum requirements of competencies that the government has determined
