Abstract

Institution must has strategies to survive and continue to flourish in today's challenging situation. One important strategy is to strengthen employee engagement as it is a factor that can increase employee retention. The aim of this research is to explain the implementation of initiative employee engagement on Al Binaa IBS. The research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are conducted through direct observation in the field and interviews with the personnel department. Based on the results of research it is obtained that the employee engagement strategy implemented by Al Binaa has a good impact in improving employee retention. Implementation of employee engagement programmes in Al Binaa includes 1) Employee spiritual building activities; 2) Rewarding staff who perform both work time achievement and staff performance; 3) Benchmarking programmes and regular training; 4) Commonwealth programmes (bonding); 5) Internal communication; 6) Staff well-being.

Abstract

The presence of cash in a company's balance sheet is an important component. Without cash, the company's activities can’t run. This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence related to the effect of net working capital and growth opportunity on cash holding in automotive and component subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. This study uses secondary data with data analysis method using panel data regression analysis. The sample used in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique method and obtained 12 samples. The results of this study indicate that net working capital has a significant effect on cash holding, while growth opportunity has no significant effect on cash holding.

Abstract

Mengetahui bagaimana keterlibatan karyawan memediasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, dan kinerja merupakan tujuan utama riset ini. Obyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Binaa Enterprise yang berjumlah 35 orang. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan metode survei yang memakai platform Google Form. Alat statistik SmartPLS dipakai dalam riset ini. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan dalam pekerjaan seseorang dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja yang sehat memengaruhi kinerja. Hasil positif terhadap kinerja dapat dicapai melalui keterlibatan karyawan, yang pada gilirannya memengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja. Finding out how employee engagement mediates the relationship between job satisfaction, work-life balance, and performance is the primary goal of this research. The number of participants are 35 persons from Binaa Enterprise employer, who also made up the research population. Gathering information with a Google Form survey platform. The statistical tool SmartPLS is used in this investigation. The findings demonstrated that contentment in one's work and a healthy work-life balance affected performance. Positive results towards performance may be achieved via employee engagement, which in turn influences job satisfaction and work-life balance.
