Abstract

XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang berdiri pada tahun 2012. CV. XYZ termasuk ke dalam industri tekstil dan pakaian menurut Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) pertumbuhan industri tekstil dan pakaian meningkat hingga 13,74% atau setara dengan Rp. 30,92 triliun. CV. XYZ memiliki bisnis utama yaitu memproduksi t-shirt, jaket, hoodie, sweater, kemeja, topi, tas, dan aksesoris pakaian lainnya. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh CV. XYZ yaitu dalam pengelolaan informasi terdokumentasi pada proses produksi yang belum sesuai dengan persyaratan yang ada pada ISO 9001:2015 klausul 7.5 tentang informasi terdokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui informasi terdokumentasi apa saja yang dibutuhkan pada proses produksi serta membuat rancangan informasi terdokumentasi pada proses produksi sesuai dengan persyaratan ISO 9001:2015 Klausul 7.5. Perusahaan dapat mengolah dokumen dan informasi ini sebagai informasi yang membantu mendorong proses operasional dan mendukung peningkatan berkelanjutan dalam perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Business Process Management (BPM). Hasil dari penelitian adalah dokumentasi proses produksi berdasarkan klausul 7.5 ISO 9001:2015 di antaranya adalah dokumen perencanaan produksi, dokumen panduan pecah warna, dokumen laporan hasil sablon, dokumen laporan hasil jahit dan obras, dokumen laporan quality control, dan dokumen informasi produk defect.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to discuss job security, emotional stability and adaptability in predicting employee retention of Gen Z employees in Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach: This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data collection. The sample taken was 133 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS. Findings: This study found that job security, emotional stability and adaptability succeed to predict employee retention among Gen Z employees in the research context. Research limitations/implications: This study only examines the effect of predictor variables on outcome variables in the context of a manufacturing company and involves only 133 respondents. Practical implications: This finding informs managers that to increase the stay rate of Gen Z employees, their perceptions of job security, emotional stability, and adaptability are important to be maintained. Hence, management needs to pay attention and implement strategies that strengthen these factors to increase the employee retention of Gen Z employees. Abstract

Background: Providing the best care for patients requires lifelong learning which is an important competency for medical students. Self-reflection is an evaluation of oneself based on experience with the aim of making improvements in the future. Empathy is the ability and skill to understand the feelings of others.Aims: Knowing the relationship between the level of self-reflection and the level of empathy in students of the Medical Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Tanjungpura University.Methods: This research is an analytic observational method with a Cross-Sectional approach. A total of 168 students were selected using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. Variables were measured using the Self Reflection and Insight Scale (SRIS) questionnaire and the Jefferson Scale of Empathy Student Version (JSE S-Version). Bivariate analysis using Spearman's rho correlation test.Results: The results showed that respondents predominantly had a moderate level of self-reflection (58.3%) and had a high level of empathy (50.6%).Conclusion: There is a statistically significant weak relationship between self-reflection and empathy in students of the Medical Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Tanjungpura University. Spearman's rho correlation test 0.006 (sig <0.05, r =0.211)
