Abstract

ABSTRAK Rumah sakit islam tersebar diberbagai daerah di Indonesia, sehingga untuk menciptakanpelayanan dan pegelolaan sesuai syariah dibuatlah sertifikasi rumah sakit syariah denganmaqashid syariah sebagai standar pengelolaan dan pelayanan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian inidilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruhmaqashid syariah dalam pelayanan rumah sakitbersertifikasi syariah terhadap maslahah pasien rawat jalan. Lokasi penelitian yang dipilih adalah Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang.Berdasarkan hasil analisis jalur menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS, ditemukan bahwa variabelmenjaga agama, menjaga jiwa, dan menjaga akal tidak berpengaruh terhadap maslahah pasien.Adapun variabel menjaga keturunan dan menjaga harta berpengaruh terhadap maslahah pasienRSI Sultan Agung Semarang.Kata Kunci: Maqashid Syariah, Pelayanan, Maslahah Pasien

Abstract

This paper explores the integration of circular economy principles and qualitypreneur within the halal bottled drinking water industry in Indonesia, proposing a conceptual framework to enhance sustainability and product quality. The increasing environmental challenges, particularly plastic waste and resource depletion, call for innovative approaches in waste management and production processes, by examining the intersection of the circular economy, which emphasizes waste reduction, reuse, and recycling, with qualitypreneur, which is focused on continuous product innovation and quality improvement. This study highlights how these two frameworks can jointly contribute to the production of eco-friendly and halal-compliant bottled water. Through a structured literature review and theory synthesis, this research develops a conceptual model for small-scale halal bottled water producers. The model emphasizes sustainable production practices, recyclable packaging, and robust quality management systems, while also addressing the sector's barriers and challenges, including high production costs, regulatory complexities, and limited infrastructure. The study concludes that integrating these two concepts not only aligns with the growing demand for sustainable products but also enhances the competitive advantage of halal bottled water businesses. This paper provides theoretical and practical insights for producers, policymakers, and researchers, aiming to foster a more sustainable and innovative halal bottled water industry   Keywords: Circular Economy, Halal Bottled Water, Qualitypreneur, Sustainability, Waste Management

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed the pattern of religious knowledge consumption in Indonesia and triggered the fragmentation of authority that was previously institutionalized and centralized. Data from the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) shows that internet penetration has reached 221 million users or 79.5% of the population, confirming the digital space as the main arena for religious interaction. In this context, the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) as an official religious institution faces challenges in maintaining its legitimacy amid the rise of non-formal digital religious actors. This study aims to analyze the shift in religious authority in the digital society and evaluate the effectiveness of the MUI's official website (mui.or.id) as an authoritative channel. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the support of secondary quantitative data. The results show that the main preference of site users is for fatwa content (57.7%), followed by halal information (53.8%) and sharia economics (46.2%). The results of the analysis show that religious authority is now more decentralized and personalistic, challenged by the popularity of digital ustaz. Strengthening digital strategies, religious literacy, and cross-platform collaboration are key to maintaining the sustainability of the MUI's formal authority.

Abstract

Food waste, particularly during major religious celebrations like Ramadan and Christmas, often results from excessive consumption, lack of planning, and social traditions that elevate the potential for waste. This phenomenon has a detrimental impact on the environment due to the increased volume of food waste. This study aims to explore food waste during religious holidays through a qualitative approach and literature review. The analysis reveals that religious teachings from Islam, Christianity, and Buddhism offer ethical solutions to reduce food waste. Islam emphasizes balance and the prohibition of extravagance (israf), Christianity highlights humanity’s role as stewards of God's creation, and Buddhism promotes mindfulness in consumption. By integrating religious values with sustainable practices, religious communities can transform their celebrations into opportunities for social and environmental harmony. The study underscores the significance of an interfaith approach to mitigating food waste and promoting sustainability.
