Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Management Information Systems (MIS) on the quality of library services at MA Mamba’ul Ulum Jurit. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 85 students as respondents, supported by observation and documentation. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability using Pearson Product Moment correlation and Cronbach’s Alpha. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that MIS had a positive and significant effect on library services, with a regression coefficient value of 0.978 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.832, indicating that MIS contributed 83.2% to the improvement of library service quality, while the remaining 16.8% was influenced by factors outside the model. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) terhadap kualitas layanan perpustakaan di MA Mamba’ul Ulum Jurit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang dibagikan kepada 85 siswa sebagai responden, serta dilengkapi dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment dan Cronbach’s Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap layanan perpustakaan, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,978 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Adapun nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,832 yang berarti bahwa kontribusi SIM terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan perpustakaan sebesar 83,2% sedangkan 16,8% dipengaruhi oleh di luar model.
