Abstract

A sales information system is an infrastructure specifically designed to manage and support the sales process of a company. This research aims to design a sales information system by applying the Scrum method so as to accelerate the sales information system design process. The Scrum method in modeling goods sales information systems also promotes close collaboration between development teams, stakeholders, and end users. Through regular meetings such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, and Sprint Review, teams can openly communicate about project progress, obstacles faced, and changing needs that may arise. The results of black-box testing show results of 100% in accordance with the goods sales information system, providing an overview of the readiness of the system to meet the functional and performance requirements that have been set.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze air quality in areas affected by industrial and nickel mining activities using Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring tools. The research used a quantitative descriptive method with a field study approach, which was carried out in two locations with different characteristics, namely the Tambea Village Office as an area far from the mining area and the Sangia Nibandera Kolaka Meteorological Station (BMKG Kolaka) which is located near the nickel mining industrial area. The monitoring system is designed using an ESP32 microcontroller integrated with an MQ-135 sensor to detect polluting gases, a DHT11 sensor to measure temperature and humidity, and is equipped with a buzzer and OLED display. Data is sent in real-time through the Blynk app. The measurement results showed that the air quality in Tambea Village was mostly in the "Good" category, while BMKG Kolaka showed more varied values, especially from noon to evening, which were in the "Moderate" to "Poor" category. These findings suggest that proximity to mining activities significantly affects the concentration of pollutants in the air. IoT-based monitoring systems have proven to be effective as real-time air quality monitoring devices in areas with potential for pollution.

Abstract

Abstrak Bullying merupakan permasalahan yang sering terjadi di lingkungan sekolah dan dapat berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan emosional, sosial, serta akademik peserta didik. Kurangnya pemahaman siswa mengenai bentuk dan dampak bullying menjadi salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan perilaku ini masih terjadi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman peserta didik mengenai bullying melalui edukasi anti-bullying. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Latambaga dengan melibatkan 33 siswa kelas X sebagai peserta. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan edukasi, serta evaluasi melalui pre-kuesioner dan post-kuesioner. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terkait pengertian, jenis, dampak, serta upaya pencegahan bullying. Siswa yang sebelumnya hanya mengenali bullying dalam bentuk fisik, setelah kegiatan mampu memahami berbagai bentuk bullying seperti verbal, sosial, dan cyberbullying. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran siswa untuk menghindari perilaku bullying serta menumbuhkan sikap empati dan saling menghargai antar sesama. Dengan demikian, edukasi anti-bullying terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran peserta didik serta mendukung terciptanya lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan nyaman. Kata kunci: bullying; edukasi; kesadaran siswa; sekolah. Abstract Bullying is a common issue in the school environment that can negatively affect students' emotional, social, and academic development. The lack of students’ understanding regarding the forms and impacts of bullying is one of the factors contributing to its occurrence. This community service activity aims to increase students’ awareness and understanding of bullying through anti-bullying education. The activity was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Latambaga involving 33 tenth-grade students as participants. The method used included problem identification, planning, implementation of educational activities, and evaluation through pre-questionnaire and post-questionnaire. The results showed an improvement in students’ understanding of the definition, types, impacts, and prevention of bullying. Students who initially only recognized physical bullying were later able to identify various forms such as verbal, social, and cyberbullying. In addition, the activity increased students’ awareness to avoid bullying behavior and fostered empathy and mutual respect among peers. Therefore, anti-bullying education is proven to be effective in enhancing students’ awareness and supporting the creation of a safe and comfortable school environment. Keywords: bullying; education; student awareness; school
