Abstract

Every school must always try to be exist, develop, and be able to progress for next era. So schools need to determine and implement strategies or methods, as well as carry out marketing activities. Educational services marketing activities carried out by schools can change people's assessment of school quality in the long run and are a way to build the school's image as a whole. Seeing the current phenomenon, schools at least prepare an unusual strategy for marketing educational services, one of which is by trying new techniques and business-based marketing strategy in educational institutions, namely the marketing mix. Based on the data presentation and discussion, it can be found and described the marketing strategy for Islamic boarding school-based education services in increasing customer loyalty. It was found that educational services marketing strategy planning in increasing customer loyalty was arranged in the school public relations program and school strategic plan. Next is the implementation of educational services marketing strategy in increasing customer loyalty. In its implementation, this is done by providing excellent service, good relations between schools and customers of education services as well as publication of unique school learning, namely module-based with reference to the Islamic boarding school-based curriculum.

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum is the curriculum that has been implemented so far as the national curriculum since the 2013/2014 school year. The emergency curriculum is a learning loss recovery curriculum that occurs in special conditions and has the principle of diversification which refers to the 2013 curriculum with core competencies and basic competencies but is simplified and implemented during the Covid-19 learning period. Meanwhile, the independent curriculum is a curriculum that was formerly known as a prototype curriculum which was later developed as a more flexible curriculum framework, while also focusing on essential material and character development and student competencies. The program revealed by the Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Anwar Makarim has attracted a lot of attention from education observers. Manbaul Hikmah Kaliwungu Middle School is one of the schools that pioneered implementing the independent curriculum. This school has implemented an independent curriculum for less than one year. The application of the Independent Curriculum also includes learning Islamic religious education. This school has operated quite well in implementing the independent curriculum in learning, even though there are some obstacles that occur in it. However, the implementation of the independent curriculum in Islamic religious education subjects can still run well. In the implementation stage of the independent curriculum, the principal thought of the SMP Manbaul Hikmah Kaliwungu principal is the integration of the typical Manbaul Hikmah curriculum, namely the Kaffah curriculum. So that as a driving school that previously implemented a prototype curriculum, it changed to implementing an independent curriculum. Even so, this change did not dampen the spirit of the school principal to be optimistic that SMP Manbaul Hikmah Kaliwungu would be able to implement it.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis Kepemimpinan Pimpinan Organisasi IPNU dan IPPNU: yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan Organisasi IPNU dan IPPNU di MA NU 01 Limpung, Mengetahui Akhlaq peserta didik MA NU 01 Limpung: yaitu bagaimana siswa di MA NU 01 Limpung mempersepsikan peran dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan pimpinan komisariat IPNU dan IPPNU terhadap penanaman akhlak terpuji peserta didik, dan Mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan Organisasi IPNU dan IPPNU terhadap penanaman akhlaq peserta didik: Yaitu mengidentifikasi bagaimana peran serta pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan Organisasi IPNU dan IPPNU terhadap penanaman Akhlaq peserta didik. Dalam penelitian ini rancangan yang digunakan adalah penelitian Kuantitatif. Penelitian Kuantitatif merupakan metode-metode untuk menguji teori-teori tertentu dengan cara meneliti hubungan antar Variabel. Adapun pendekatan yang dilakukan pada Penelitian ini adalah Pendekatan Regresi Linier Sederhana. Uji regresi linier adalah suatu teknik statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel respon dan satu atau lebih variabel prediktor. Uji ini digunakan untuk memprediksi nilai variabel respon berdasarkan nilai variabel prediktor. Dalam penelitian kuantitatif, uji regresi linier sering digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis tentang bagaimana satu atau lebih variabel independen mempengaruhi variabel dependen. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan Organisasi IPNU dan IPPNU (Variabel X) dan Akhlaq peserta didik di MA NU 01 Limpung (Variabel Y) itu baik, dengan masing-masing mendapatkan Skor rata-rata 3,69 untuk Kepemimpinan Organisasi IPNU dan IPPNU, dan 4,19 untuk Akhlaq peserta didik dengan skala 5,0. Adapun Variabel X itu mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Variabel Y sebesar 27,5%, itu artinya bahwa Kepemimpinan Organisasi IPNU dan IPPNU mempunya pengaruh sebesar 27,5% terhadap penanaman Akhlaq Peserta didik di MA NU 01 Limpung.

Abstract

Etos kerja adalah sikap, semangat dan komitmen individu dalam melaksanakan tangung jawab termasuk bagi mahasiswa yang mengikuti Praktik pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar. Mahasiswa PPL harus memiliki kesiapan mental, kemampuan pedagogik, dan sikap professional untuk bias meng hadapi beragam tantangan dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama dalam matapelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengali peran etos kerja magasiswa PPL dalam menghadapi tantangan mengajar PAI di SMK NU 01 Kendal. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi guna memperoleh data yang releven.  Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semangat kerja mahasiswa PPL berpengaruh besar terhadap keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Tantangan yang dihadapi mencakup perbedaan latar belakang pengetahuan agama siswa, rendahnya minat belajar, pengelolaan kelas, serta keterbatasan dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran. Dengan semangat kerja yang positif seperti disiplin, tangung jawaba,integritas, dan kreativitas dalam menyusun mwtude pembelajaran, mahasiswa ppl dapat mengetasi tantangan- tantangan tersebut.

Abstract

Cognitive fatigue has emerged as a critical concern in educational settings that require sustained mental effort, particularly in Islamic boarding schools implementing dual-curriculum systems. Santri are required to balance intensive Qur’anic memorization with formal general education, creating substantial cognitive demands that may affect learning effectiveness and mental well-being. This study aims to examine the level of cognitive fatigue among santri and to identify key contributing factors within a dual-curriculum pesantren context. A quantitative descriptive design was employed involving 120 students aged 13–18 at Darul Iman Islamic Boarding School, North Lombok, Indonesia. Data were collected using the Pediatric Cognitive Fatigue Scale (PCFS), supported by classroom observations and analysis of study duration, sleep patterns, and memorization load. The findings indicate that most students experience moderate to high levels of cognitive fatigue. Fatigue levels were strongly associated with prolonged daily study time exceeding ten hours, reduced sleep duration, and high Qur’anic memorization intensity, while gender and age were not significant predictors. These results highlight the cumulative cognitive risks of extended academic engagement without adequate rest. This study contributes to the limited empirical literature on student cognitive fatigue in religious education environments. The findings imply the need for pesantren administrators and policymakers to redesign learning schedules by incorporating structured rest periods, balanced memorization targets, and sleep protection strategies to promote healthier and more sustainable learning environments for adolescents in dual-curriculum Islamic boarding schools.
