Abstract

This studyaims to determineanddescribeand evaluate:1)Implementation ofthe School Based Curriculum (SBC) in Junior High School in Pekalonganfromthe context, input,process,andproduct;2)the obstacles facedby schools inimplementation of School Based Curriculum (SBC) in junior High School inPekalongan.From 35Junior high schools in Pekalongan, 10 (ten)schools was taken as the samplein this study using multistagesampling technique.Data analysistechniquesused weredescriptive statisticsforthe primary data(quantitative)andqualitative for secondary data.This studyshowsthat:1)viewed from8national education standards, the implementation of School Based Curriculum (SBC)in Junior High School inPekalongan fall into thecategory of"good",with a meanscore 1.070;2)the impact ofSBConthe Education Quality of junior high school inPekalonganfrom the National ExaminationandFinal Examinationschoolscan not beconcludedbecause most schools stilladopt thecurriculumissued byBSNP;3)Constraints faced by schools inimplementing thecurriculumin junior high school in Pekalonganare:(1)the schoolshave not beenable to performcontextanalysis,analysisofopportunitiesand challenges optimally,(2)the schoolautonomyis low,(3)the schools have not beenable toconductself-evaluationbased on thecondition of the existing schools,(4)the meansand infrastructure to supportthe implementation of thecurriculumare still inadequate, especiallyin private schools,(5)manyteachers arestillteaching insome schoolsso that they can notfocuson school development,(6)the ability of teachersin preparinganddevelopingassessment instruments are low. Abstract

The ability of students to apply the concepts of statistics in problem solving is low. It is not only caused by factors lecturers but also socio-economic, environmental, family, campus environment, and so on. These factors need to be assessed so that learning objectives can be achieved optimally. Issues that will be examined are: 1) Whatis the factor that can affect difficulty of learning statistics 1 in the fourth semester students of mathematics education courses and science teacher education faculty Pekalongan University Academic Year 2012/2013? 2) How do these factors influence the achievement motivation of fourth semester students of mathematics education courses and science teacher education faculty Pekalongan University Academic Year 2012/2013? The study population was all students of fourth semester mathematics education courses. The sampling technique used is proportional sampling technique and simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a factor and multiple regression analysis (multiple regression). The results showed that the factors that affect difficulty learning statistics 1 are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include the factors physical / health and psychological factors. The external factors include: a) family environment, b) the campus environment, and c) society.   Kata Kunci :Kesulitan Belajar, Motivasi Berprestasi, Statistik Matematika 1

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan salah satu dapat dicapai dengan adanya peningkatan kualitas pada pembelajaran mulai dari metode pembelajaran ataupun media pembelajaran yang disediakan dengan segala bentuk kegiatan agar berdampak pada peningkatan mutu pembelajaran dan kualitas proses keaktifan siswa.Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 04 Kota BengkuluSiswa Kelas IV A dengan jumlah 30 siswa. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif subjek penelitian ini adalah guru yang mengajar di kelas dengan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan cara Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pelaksanaan  pembelajaran kepada siswa guru melakukan tahap yaitu tahap awal, inti dan penutup dengan mendemonstrasikan materi yang akan dijelaskan sehingga dapat memudahkan penyampaian dan pemahaman materi serta tujuan pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran. Dilihat dari hasil angket keaktifan siswa dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses belajar mengajar berjalan dengan baik dan siswa merasa lebih senang dalam mengikuti pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi mata pelajaran desain grafis.

Abstract

The quality of higher education does not only talk about the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, but many other aspects that must be improved, including from the financial side. There needs to be diversification (diversity of financial sources) as an effort to improve the quality of education through other financial sources. One of the solutions that can be done is through the establishment of Sharia Cooperatives. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of diversifying financial resources of higher education through sharia cooperatives. The object of this research is STAI Ki Ageng Pekalongan. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques carried out are observation (observation), interviews, and documentation. The results of this research analysis conclude that through the establishment of sharia cooperatives in STAI Ki Ageng Pekalongan can help in diversifying financial resources. The presence of sharia cooperatives can reduce dependence on only one source of income and can be used to improve the quality of education at STAI Ki Ageng Pekalongan.

Abstract

This study explores the strategic approach of combining Halal certification and digital marketing to enhance market expansion for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study investigates how the synergy between Halal certification and digital marketing can be a dual strategy to penetrate new markets and increase sales volume. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of library research. The data used in this study came from books, journal articles, and reports relevant to the research topic. The findings reveal that Halal certification significantly increases consumer confidence and market access. When paired with digital marketing, MSMEs experience substantial growth in both market reach and customer base. This study contributes to the growing body of literature on MSME growth strategies, demonstrating that the integration of Halal certification and digital marketing can serve as a powerful tool for market expansion, especially in culturally and religiously diverse markets. The synergy of Halal certification and digital marketing presents a viable strategy for MSMEs looking to expand their market presence in both local and international contexts. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pendekatan strategis penggabungan sertifikasi Halal dan pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan perluasan pasar bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana sinergi antara sertifikasi Halal dan pemasaran digital dapat berfungsi sebagai strategi ganda untuk menembus pasar baru dan meningkatkan volume penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari buku, artikel jurnal dan laporan yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa sertifikasi Halal secara signifikan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan akses pasar. Ketika dipasangkan dengan pemasaran digital, UMKM mengalami pertumbuhan substansial baik dalam jangkauan pasar maupun basis pelanggan. Studi ini berkontribusi pada semakin banyak literatur tentang strategi pertumbuhan UMKM, menunjukkan bahwa integrasi sertifikasi Halal dan pemasaran digital dapat berfungsi sebagai alat yang ampuh untuk ekspansi pasar, terutama di pasar yang beragam secara budaya dan agama. Sinergi sertifikasi Halal dan pemasaran digital menghadirkan strategi yang layak bagi UMKM yang ingin memperluas kehadiran pasar mereka baik dalam konteks lokal maupun internasional.

Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Ki Ageng Pekalongan (STAIKAP) merupakan salah satu dari berbagai lembaga pendidikan yang berada di bawah Yayasan Madrasah Islamiyah (YMI). STAIKAP memiliki pertimbangan manajemen risiko keuangan yang spesifik karena YMI menggunakan sistem pengelolaan keuangan terpusat. Studi ini membahas langkah-langkah manajemen risiko keuangan STAIKAP dalam arsitektur terpusat YMI. Bab ini menyelidiki potensi bahaya yang terkait dengan pengendalian keuangan terpusat dan menjelaskan upaya proaktif yang diambil oleh STAIKAP untuk memitigasi risiko tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, dengan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara semi terstruktur, analisis dokumen, dan observasi. Data diperiksa dengan metode tematik dan komparatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya komunikasi terbuka, audit internal, peningkatan kapasitas, dan mekanisme pemantauan berkelanjutan untuk manajemen risiko keuangan yang efisien dalam konteks sentralisasi.

Abstract

The integration of technology into education is important in the current digital era. The aim of this research is to develop an E-module for Educational Evaluation Course using the concept of problem-based learning (PBL). This research uses the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The research participants were students in the fourth semester of the STAI Ki Ageng Pekalongan Islamic Education Management Study Program. Data collection techniques included documentation, observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative approaches (mixed methods). The results showed that the development and implementation of e-modules for Educational Evaluation courses have yielded favourable outcomes, showcasing high levels of student learning independence, critical thinking ability, involvement in the learning process, and satisfaction with the e-modules. These results suggest that e-modules serve as effective tools for enhancing student learning experiences and fostering engagement within educational settings, ultimately contributing to improved learning outcomes and heightened student satisfaction. However, the scope of research focusing on a specific course and student demographics may limit the broader applicability of the findings to other educational contexts. Moreover, the predominant reliance on quantitative data analysis may overlook the nuanced aspects of student experiences and perceptions, emphasizing the necessity for more comprehensive qualitative exploration in future investigations.

Abstract

Optimizing budget allocation for educational facilities in Islamic boarding schools is essential to ensure sustainable education quality. This study aims to optimize budget allocation to support educational facilities at Al-Qutub Islamic Boarding School, Wonopringgo, Pekalongan Regency, using a Bayesian Decision Making approach with the Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews to gather insights on facility conditions, current budget allocation, and additional facility needs. Data analysis employed the MCMC method, enabling decision-making based on the probabilistic distribution of the collected data. The findings indicate that budget allocation optimized through the Bayesian model results in a more effective distribution, addressing urgent facility priorities that directly enhance educational quality. This study contributes a budget analysis model applicable to Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. Theoretically, it enriches the literature on educational budget management in Islamic boarding schools using Bayesian statistical approaches, while practically, it assists school administrators in allocating budgets more efficiently and accurately in line with educational needs.

Abstract

This study aims to estimate item parameters in Item Response Theory (IRT) using the Bayesian Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method in the context of Islamic schools in Pekalongan Regency/City, where small sample sizes pose a challenge. Unlike conventional methods such as maximum likelihood estimation, which tend to yield biased results with limited data, Bayesian MCMC incorporates prior knowledge and contextual information to improve estimation accuracy. Simulated datasets with varying sample sizes (30, 100, 300, 1000) and item numbers (10, 25, 30, 40) were used to compare the performance of Bayesian MCMC with traditional IRT methods. The results show that Bayesian MCMC produces more stable and accurate estimates, particularly in small-sample conditions. These findings suggest that Bayesian approaches are effective for psychometric analysis in Islamic education settings. The study concludes that Bayesian MCMC is a valuable method for improving the robustness of item parameter estimation in limited-data contexts.
