<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Fine motor is the child's ability to perform movements involving small muscles. One of the factors affecting the fine motor development of the child is the knowledge of the parents (mother). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of maternal knowledge about fine motor development and fine motor development in preschool-age children in TK Negeri Susut Kaja. Thisenelitian is quantitatively correlational with the cross sectional approach. The population in this study was all students and mothers of students at TK Negeri Susut Kaja, the sample consisted of 33 students and 33 mothers using the total sampling technique, data analysis using spearman rank tests. The instruments in this study were a knowledge level questionnaire and a PPP sheet. The results of most maternal knowledge are sufficient, namely as many as 15 people (45.5%), as many as 16 children (48.5%) with appropriate development. The results of the spearman rank test, namely (0.005) p<0.05 and the correlation value coefficient (r) = 0.473. It can be concluded that there is a sufficient relationship between maternal knowledge and the fine motor development of preschoolers. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan motorik halus anak adalah pengetahuan orang tua (ibu). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang perkembangan motorik halus terhadap perkembangan motorik halus pada anak usia prasekolah di TK Negeri Susut Kaja. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa dan ibu siswa di TK Negeri Susut Kaja, sampel terdiri dari 33 siswa dan 33 ibu menggunakan teknik total sampling, analisa data menggunakan uji rank spearman. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner tingkat pengetahuan dan lembar KPSP. Hasil sebagian besar pengetahuan ibu cukup yaitu sebanyak 15 orang (45,5%), sebanyak 16 anak (48,5%) dengan perkembangan sesuai. Hasil uji rank spearman yaitu (0,005) p<0,05 dan nilai korelasi koefisien (r)=0,473. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu dan perkembangan motorik halus anak prasekolah.
