<![CDATA[ABSTRACT In the scope of reproductive health, maternal health during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum is the main problem of women's reproductive health. From the health profile of Way Halim Health Center in 2022, 69 (5,6%) pregnant women experienced anemia, 38 (3%) experienced Chronic Energy Deficiency (CHD) and 5 babies were born with low birth weight (LBW). In improving health before pregnancy, preparation of physical, mental and social conditions must be prepared by the bride and groom as a couple who will enter the gates of marriage who really need information about reproductive health, one of which is through reproductive health counseling. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of reproductive health counseling on the knowledge and attitudes of prospective bridal couples at the Religious Affairs Office of Way Halim Bandar Lampung District in 2023. Type of quantitative research with experimental pretest-posttest research design. The sample used was 30 prospective brides using purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted at the KUA of Way Halim District in July 2023. Data collection using questionnaire sheets. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate (wilcoxon test). The results of the study showed that the average knowledge before being given reproductive health counseling was 58,33 and after being given counseling was 83,67 while the attitude of prospective brides before being given counseling was 75,12 and after being given counseling was 86,19. Reproductive health counseling is effective in improving the knowledge and attitudes of prospective bridal couples at the KUA Way Halim sub-district Bandar Lampung in 2023 with a value of (p-value = 0,000). All couples should participate in reproductive health counseling activities for prospective brides to improve knowledge and attitudes about reproductive health. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Reproductive Health Counseling, Bride-To-Be ABSTRAK Dalam lingkup kesehatan reproduksi, kesehatan ibu selama kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas menjadi masalah utama kesehatan reproduksi perempuan. Dari profil kesehatan Puskesmas Way Halim Tahun 2022 sebanyak 69 (5,6%) ibu hamil mengalami anemia, 38 (3%) mengalami Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) dan 5 bayi lahir dengan berat lahir rendah (BBLR). Dalam peningkatan kesehatan sebelum hamil, persiapan kondisi fisik, mental dan sosial harus dipersiapkan oleh pasangan calon pengantin sebagai pasangan yang akan memasuki gerbang pernikahan yang sangat memerlukan informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi yaitu salah satunya melalui penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan diketahuinya efektifitas penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap pasangan calon pengantin di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Way Halim Bandar Lampung Tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest eksperimen. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 calon pengantin menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di KUA Kecamatan Way Halim bulan Juli 2023. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat (uji Wilcoxon dan paired sampel t-test). Hasil penelitian diketahui rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi adalah 58,33 dan setelah diberi penyuluhan adalah 83,67 sedangkan sikap calon pengantin sebelum diberikan penyuluhan adalah 75,12 dan setelah diberi penyuluhan adalah 86,19. Penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap pasangan calon pengantin di KUA kecamatan Way Halim Bandar lampung tahun 2023 dengan nilai (p-value = 0,000). Semua pasangan calon pengantin hendaknya mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi bagi calon pengantin untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang kesehatan reproduksi.
