Abstract

This study aims to describe the values of pesantren in the contemporary era through the Tsirwah Pesantren Digital Application, using descriptive qualitative methods. Data was collected through a Google Form questionnaire distributed to the community and application users and observing the application in terms of presentation features, content, and user assessment. The results show that this application offers online mondok features, digital libraries, articles, and dhikr and worship features. The advantages of this application are that users can learn Islam with a clear scientific sanad in a flexible and interactive way without coming to the boarding school, but there are disadvantages such as features that are not yet optimal, yellow books that are not fully updated, and many paid features. The digitalization of pesantren values in the application includes digital yellow books, online studies, and recitation classes. The implications of the research show that the features in this application have been adapted to pesantren in the real world and are very helpful for users who want to learn without coming directly to the pesantren, with a positive response from the community who feel the benefits.

Abstract

In the era of Society 5.0, digital technology provides users with the opportunity to communicate and express themselves in unique ways. Some users choose to reveal their real identities, while others opt for anonymity to ensure security and confidentiality. This can be advantageous for the development of counselling media, as it can assist counselees in self-disclosure with ease and comfort. Arahcelah is a counselling medium developed to enhance client self-disclosure through an anonymous process. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Arahcelah platform in the era of digital technology as a counselling medium in improving anonymous self-disclosure. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis of the counselling service process on the Arahcelah platform. This research demonstrates that Arahcelah can be an effective counselling medium, enhancing individual self-disclosure through five key roles: practicality, openness, confidentiality, empathy, and responsiveness. These roles align with Islamic values.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has led to significant changes in patterns of social interaction and communication, including the delivery of family guidance and counseling services. This condition demands innovative counseling services that are adaptive to the needs of families in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the forms of digital-based family mediation and consultation services in fostering sakinah families on the Ibunda.id platform. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation of the Ibunda.id platform and documentation studies derived from relevant journals and literature. Data analysis was conducted deductively by linking the concepts of mediation services, consultation services, and family counseling with empirical findings on the Ibunda.id platform. The results indicate that Ibunda.id provides individual, couple, and family counseling services that integrate digital mediation and consultation services. These services play an important role in helping individuals and families understand their problems, build healthy communication, and encourage harmonious family relationships. In addition, the use of Instagram as a medium for education and psychoeducation strengthens the role of this platform in fostering sakinah families. This study concludes that digital-based family mediation and consultation services on the Ibunda.id platform make a positive contribution to supporting the formation of sakinah families in the digital era.
